BLACKBERRY KEY2 VS ONEPLUS 6 + GIVEAWAY! (CLOSED)

I, never in a million years thought I'd be putting these two phones together, but both phone companies have a special place. In my heart you see, blackberry was basically the first smartphone I ever owned and OnePlus helped put my youtube-channel on the map with the OnePlus one and, of course, my Client video quality, and I'm sure some of you guys might be thinking that this entire video concept is silly based off specs alone, but I'm not here to get speck, see. I said we're gonna, look at this from a practical standpoint and everyday use, but before we do that, we have to do two things number one roll, the sponsor, WK r e silverware, Tupperware hardware color, would be unique. Express yourself recall the word show you how, if you don't do it for your phone? Do it for yourself number two I want you guys to stop. Go down below leave a comment. Let me know which phone would you use on a daily basis? Then I want you to follow me on Instagram in two weeks, I'm going to pick a winner for one of these two phones based upon a comment down below and, of course, a follower on Instagram.

So make sure you do both if you want to win a phone okay. So that's enough with a small talk: let's go ahead and put these bad boys head-to-head and carry on with this comparison. Both of these phones can be picked up from their manufacturer websites unlocked, or you can get them from specific retail stores, such as best five for the key to and speaking of the key to. It actually received a price jump from the key one and comes in at 649 bucks. The one plus six also received the price bump from the one plus 5t, and it starts at five hundred $29 and goes all the way up to 629 bucks here in the US.

The one plus six comes in several shades of color, including mirror black midnight, black red and silk white, which is my personal favorite, there's even a Marvel Avengers model floating around in the wild, just not here in the United States. Unfortunately, however, Hardware options for the OnePlus 6 are pretty straightforward for $529 you get sick, gigs of RAM and 64 gigs of storage for $50 more. You can get eight gigs of ram and double your storage at 128, gigabytes and finally, for 629, you get even more storage and a whopping 256 gigabytes. Honestly OnePlus has some of the most aggressive storage options on any smartphone, paying only 50 bucks to double your storage is cheap in the current market and I. Think a lot of people tend to overlook this.

It's also important to add that all the models come equipped with a Snapdragon 845, the key to only comes in two color shades, including silver and black. It also only has two Hardware options which comes down to 64 or 128 gigs of internal storage, but this is expandable, since the key to does have a micro SD card slot, which the OnePlus 6 does not. The key to definitely has some underwhelming specs with the snapdragon 616, but at least it's got 6 gigs of ram, but there is a reasoning to this madness and that's battery life you see. Blackberry has always been notorious for having all-day battery life and with the 660. They can just guarantee you that your phone's going to last you all day, plus with 6 gigs of RAM you're, able to multitask like a pro in everyday use.

Both phones have that premium feel you would expect from a 20-18 phone. However, both phones accomplish this premium feel in polar opposite ways. The 1 plus 6 features the more traditional glass front and glass back design, but the screen to body ratio up 83.8%, the key 2 features a metal plastic and faux leather design that can't be misinterpreted for anything other than a blackberry. The OnePlus 6 has a more rounded structure, making single-handed use easier than the key ?, especially given that the key ? uses a physical keyboard and box to your design. This isn't to say one hand.

A usability is impossible with the key ? since you can still type on the screen, although this is a bit too awkward for my personal preference, I prefer the swipe typing on the physical keyboard, which is just awesome, but at the end of the day, wasn't exactly the most accurate, at least for my use, while the 1 plus 6 is an overall, larger and heavier device. The key 2 is slightly thicker and much more drippy her, thanks to that faux leather on the back. So oh, and if you thought that key two is better at not showing fingerprints. Well, you're kind of right, I mean the one plus six due to its glass. Nature, of course, gets pretty nasty looking after a day's use, but the key to kind of surprised me by being almost as bad at being a fingerprint magnet on its leather-like backside.

Luckily, there are casein skin options for both of these phones. So if you're, a little OCD about keeping your phone, clean, I suggest picking up one of the two when it comes to durability, I think the key to has the edge here, ?, the missing water resistance. That's found on the one plus six and my experience, the less Blaster is on a phone, the less there is to scratch crack shatter and break I know this isn't always the case, but it's sort of simple science, but if I'm being honest, I haven't had the luxury of dropping either of these devices, and I'm hoping to keep it that way. Knock on wood, however, in normal everyday use in everyday wear and tear I already have micro, scratches on the front and back side of my one plus six and that's using a case so yeah science. This is where things get fascinating, because both phones are good for everyday use.

Depending on your use, because they've accomplished great things in different aspects, am I right? He agrees you'll understand what I mean here in one minute. The one plus six is the all-rounder between these two. It has a great 19 by 9 1080p OLED display with excellent color accuracy and brightness, whereas the key to uses a 4 by 3, 1080p LCD. That has a decent looking picture, but the brightness is pretty awful. The speaker found on the OnePlus 6 well may not be the best on the market is night and day better than the key to the fingerprint scanner located on the back side is lightning fast.

However, it's definitely not as convenient or tactile as the one found on the key ?, which rests in the space bar, an absolute brilliant approach. The OnePlus 6 has a notorious alert slider, which should be an industry standard on all devices. I personally feel consuming content is a joy and wow. It's passable on the key ? I definitely do not recommend watching movies on a smaller 4 by 3 display, even if it's 1080p resolution this also goes for gaming, while it can be done on the key to at least most titles that is due to the lower end processor. It's still a very awkward experience, to say the least.

The one plus six has no issue with gaming. No matter the titles, thanks to the big, beautiful display and up-to-date chipset software wise, both phones are running a stock like experience, but personally I'm, not a fan of the BlackBerry launcher and oxygen OS, while completely fine is just not as good as Nova. In my personal opinion, so once I install Nova on both devices, the experience was very similar, including every day real-world performance. But if you stopped a lot of pictures and the camera is really important to you, then we'll just steer clear of the key to the images from the rear cameras are passable at the very most, but just look awful compared to the 1 plus 6 I appreciate blackberry, tossing in portrait mode. But again it's nowhere near as good and just I.

Just can't recommend this phone to someone who thrives off cell phone photography period for video, the OnePlus 6 shoots, Beatty, 2020 or HDR 4k video up to 60 frames per second, which looks beautiful. The key to can do 30 frames per second 4k and yeah. Yes, did it's not good to add salt to the wound? The OnePlus 6 can do slow-motion video at 1080p. Up to 240 frames per second and 720p up to 480 frames per second, and while it might not look the greatest, it's obviously better than the key to switching things over to the good old selfie shooter, the key to just gets even worse. In fact, some of the images I took with the key to look like pictures that came off a phone from 6 years ago and that's bad.

The OnePlus 6 packs a front-facing portrait mode and, while not being the best at times, smokes even the best shot from the key to okay. So if you've stuck with me this far, then you might be thinking what the hell is. The point of this video when it looks like a bland slide victory for the 1 plus 6, and I'm, not gonna, argue with you, but there are some things that the key to gets bright and just way better than the 1 plus 6 in any other smartphone on the market currently, and these things have to do with security, privacy, reliability and multitasking, they might be geared at the business-type person, but these four things are going to make a huge impact on your purchasing decision. The key tune runs Android 8.1, just like the one plus six. However, it features BlackBerry's infamous detect security and disk encryption which locks your phone down like Fort Knox.

It's also unreadable features' kernel, hardening, secure boot and rollback protection. If that wasn't enough, there's also a locker for storing things. You don't want seen by anyone who may be using your phone plus privacy. Shade is great if you're trying to protect your screen from being read by wandering eyes for multitasking the key to takes full advantage of the six gigs of ram by allowing for custom key settings to any of the letters on the physical keyboard. Just like the key one, but the key to takes it to the next level, is by the new addition of the speed key, which allows you to simply bounce back and forth between apps without ever having to go back to the home screen.

If you combine that, but the convenience key located on the right side and the key to just gave a middle finger to the one plus six when it comes to getting things done efficiently and effectively, both of these phones will easily get you through a full day on a single charge. Of course, it's going to come down to you're using, just several other factors, and actually I've had enough juice left over from the key to almost clear a second day and the same thing with the 1 + 6. Again, it's going to come down to what you do with your phone. Carry your support and all that good stuff. The 1 + 6 uses ? charging, which is night and day faster than quick charge, 3.0, which is found on the key -. But as I said, when it comes to battery life in general, neither of these bones will disappoint, so I'm, just going to put it out there.

That was a lot of words. I just want to know what phone should I buy. Well, it's hard for me to recommend the key to over to one plus six, when the key to is a very niche phone and unless you fall into a very specific category, I can't recommend a phone that is already outperformed, outclassed and outdated versus cheaper alternatives.
