Google Pixel 3a XL Review | Made For Pixel Enthusiasts

The flagship smartphone category has evolved, we have smartphones that are priced above one lakh and then there are affordable flagships chart as pricey but offer some high-end features Apple. As the iPhone XR Samsung has the galaxy s, 10 II and even Bobby has the p30, and now we have Google announcing the Pixel 3a and the three Excel more affordable versions of the pixel three and three Excel. The new forms compromise on some features, but still feel like an attractive package. I've been using the 3a Excel for a few days now, and my first impression was started felt much better than my pixel to Excel has a better looking display and despite the polycarbonate finish, it didn't feel cheap to me. Get a similar camera that we saw on the pixel tree, offering amazing dynamic range, nitrite, Google Lens features and so on. We called your pictures, look really close to the pixel 3 and definitely better than the pixel 2 or to excel in the software.

Experience felt seamless to me, apps my flowed only slightly slower than the pixel 3 or the difference is very minute. I didn't notice any hiccups, starters and, in fact, I managed to play pubs Eve without any complaints. The other thing that I liked was the battery life, which isn't exactly a huge deal, but it felt a bit more optimized and the 18 watt fast charging might not be the fastest, but you get 7 hours of battery life on a 15-minute charge. I was also surprised. The display is brighter and punchier, if not the sharpest.

Also, there are no ugly notches, which I personally, like both the three a and three AXL, are powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 670 processor. So it isn't as good as eight four five or the eight by five. But I was quite surprised with the performance. There is only one storage and memory option, 4gb of ram with 64 GB open, build storage, which I think was a bit disappointing. Other common features include the 12.2 megapixel primary camera with OAS and E is and F 1.8 aperture and an 8 megapixel front camera with F 2.0, aperture and 84 degree fields of view. There is no dual camera on the front like the pixel 3, so you are essentially missing out on the wide-angle selfies.

The only two differentiating features are the display and the battery size. The pixel 3 a comes with a 5.6 inch OLED panel with full HD plus resolution, along with dragon trail glass protection. While on the three XL you get a 6 inch OLED with full HD plus resolution and similar glass protection. The battery on 3a is rated at 3000 mAh, while the bigger version gets at 3700 mAh unit. Oh, the best part, the 3.5 headphone jack is back and Google is bundling a decent pair of earphones in the package as well. So what's not good, but, like I said you don't get a premium metal finish or a glass finish at the back.

This means there is no wireless charging and phones don't carry a certified waterproof rating as well. I really wish there was a 128gb variant as well, especially since Google is only offering high resolution backup of the photos instead of originally also. There are no front firings to your speakers, and he now gets one on the top of the display and the other sitting at the bottom edge. The new pixel, 3 and 3a excel are not going to be competing with the likes of one class, especially with the new one plus 7 and the 7 pro. In fact, this is the biggest issue with the new pixels they are probably going to get lost in the plethora of sub 5 mm would be smartphones, it's offering better features on paper, I think having one of the best smartphone cameras at 40 thousand is not a bad deal.

Maybe if Google priced the phones similar to the US, which translates to 28,000 for the Pixel 3a and 33,500 for the Pixel 3a Excel iPad would have been a solid deal. Honestly. Speaking apart from the amazing camera, a sturdy Android performance and balanced battery life, there isn't anything that actually stands out is definitely a great upgrade for someone who owns a pixel tool or a to excel. But if you want the best from Google you've, gotta wait for the pixel for.
