Hey, what's up guys this right here is the Google Pixel 4a for what it's worth. I have to say the unboxing experience was pretty nice. It's basically like unboxing, a flagship smartphone. The box itself is nice is what I'm trying to say uh, because I have unboxed some other phones that are on this, that are in the same price range as the Pixel 4a, and you know the boxes weren't that nice. I know it doesn't matter, but I got I had to let you know so on the box. It comes with the phone, a type c charging, cable and an adapter, and then an USB type, a to a type c adapter, okay design, it's an all black phone, because that's the only color that it comes in.
It's got a plastic body that weighs around 143 grams. So it's a pretty light phone. It's got a fingerprint sensor on the back and a hole, punch camera on the front. Also, it's got a colored power button which makes it easy to find- and you know easy to press because both the power and the volume buttons on this phone is raised slightly higher than what I'm used to. Unlike the buns on my iPhone 12 Pro max.
As for the display, it's got a 5.8 inch, full HD OLED display with a pixel density of 443 PPI. So that's a sharper looking screen than the iPhone SE, which comes in at 326 PPI. Don't get me wrong, both the screens look just as sharp, but the Pixel 4a has an OLED display, which means better blacks and better color reproduction and having used the iPhone SE and the Pixel 4a side by side. I can say the screen on the Pixel 4a does look a little better than the iPhone SE screen. Next up are the cameras.
It's got a 12 megapixel, dual pixel camera on the back, which can take 4k videos at 30 frames per second, and on the front it's got an 8 megapixel selfie camera that can take 1080p videos at 30 frames per second photos and videos look great. I would say it's even comparable to some flagship smartphones. Oh damn, there's a dope store, I'm just testing out the front camera. Now, let's talk about performance, it's got snapdragon 730g and arena 618 for graphics, with six gigs of ram. So far I haven't had any major performance issues.
Uh I can do everything I want to with this phone. I can even well. I don't edit videos and stuff like that, but playing games pretty much. All games are playable. They might not run in the best settings, but the games are definitely playable.
I played pub g, and they ran it like a champ asphalt, 8, all the games. You know they run on this phone and doing daily tasks. You know it handles it like a champ. Here are some of my likes and gripes. It's got a headphone jack, which I like.
It's also going to be one of the first phones that gets an update, and my gripes is that it's got no wireless charging and no wide-angle camera. As for the battery life, it's an all-day phone. I get this phone to last me throughout the day. Without any issues, I get around five hours of screen on time, so that's if I'm heavily using it, and if I don't heavily use this phone. I think I can get this to last me around two days.
The Pixel 4a also has stereo speakers which sound pretty good. They get the job done and comparing it to my iPhone SE in terms of volume they're on par with each other. So the Google Pixel 4a is an amazing phone for the price, but if you spend 50 dollars more to get the iPhone, SC you'll be getting flagship. Performance premium, build quality, wireless charging and a good camera, while the Pixel 4a gives you a good screen and a good camera doesn't really give you flagship performance. So this makes me wonder how long will this phone last for the years to come? The iPhone SE, I think, is going to last for maybe two to three years or even more.
I still have my iPhone 6s, and it still works. I can still use it, but the Pixel 4a it comes with a much uh, less powerful chip, and it just makes me think: will this phone really last as long as an iPhone SE? Would you know for the s almost the same price that we're paying? I can't really tell right now. What do you think, but as of right now, the Pixel 4a is a great phone for the price? This is a phone for people who want to save money who don't really care about all the premium features and the premium build quality, but still want a decent enough phone that can take good-looking photos. Then this might be for you. So this right here was the Google google, Pixel 4a, hope you enjoyed it, and I'll talk to you next time, peace.
You.
