Alcatel 1 Series hands-on By PhoneArena

Hey guys its John, be here, wait phone right now, I'm live here at CES, 2018 China, a bunch of the new devices from Alcatel. The one I'm looking at here is the Alcatel One series. Octal has three brand-new lines that they're bringing to market. Yet the octal five series, the three series and this one or the one series we're just going to polish it at the bottom of its portfolio. It's not to say it's going to be a really cheap and crummy phone, but instead it's going to have some premium qualities while having also an aggressive price point now to be fair. This is a non-functioning device, actually just a mock-up, so it's not powering on or anything so, knowing that the first thing that really strikes me is the phone's design.

It has this textured material. It feels good in the hand, phones, not overly large, and with that textured material, it does manage to give it a good amount of grip of pan and also keeps it looking clean. Furthermore, it's also worth pointing out that it has a fingerprint sensor in the back, which is pretty significant, given that this phone is gonna, be probably sporting. An aggressive price point, and the last thing I can really tell you- is that the phone's going to be featuring a screen with an 18 by 9, its aspect, ratio, I, don't know the exact I mentioned the display or the resolution, but I'm hoping it's going to be at least 1080p. They didn't mention anything about its price point, but we'll probably learn more about that and some specs of the phone when it's going to be officially introduced at MWC 2018.
