Xiaomi Mi 11 vs Mi 11 Lite Camera Comparison

Hey everybody welcome back to tech odyssey, so today, I'm here to do a camera comparison review between the Xiaomi mi 11 and the 11 lite. So both of these phones just came out recently. This is very much more flagship, caliber quality in the mi 11 versus the brand new light version which we have right here. They are kind of different because one there's a big price difference, but two they're both from the same company. You got the main 11 and the 11 light. So some people, I think, would probably be interested to see what the camera differences are.

How well it stacks up when you look at the much more inexpensive, 11 light versus the 11. , so we're going to dive in, and I took a bunch of different camera samples we're going to take a look at the regular camera. The wide angle camera also the macro lens and some other features in here. So you can see just how good the cameras are and the differences between them. But before that I do want to say if this is your first time stopping by the channel.

Let's take a look at these two cameras, so the Xiaomi mi 11 just came out in the United States back in January, and you can see here there's some distinct differences between the 11 and 11 light, most notably the 108 megapixel primary camera on the back. It also has a 13 megapixel wide angle and then a 5 megapixel macro, so a triple trifecta of awesomeness when it comes to that then looking at the mi 11, lite kind of similar setup, but a little different, 64 megapixel primary shooter with an 8, megapixel wide angle and then coming in with the 5 megapixel, but they're, calling it a tell macro. So there's some interesting stuff going on here, and you can see there are differences on the left, the me11, the colors.

As far as the skin tone, I think, look a little better and then there is a little more color there, and I attribute that to the HDR. But here with the both effect, they both have the portrait style shot on the front and the back- and I like this again kind of some warmth in the skin tones there, but the both effect very similar on both. Then here you can definitely tell there is some difference as far as the sharpness and the color contrast on the 11 versus the light and some differences here as well with the both. But overall I think you get better HDR, you get better more natural warmer colors when it comes to me 11. But here you can see there is pretty much identical, sharpness and clarity when it comes to the overall macro lens, but the colors, I still think, come in more true, and they stand out more notes in the colors that stand out so here again kind of similar picture with the 11 and the 11 light, but again more natural and a little more natural depth to the overall color.

Now here you get the 10 times zoom, with both of them very comparable, but you can see there are some color differences again as well. When you get to the extra benefit of the 108 megapixel, you also get the 30 times zoom here with the 11. So that's one area, there's definitely a leg up three times farther zoom 30 times over the 10 that you get in the 11 light, but as you can see, there's not a lot point other than just the novelty of being able to say. Look I zoomed in 30 times, so there is that, but it is an added benefit that you get with the 11 over the 11 light. Now here is the wide angle, you can definitely see HDR differences again dimmer darker on the 11 light versus the 11, and also the colors definitely look way better on the 11 versus the 11 light, so definitely pay attention to the differences there and then also with the both effect again on the portrait shot.

Here I wanted to show this off really the both look good, but you can see a little lighter the skin tones are a little more. I guess not not as warm and not as accurate on the light versus the 11. The dark very well represented, and you can also see a little more clarity and sharpness, and some beard hair there as well, but you're- definitely not getting a loser with either one of these cameras I wanted to take some night picture shots as well. Here you can see the front-facing selfie camera the 11 star, I think, handles a little better, but here you can definitely tell a huge difference in the night mode. On these two cameras, all right, pretty neat, huh, gotta, take a look at the cameras between the 11 light and then also the 11.

So you could see the know nitty-gritty. What's the difference when you get down to brass tacks, how good are these cameras and when you take a look at them in relation to each other? How well do they both hold up? Is the 11 worth what it cost and is the 11 light worth it at the value price? If you don't want to get the bigger more expensive phone, we took a look at the regular camera. We took a look at the macro lens. We took a look at the wide angle. Divan took a look at lots of different things, so you could really see what the differences are and, if they matter and if it's something that you know, is valuable to you if you're looking to get one of these two phones, so I hope hopefully I covered that well enough for you.

Hopefully I was able to illustrate the differences in a meaningful way, so you could get a good idea of what the cameras are capable of. So that's all I've got for this video.
