Google Pixel 3a Unboxing ($249 at Best Buy)

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so today's video is going to be a little different. This is obviously a cell phone I bought this Google Pixel 3a from Best Buy I got it for $350, and then they were also offering an additional hundred dollar Best Buy gift card. If you purchased this phone, so I did end up getting this for what is essentially $250 I'm, not a huge believer in paying a lot for phones because they just tend to be. They tend to get outdated very quickly, so I definitely prefer buying like more budget-friendly phones and using them for two years and then upgrading to another budget-friendly phone kind of like that. So I just wanted to show you how it's packaged, give you a little tour or a little unboxing I! Guess I, don't even need a box cutter because there are little arrows there. Oh, that's cool it.

Just like tears, so I guess now. Best Buy usually says that if you open the box of a cell phone there's a restocking fee of like $50 or something, so I am now subject to that $50 restocking fee. So I got it in the black color I. There is a purple color gun, but my husband is actually using my mom's old Google Pixel. Three again, we don't believe a lot in paying a lot for cell phones, so I wanted to get a color that was different from his that we could tell them apart easily, so you can see I'm just pulling off the plastic.

That is super satisfying. I do have a case on the way for this phone, because I'm super, clumsy, and I drop things all the time. So I definitely cannot use this phone without a case. One thing I do like and the reason I got the 3a so best I was also offering the Google Pixel for, like I, don't know like $600, and then you got a $200 Best Buy gift card, and now one would think that you should buy the newer phone, because it's newer technology and is less likely to get outdated or like will get outdated less quickly. But the thing is that the pixel, for it did not have a fingerprint reader and that's really important to me because I don't like face unlock I.

Just it's not it's not something I want in a phone and also the pixel for had a bunch of other problems like having a small battery and generally people I. Think tech reviewers say that, like the pigs, Lefter is just kind of a left out of a phone not really worth it um, so I did end up getting it a 3/8 instead. So that's just a kind of short and dirty unboxing I mean I. Guess I'll show you what else is in here, so we have oh okay, so that is for your SIM card. It's a tool to put this SIM card in and then bet.

This is a startup guide, yeah user guide and then some other information. Let's try to close that, and then we have the charger USB-C. And what is this? Oh, I see this is I. Guess this is a USB-C 2 USB, a port I, don't know. Actually what is this for? Oh, is this for the data transfer.

This is probably for data transfer. So ok, sorry, so this is USB-C, so I guess I would put that in my phone and that's USB a, so I would take the cord from my existing phone, which is what I'm filming on right now. Stick it in there to do a data transfer to set up this phone and then this has got to be the church oops. This is the charging brick and there's your USB-C input there. Ok, cool um, so I'm going to set this going up, and then I guess you will see some of my later videos using this phone instead of my old one.

Thanks guys, bye.
