2019 iPad Air & Mini 5 Released! + iOS 12.2 Beta 6 Review By EverythingApplePro E A P

Hey guys he's got a quick update for you today, Apple has been busy overnight. They went ahead and released new iPads, so they updated their store and the iPad Mini five series is now official. We've been talking about this bad guy for quite some time and that's a real thing, so we'll get into the details here in just a second also the new iPad 10.5. So this is the stopgap between the three hundred and twenty-nine dollar budget and iPad and the iPad Pro it starts at five hundred dollars, and it's its interesting. So it's a parts bin device by all means, but still not a bad deal. They call it the iPad Air, so they revived that lineup very interesting stuff.

Also, Iowa's 12 point two beta six was released today, and I'll cover this first there's a couple of changes inside so in settings. Now you will be able to see your current warranty. Information is now displayed in here. So, as you can see, I do not have Apple Care here. It shows I have a limited warranty.

You can go inside. This is great, so you don't have to do this separate search on Apple's website, I love that they included this, and there is now an option in here to purchase Apple Care Plus as long as you're within the sixty days. I believe they give you the giveaway between when you buy it and when you can no longer buy Apple Care. So you have a couple options here for the more advanced with theft and lost and the payment stuff in here. So this can all be done from within settings.

It's a very cool Apple. So besides that I've noticed a couple changes too. So in the control center and oh my gosh, this is going to be hard. My body is so broken guys I can barely move after yesterday. I should not have done that so in here in the Apple TV remote.

Now, when you jump in there is this animation, as you can see, swipe to navigate is now animated. It gives you this little pop-up very cool. The interface itself changes just a little. They've done some adjustments here. If you click on to the Apple TV part.

So if you don't have an Apple, TV selected, the buttons on the bottom get grayed out, and it does give you an error message if you can't find your Apple TV. So a couple interface, tweaks, nothing major, but Apple keeps refining. Io's 12.2 and my prediction is I was told point two will launch almost immediately after the events you know, I think that it lines up perfectly after the March 25th event. That's my prediction for when we could see them and a couple changes. I missed from the last beta, hey, Siri, how's the weather today.

Siri will actually ask you several new things when setting up the hey, Siri feature where previously she did not have these options. This is for the calibration. Of course, you can now ask Siri how's the air quality today. Siri now has this custom prompt for the air quality, very cool. Alright, let's cover the iPads real, quick, so not a lot going on, but to the new iPad.

The most interesting one I think is the 10.5 inch and here's what's going on with this. So Apple did not add promotion. They removed promotion from this device. It supports the Apple Pencil 1st generation, not the second generation. It has the Apple a 12 chip that goes both for the iPad Mini 5 and the new 10.5 inch, so quite a capable device. They kind of made it perfect in between the iPad Pro in the budget and iPad.

So for the people that don't want to spend too much money but still want to get the best bargain for your money. I think this is the perfect device for you. All of them do coming out in gold, silver and Space Gray, and also something important to note is that the quad speaker setup is not present on this iPad. So that will not be available. This one will start at $500 the iPad Mini at 400 still, but you're, getting a better deal, of course, with the updated internals, the Apple, a 12 chip and the Apple Pencil support, so not so bad, pretty cool Apple, but I expected some lower prices.

Here, that's still pretty expensive for what you're getting, of course, all will be available in cellular as well. If you do want that for additional price tag, 64 and 256 gigabyte flavors now long with that Apple did release a bunch of accessories and new smart keyboards leather options, as well all around very great day for apples, so stay tuned I'll have a little review with these guys. Once they are available, it looks like they should be available within 10 days, at least that's what the website says.
