First Look: realme 7 - quality 5G phone $499 By Image Matrix Tech

The, Australian sub, 500 5g smartphone market just got a little more interesting with the release of this, the realm 75g and here's your first look it's available for pre-order today, the 4th of February 2021, and it's on sale from the 11th for 499, Australian in mist, blue or flash silver. So what do you get for that price? Well, for starters, you get 5g 120 hertz 6.5 inch display 30 watt, dart charger more on that in a moment, a 5 000 William hour battery, that's pretty handy and an AI quad camera, including a 48 megapixel primary camera and a large 16 megapixel selfie camera on the front. Using that back camera array, I got some pleasing results at circular key this morning. Just like it's big cousin OPPO. It has an extensive zoom range I'll look deeper into the camera capabilities later in my full review video. But I can say this is one of the better setups for 500.

The phone is pretty snappy at this end of the market. Responsiveness often suffers, but I can confidently say that the processor is up to the task. Some other things I like about the realm 75g, there's a headphone jack. I love it. Fingerprint reader is on the side.

It's 5g, dual sim or expandable storage up to 256 gigabytes. The phone comes with 128 gigs, that 30 watt dart charger using low voltage high current gets that big 5000 William hour battery from zero to 100 percent in just 65 minutes or 60 in 30 minutes. The branding is bold, I mean no one is going to mistake it with another android phone, just look at the size of the logo on the back for a brand only created three years ago and in Australia since just 2019 realm is a real success story. We target the audience, and we want to make the latest functionality technology accessible, available and affordable to the audience. I think we're offering a lot of value in our products and one thing was quality as well.

So look. We do provide products in that budget friendly price point, but our return rates are less than one percent, so something we're really proud of um. I started with the company about a year ago: um. It was less than one percent and we obviously Andy mentioned- we've grown close to 400 percent, and we're still obviously doing more volume and um. It's still one percent, so yeah less than one percent to be exact.
