Blood Sugar/Glucose monitoring coming to Galaxy watch 4/Galaxy watch active 3 !

All right now we have got some exciting rumors, going on all over the internet that the next Samsung Galaxy watch, which could be galaxy, watch, 4 or galaxy watch active 3 to come up with an optical sensor which can measure the blood glucose levels. If these rumors are believed to be true, this will be so helpful for those with diabetes. One can instantly measure the glucose level on your wristwatch without having to draw the blood using a traditional method. This is a great news coming from a Korean news agency, called it news. Take this news with a pinch of salt. The BP and ECG have not yet arrived at most of the regions across the globe.

Just recently, Samsung got approved for ECG to be released in EU. The BP monitor is yet to reach most part of the market, and I'm sure, if this feature is coming on the next watch, this will be released in South Korea and then, as we all know, this could take months or years together to land in our countries. Having said that, this is great news. A piece of tech measuring blood glucose levels is going to contribute a lot in the medical field. Millions of people could benefit from this if this rumor is said to be true et news also reports that Samsung is planning to release three new variables in the galaxy unpacked event, which will be held later this year and there we might see either galaxy watch, 4 or galaxy watch actually 3 coming with this all new feature, which will revolutionize the wearable segment.

According to the news agency in the past, Samsung electronics published its research on non-invasive blood, glucose level measurement technology based on Roman spectroscopy, which was done along with a research team from MIT on an international scientific journal called science advances. Raman's spectroscopy is a spectroscopic technique that uses wavelengths that is caused by vibrations of molecules of material when laser light is scattered after it hits the particular material. Samsung, electronics and the research team from MIT have been able to raise the accuracy of non-invasive signal measurement to the highest level, using Roman spectroscopy using this technology. The watch will collect all the data and might indicate you to adjust your daily meal habits. We have already seen how well Samsung health app accumulates health data and presents to us.

I am sure this new tech is going to work similarly, helping diabetics to read the sugar levels. Having said all that, the tech has to be approved by FDA and all other concerned governments in your respective country to use it as a medical device. Only then this feature will hit the new watch in wherever you are staying. This means we can expect this watch to be launched with this feature in South Korea and across the globe. Without this feature anyways, that's all I wanted to update you guys.
