Galaxy Z Fold 3 IP Rating..Hmmmmm | Galaxy Watch 4, Active 4 More Info LEAKS

What is going on guys welcome to Gregor's TV daily. Let's get into the tech news. Today's stories we have information about the galaxy watches and also about the Galaxy Z fold. Three, let's talk about the watches first, so, as you know, the galaxy watch for an active four are going to run, Wear OS, which is google's operating system for watches and ultimately, it's going to have Google Assistant and all the Google built-in apps, but also it'll, have some functionality left over and apps from the Samsung side as well. So it's like kind of like a melting pot of both in there, but let's talk about it running, Wear OS. This first tweet comes from ice universe, who says the new Wear OS makes the galaxy watch 4 very smooth, but there are so many bugs that engineers are working on right now.

So that's amazing to see there's already a smooth watch, but if you can make that even smoother, I think it's a huge jump in the right direction for a watch. The next one comes from Chan Chen gives us tons of information starting off with the galaxy watch, active 4 and watch 4 he's saying no major design changes. So it's going to look very similar to what we've seen in the past. He also says no rotation bezel on the active 4. So if you love that rotating bezel, you do not want to get the activ4 a watch.

Four still has the rotation bezel, which I love. It works great. I kind of got used to it without it being on the active four I had like that digital one. I assume they're, probably going to keep the same thing going on right there, but still having the rotating bezel is a great thing, and it's good to see that it's staying with the watch for the other piece of this same color options as this year's Galaxy Z, Wear OS, so you're looking at you know very similar colors to what the Galaxy Z line is going to have and then obviously it's going to run where OS the other part of that you can see the very end, z, fold 3. This is talking about the dust and water resistance.

It's going to have splash resistance, potentially in the works, but don't expect an yip certification. For now, though, I can't imagine that they're going to ad dip certification later with the z fold line of phone, so it looks like we're going to get splash resistance. Unfortunately, there were some rumors going around that it would potentially have like an ip67 or 68 water resistance under, so you could literally put this underwater and use it. Maybe that still come true. Obviously these are rumors, so we might see that, but it sounds like it's just going to be you know, put a splash of water on it, and it'll still be fine, which this one kind of I feel like you could splash the water.

I've had water splash on the screen and stuff, and I've taken it out in the rain a little, and it doesn't rain that hard out here, but you know just slight water splash on here, and it's been absolutely fine, so hopefully there's a definitely an improvement with the z-fold 3 overall, but yeah kind of letdown. If it doesn't end up having that complete ip67 or 68 water dust resistance, thanks for watching don't forget to subscribe new videos every single day. My question out to you guys is: is dust and water resistance at ip67 or 68, a major buying point for you with a device um? Obviously I'm not dropping my phone in the toilet or swimming with it or putting it in the ocean, doing underwater photos and videos. So for me, it's not that big a deal. I absolutely love having that reassurance that it does go into one of those situations that it's going to most likely be fine, but still it's a little of a disappointment if the z-fold, 3 and z flip 3, don't have that.

Let me know, though, about you guys what you think we'll see you guys down the road peace.
