Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Overheating Problem Explained with Data | THE REAL REASON!

Hey guys shakes here, so today I will talk about the overheating issue of the Samsung Galaxy note, 20 and 20 ultra and, to be honest, the device I used uh is basically the pre-release model for reviewing or demonstration purposes, and I did not face any kind of overheating issues at an alarming level. But my big brother, who is in Dubai, bought the phone with his own money, and he is complaining that the phone is getting overheated, especially while using the camera. So I did some research online and there are several users who are facing this kind of issues, mine as well as the device my brother bought, are running on Enos and the complaints are coming mostly from Enos users. Uh snapdragon phones are also getting hot, but not as hot as 48 degrees Celsius. My brother shared some screenshot using CPU monitor and these are on screen, as you can see uh, while he was indoor uh before using the camera, the CPU temperature was just 34 degrees Celsius and the usage is 39 percent, but when you went outside to shoot some photos and videos uh, the temperature rose to as high as 48 degrees Celsius in few minutes- and what's most alarming here is the CPU usage is about 72 percent, which is quite unexpected, and it's definitely draining more battery than usual, which is also alarming. He had no other apps running in the background.

Online users are also complaining about a drastic battery drop in the camera mode. So this is something you should be aware of. Before you get this phone, the body becomes so hot. You have no other option but to shut down the camera or maybe shut down the phone itself or to safeguard the phone, especially the battery. The phone doesn't shut down on its own or shows any kind of temperature warnings.

My brother is also saying, while on mild use like while browsing the web or just charging the phone, the phone is also getting overheated. Unlike his previous lg smartphone. Now I have two information to share with you guys. The first one that is the good news, is uh. Most of the people that are complaining about the overheating are actually new users using the phone for one day or two and after few days of uses, the phones are actually performing better as far as heat management is concerned.

So maybe the CPU the battery are getting used to your usage. Pattern are calibrating according to your daily uses, and Samsung can definitely fix this with OTA updates. Now the second news, which is quite surprising, online teardown videos like fixity, has found that some Galaxy Note 20 ultras, are missing the vapor chamber and the copper heat pipes that Samsung had been using on their previous phones to cool down their processors. Instead, there is a multi-layered graphite thermal pad inside, but what's the most weird thing is in some Galaxy Note 20 ultras. There is indeed a copper heat, pipe and vapor chamber cooling, which is not making any sense.

It's not like country specific, it's uh, totally random, and I guess this can be a reason for the overheating complaints from some users. So this is really concerning me. I mean nobody is going to tear down their phones and check what's inside. If your phone is overheating, definitely uh visit the service center or ask for a replacement. Frankly, I have no complaints on my device.

It's perfectly working and note 20 ultra is an amazing device, definitely go for it check my tips and tricks videos to know more about what this phone is capable of. If you're a note, 20 user, you can comment and share your views on the heat management of your phone. That's all for now guys thanks a lot for watching you can subscribe and keep in touch with this channel.
