Galaxy Note 10 Unboxing! By Nick Ackerman

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is here, and I am pumped. Let's get into this unboxing, let's go, so what is up guys Nick here, helping you to master your technology? Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 drew six gigabyte model, eight gigabytes of RAM, and this is the white edition. As you can see what the white pen, the note, 10 logo right there, typical Samsung boxes on the front, it is black on the side. It is black, there's nothing up top QR code and Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 UPC codes. That's not interesting! On the back! You can see unlocked by Samsung, of course, I'm going with the unlocked model. You can see Samsung Galaxy, Note, 10.1, USB, connector, stereo, headset, Quick, Start, Guide terms and conditions'. If you're noticing one thing about this box from before Samsung used to throw all the specs on the back I think they kind of understand that most people know what they're getting into these days when they buy a smartphone.

So that's pretty much the box, let's open it up, so you guys can see one tab right here. Let's cut that and now let's open it up, and you can see the whole box and the whole thing right here was starting to pop out. You can see no.10 right there in the glorious white color. Now the aura glow is beautiful, we'll talk about that color a little later on the channel, but this is the white color, and it looks pretty nice so far, very small, smaller than I thought it was going to be over here. It says: Samsung I! Guess that's just a place card to hold the phone.

We don't need that today over here we do have a fast charger. I, don't believe this is the 45 watt. I'll have to confirm that actually, no! This is not the 45 watt. So that's going to have to be a separate purchase right here, as stated a USB connector for those of you who still rack the old school USB on your computers or whatever, and over here we do have ourselves a USB Second I always like to have a little more of those for charging over here. These are USB-C, AKG headphones and the reason why these are USB-C is that Samsung has done something that has angered some people, but for those of you who are pretty much up with tech, and you keep it moving, you probably don't even care about the removal, headphone jack, but many mainstream consumers and people who love the note series have loved that for a while, so goodbye headphone jack, but you do have yourself USB connector headphone, so at least they were kind enough to throw those in the box, and I've tried these before they're, actually quite good headphones, so I think you're going to be fine.

With these okay and I want to mention one thing about these headphones: these are braided cables, so they should be pretty durable. Now, in here, you're going to have yourself sim card tool. Warranty information get started guides with your note 10. That's all we need to know about the box. Goodbye here is the Galaxy Note 10 and peel off the sticker right there, and that was pretty nice, and they do come with a pre-installed screen protector.

Let me go ahead. Zoom in a little to show you that you can probably see it right there I do like that, because you know you might not have a screen protector immediately. So having one installed just temporarily, while you are buying your white, stone, dome or whatever you're going to be buying, is a pretty cool thing, so it's going to scratch up quite easily, but at least you have one to hold you over temporary okay. So first impressions on Galaxy, Note, 10, cordial's phone, it's a Samsung right there, there's no Galaxy Note 1000 on the back triple camera very thin along the sides very thin on the top as well. It's super light, though that's the main thing: you're going to notice.

Let's see what color that S Pen is I, believe that is going to be color coded towards the color you have, so that is a white pen in there that's nice USB see there is a speaker grille right there, and there is a camera right there under display fingerprint sensor I'm. Getting that same feeling, I had when I got the galaxy s 10 the smaller edition of the S 10, it's kind of like Samsung. Did this for the note series as well. You have a smaller edition of the note, and you have a smaller edition of the Galaxy S series. This would be the standard S series.

This is the standard Note 10. So that's, basically what I could say on my first take and I think it's a gorgeous phone, although it is quite price because you're paying for the productivity features that come with the s-pen right here on the note 10. So something to take note of ? is that the big speak key is removed, and the power button is now on the left side a lot of times those on the right side. So you can have to get used to this for a note 10, but let's go ahead and get this thing booted here, and I really like how well-built this feels. It feels like it's very high quality, which you, you typically expect from Samsung, but the s-pen just felt a little tighter coming out of the S Pen slot, so very good quality here Samsung keeps improving their build on their phones, and this one is no exception.

This is a very well-put-together phone. I can tell you that already, so let me get booted up here into the software. I will set it up, we're not going to make you watch the whole setup process, and we'll show you the software and talk a little more about it. You can see that infinity Oh display right there, okay, so we are now in the Galaxy Note 10 and look at that all screen right there. That is just straight beautiful right there.

Now something that's concerning people a little more is the Galaxy Note tens Tech's going to be not sharp enough with 1080p, or is it now? People who are into tech can notice these differences, but most mainstream consumers and I think this one is for the one the person who's, not really the super wacked-out person. That's going to be the note 10 plus for that person this for the mainstream consumer. It's not gonna really matter. The 1080 looks good because it still has all those other great elements of the Samsung display, like being the AMOLED dynamic, AMOLED display here. In addition to that, it's perfect at nighttime being easy on your eyes.

It gets very vivid, and it's HDR 10 plus certified. So it's an excellent display. It just doesn't have the who plus resolution of the note, 10 plus, let's go ahead. Take a look at some of these wallpapers here for the Galaxy Note 1000 set just looks beautiful plenty of different colors for you to take a look at, and I like how Samson always gives you a different wallpaper for a different phone, so it kind of distinguishes which phone you're using if you're, using their stock wallpapers. Now this is the model that does not have expandable memory.

There is no SD card slot in this one, but you do get 256 gigabytes of storage and the onboard storage on here is actually very fast. It's UFS 3.0, so it's extremely fast storage, so you're, probably not gonna care too much. If you don't use more than that and there's still cloud services. So yes, that is a keynote feature, but this one doesn't have it and I, don't think it's a huge problem due to them increasing the internal onboard storage, but for some of you hardcore power users. This is just not gonna, be enough.

You can see from the start 223 0.9 gigabytes on the phone, just fresh out of the box, so in terms of software, the Galaxy Note engines run on out of the box and one UI 1.5 now Android Q is already about to be on the pixel like next week or something like that. It's coming very shortly, so this phone is already gonna, be behind on software, the minute pixel for it comes out, and then you're going to be waiting, probably a few months to get the Q on the note 10. So just take the software for what it is at the box and be a little patient, because you're, not gonna, get Q right away like you do are on phones with more of a stock feeling Android. But my first impressions are that this phone is quite small for a note device. It's not a small phone like there's much smaller phones on this, but for a note device would an S Pen.

This is a pretty nice size right here. I think if you really want to use that pen, but you don't want a super large Note, 10 plus this is gonna, be great. This also has new S Pen features like air actions. For example, you have volume up and down you can control with this. This is gonna, be pretty great here for Galaxy Note and, of course, all your favorite Galaxy Note series features are here, and they're now in, like a list view here on one UI 1.5, you can see right there. We do have our battery percentage spotless, I like it we'll go through all these features in the full review by I.

Tell you. The s-pen feels really nice quality. It feels a little higher quality of them before no wiggle up here in the top clicker right there like was a wiggle in the Galaxy Note 9, so they improved the quality of the s-pen. It feels nice feels definitely like an improvement there. So nicer quality has been here for note: 10, ok, so no headphone jack here.

So let's get a quick, listen to the audio that does come. Let me go ahead and bring the mic a little closer for dramatic effect. Ten now you can see at the bottom just a UPC code, nothing off to the top on the side. You can see galaxy s 10 right there and on the back, this is the T-Mobile model. I decide to get the carrier model for this one as I do want updates on.

Yes, you have seen right there that the audio quality is pretty good on this phone. We'll talk more about that again in the full review, so beautiful display no expandable memory, no headphone jack, but you have wireless charging on here, 3400 William hour battery on this baby. So we're definitely going to have to check out the battery life for this phone. As the note, what was it the note 8 had like a 33 or something like that similar size, and it was pretty bad on battery life. So I have to see how this one goes.

I'll be giving my updates on that I like that they got rid of that Bixby button, ip68 water and dust resistance, but it's not warrantied, so take don't take your chances in the pool or the beach or anything like that. Let's go ahead! Take a look at these cameras because this is a new update to the note. You have now right angle, camera, so you can go super wide. You can go all the way into just a regular, wide or super in on a telephoto. So again, it's going to be very similar to the setup you have seen on the galaxy s.10 we'll cover this more in depth. I'm going to do camera reviews on this phone and the bigger phone again everything's going to be stored on the phone, so you don't you're not able to take that D card out put in your computer.

For this phone, so you're going to have to get used to managing storage on this phone, but there's a lot of nice. New camera features that specifically go to the note 10 plus. So this is more like the S 10 series when it comes to the camera, features again, we'll cover it more, but you do get an inbuilt video editor for this. So that's a nice thing for a note device, still a quick size comparison to other smartphones. How about the Galaxy S 10 we compared earlier.

You can see pretty close there. So if you like, the S, tens compact form factor, you'll love the note 10. Now how about the Galaxy S 9, coming from an older phone, pretty close to that phone as well. So if you like, the Galaxy S 9 size, but you want an s-pen, pretty close there, but bigger screen at six point three inches. So pretty impressive there, one plus seven Pro a lots larger of a phone here then the Galaxy Note 10, but also a lot cheaper than the Galaxy Note 10 year, which came in at almost the same price as this phone at $9.99 to $50, bigger phone heavier for sure. In the Galaxy Note, nine, let's take a look at the Galaxy Note 8, which was exactly around the same price as the note 10 at 9:49.

When I got this thing, so you can see Galaxy Note 8, it's similar in terms of feeling pretty light. Although this is a lot of lighter, it's not that much. You know thicker the note 8, but the note II is a lot taller than the Galaxy Note 10. So the note tends even smaller than a note 8 more compact than that. Now, let's take a look at some I phone.

Are you coming from an iPhone 10, for example? There's your iPhone 10 right there, how about iPhone 10 are, and you could see it's actually around the same size as the 10r in terms of height, although the 10 ours a little chubby you're. Looking a little wider and lastly, iPhone 10s max, you can see tennis max definitely a little taller, definitely a little wider. So definitely a more compact phone than the 10s max would only point to inch smaller screen. So it's pretty impressive. Our Samsung was able to get this much screen and such a small body here for the note 10, that's it for me.

That's my first impressions on the Samsung Galaxy note 10, it's a nice thin compact light note device, and it feels great in the hand it feels pretty high-quality. It has a really near bezel-less display with an infinity old panel up there more of a squared off design and then the Galaxy S series, no headphone jack, which is a plus to the S series, but you do have s-pen, which is a negative to the S series. Depending on how you look at it. You do have very fast charging great cameras on here. We're going to get into the floor.
