Hey guys thundery here and welcome back to another battle now this one is, of course about audio, and you guys talked about it. When I did my speedy test on the Galaxy Note 9, you were like where's the comparisons well here it is we're comparing six devices all together: the Galaxy Note 9, the iPhone X, the HTC u12, plus the Xperia z2, the razor phone and the LG G 7. Thank you so 6 6 devices now we're only going to play one song, and it's far away which we've used in other tests in the past, and this is of course, copyright, free song. We can use we're playing around the first 20 seconds, or so that's the highest peak in audio volume, which is why I selected this song, so you guys can actually take a look and see who actually has the loudest speaker in terms of decibel levels, we're comparing all these, and we'll check it out. So what I'm going to do is go ahead and first just brand and press play and see how each device actually does from, and you know lowest to highest. Alright.
That was pretty interesting. Now, let's check out all these devices as we place them on the surface and play a song same song again, because some phones have different outcomes. When you do that, so, let's jump back in all right there. You have a guys unclear number one winner again in our second or third battle a bit in terms of audio. Is the LG G seventh in Q it is still the loudest when it basically was placed on the stand.
It did about a hundred and six decibels and when you place it on the surface, using that acoustic technology did you know, LG's talked about it did about a hundred and twelve point.2 decibels was pretty loud now the HTC you talk plus boom sound, basically showcase how good it was. It's like one hundred and 5.1 decibels on just a regular playback and then on the surface. There's about 111 point seven. So that's perfect Samsung didn't disappoint coming in third, no, we know they hadn't improved speakers on the Galaxy, Note nine, and it showcased 103 decibels. Yes, it was tied with the razor phone.
Even no razor phone. Has this big speaker. Grilles, it was tied with it, but Samsung kept at least a higher decibel notes, while going through regular playback and then on a surface. It was much higher at a hundred and six point seven decibels and then, of course, you've got. You know falling others where you have the experience e to then start with the razor from the experience issue and then, of course, the iPhone coming in last or regular playback while on plane on the surface, the razor phone actually didn't fare too well, maybe because it doesn't really have that acoustic, ethology or basically that doesn't factor into the way that it was designed, but I couldn't get anything higher than nine point: nine decibels when playing off a boxed surface.
So there you have you guys. Those are results. Clear winner here is still the LGG seventh in queue. The Galaxy Note 9, which is the newest device right now, has actually fared pretty well at a hundred and three decibels on 106, depending on surface and off surface I, have the HTC u12 class really showcase the boom. Sound is still pretty good.
So if you have any questions or any comments- or you just don't agree with me, and you think no done the e you're wrong, then let me know, let me know what you get show me your video.
