Hey, what's going on everybody Josh quinones here and today, we're going to be checking out the video quality in 4k, with the cameras on the Google Pixel 4xl really curious to see how well they're going to perform because pixel devices haven't always been the best when it comes to video compared to other devices on the market, but they have always been some of the best win. Taking still photos so really curious to see how well this is going to perform when taking video we'll go ahead and start off with the front-facing camera, but recording in 1080p 30 frames per second, they did not make 4k video recording available with your front-facing camera, which is kind of a bummer I, really wish they would have brought that to the front-facing camera. Then we're going to switch over to the rear facing camera filming out, 4k 30 frames per second, there is no 60 frames per second available, like I, said, really curious to see how well it's going to perform. So that's going to get this test started and boom just like that. We are now on the front-facing camera of the Google Pixel 4 X out, currently standing in some shade right now. So let me know how well the quality is, like I said: recording at 1080p 30 frames per second front-facing camera.
Let me go ahead and pan around here. Also, let me know how well it's picking on my voice I'm about to walk in some direct sunlight now I. Here we go it's a bit sunny and bright outside, but it's still a beautiful day out here. Let me do some jogging, so we can go ahead and check out stability. I do have the stabilization turned on here we go on the screen itself.
It does look a little bouncy, but I'm sure the software will go ahead and stabilize that once I go ahead and end the video but you all. Let me know what you think down below doing some normal walking now I'm, not using any gimbals or anything special like that, just using a small handheld tripod. So let me know what you think about stabilization as well and like I said. Let me know how, while my voice is coming through and the mics will do one more pan around here, we go from facing camera 1080p 30 frames per second, it's going to switch over to the rear-facing camera alright. So we are now on the rear-facing camera filming at 4k 30 frames per second just panning around a little here.
Let me know what you think about the overall quality, the sharpness of the video, how well it's producing the colors. We got some green grass, obviously some trees. We got the mountains in the back. Looking beautiful, it is a beautiful day today, just panning around a little more. Let me go ahead and jog a little, so we can check out stabilization like I, said I'm, not using any special gimbals or anything like that.
Just a small hand-held tripod so doing a little jog here does look a little bouncy on the screen itself, but hopefully once I end, the video, the software will stabilize it a bit more than what I'm seeing here on screen. So now, I'm going to do just a slight normal walk here, see how well it stabilizes. Just a normal walk if you're walking here we go ahead and pan around one more time at this beautiful Park we got going on here. I'm going to go ahead and go take some footage, some more footage with this camera put it all together for you guys, so you can get a better idea of what the quality is going to be like when filming in 4k on this device so enjoy all right. So I am now back on the front facing camera.
This has been my 4k video test with the Google Pixel format. Let you all be the judge down in the comment sections below. Let me know what you think about the quality of bulky front and rear facing camera. Also, let me know what you think about the sound quality. How well the mic stick of my voice and the background sounds I would love to know your thoughts.
