A metallic design, light, very very pleasant to the touch, in fact gives us the feeling of being thinner than it is, the truth is that I love having it in my hand. The average back curve helps no doubt to it, but what does not help that I see it with good eyes are, firstly, its lower front margin, something that Samsung or Apple camouflage better with buttons or fingerprint sensors, but that Google Has decided to leave it unpolluted, and the feeling it takes me to be in front of a design several years ago, is not what I want in a high top range. Secondly, the back with double color, gray and white in my case, does not call me especially attention or give me that feeling of being a premium mobile at first sight, a matter of taste eh, of course, but today I think these two paragraphs are the main shortcomings where Google should improve to catch up. One of lime, and another of sand for this Pixel. If in design the golden palm is not worn, as far as the camera is concerned, little eye, a lot of eyesight indeed.

"The best camera on the market," Google announced in its presentation. And of course to this day, we have heard this statement so many times, that one already tends to be skeptical. But Google has started well in terms of trusting your words, because as you will see, this camera and its software, are possibly the best camera for mobile photos that can carry today. In fact, without this effect, Google loses some of its charm, and its quality. At night, well at night things are not easy for anyone, but again the software, hdr effect and processing make what would be a photo with noise on a high-end mobile today, be a photo without Just grain and with colors and objects much better defined than the average. I already say, in photography, and lack of being able to have a professional mode, I think that between this Google pixel and the s7 or s7 edge is the winner in cameras, although I lean more by Google in this case.

In the video we do not have optical stabilizer, but Google also wanted to leave us with the mouth open with its stabilizer through the sensor gyroscope, and the effect is tremendous. Maybe it does not reach the same level as the Apple optics, but in both FHD and 4K, whenever we are not running or walking fast, it is impressive the quality and professionalism that we will have. A camera of 9, or even 9.5, for photos possibly the best, for videos, in the top 5 without a doubt. We did not know the facet of Google in terms of multimedia with screens, but it was not wanted to play. You bet on the best, 5.5-inch QHD and Super Amoled panel. Do you hit? Few.

Less brightness than an IPS panel, but at color level comparing for example with an iPhone 7 plus, whose comparative will have very little, I definitely stay with this Pixel XL, good screen without a doubt. Not so much the sound, little power, average quality but it is very easy to cover the bottom and unique speakers, quite the opposite than last year with the Nexus 6p, pending task for the great G of sound. But the optimization here is noted. The heavier apps like Google Earth, IMDB, graphic level work great and computer level more of the same. In the benchmarks do not stand out against Apple or Samsung but in day to day this pixel XL is a real wonder. Maybe I miss better RAM management, we will see if the next model is increased or simply optimized better, but if you want a mobile, fluid, updated as soon as possible, and with the guarantee and seal of Google, this pixel XL begins to be worth what they ask for it. We do not forget your battery, of 3,450 mAh, that has left me a very good duration.

Without problems I have reached the 5 hours of screen without making use of the battery saving mode, which will allow us with average use to reach the day and a half two days of use of the device.
