Hi everyone disaster again today we're going to check out some micros cards. My tests are not sponsored, and the numbers are real, and they reveal what's the truth behind the advertising of the manufacturer and the real speed of the court I'm using my micro SD card in my drone I'm recording 4k with 30fps the recommended speed for a drone like this is about 30 megabytes per second writing speed. How many gigabytes do you really need, while recording 4k 30fps in about 30 minutes, recording time it would require about 15 gigabytes of storage? So you would get away pretty much with a 16gb cart, but to be on the safe side. You should have a 32 gigabyte, cart. Now, of course, if your drone is a newer drone, and you are able to record with 4k 60fps, then you need twice the size. So if you purchase a 64gb card, that would give you about an hour recording time, 4k 60fps, if you record 4k 30fps, that would give you about 2 hours recording time and for the majority of us this is more than sufficient.

Now, it's advertised again with 100 megabytes per second speed, but also here we got only 38 megabytes per second reading, speed and 33 megabytes per second writing and that's simply not OK truth. An advertisement right, I purchased another one, and I wanted to put this in my drone, and this one is to send this extreme 32 gigabytes, and it was advertised with writing speed up to 90 megabytes per second, and here is what I really got 38 megabytes per second reading and 33 megabytes per second writing speed. Absolutely not! Okay! Now I wanted to test the very special card. It is a US h2 card, the very bottom pro to 64gb, and it is advertised with 285 megabytes per second read and 245 megabits per second writing speed blazing fast. Now what you need to know about us, h2 and us h3 cards.

They have a second row of pins on the back of their cart and only if you have newer devices that have connectors for the second row of pins, then you get the advertised speed. If you have all the devices, and they can connect only to the first. The top row of pins you will get different results. Here is what you will get with all the devices this car performs, with 95 megabytes per second reading, speed and 80 megabytes per second writing speed, which is still impressive, but an absolute waste of money. If you cannot utilize the full performance of such a card, I tested my old Lear card.

This card is already 5 years old, it's still available on Amazon, and it reads with 40 megabytes per second and writes with 23 megabytes per second and for a card like this in this price range. I think it's absolutely ok. I have the Samsung, Eve, plus 256, GB and I tested it with impressive results, 93 megabytes per second read and 84 megabytes per second writing speed, that is amazing. Furthermore, I purchased also the Samsung Eve select 64 megabytes and 256 megabytes. Let's take a look, how they perform 92 megabytes per second reading speed and 65 megabytes per second writing.

Speed is pretty good. The 256 GB version performs even a little better 92 megabytes per second reads and 85 megabytes per second right, and now we come to a real surprise: I tested, Elisha, BA, exterior Pro, Kart 16 gigabyte, and it costs only 7 bucks, including shipping. It reads with 92 megabytes per second and writes at 80 megabytes per second a card in this price class. This is amazing and that's why this is my absolute recommendation.
