Which Apple Watch to buy? Series 6 vs SE vs Series 5 vs Series 3

Hey, what's up, it's applejack here apple, finally released all new series of Apple Watch, and now many people are asking me which one to buy. You have the choice between series 6 and the new Apple Watch SD. This one is a good deal, and they also still have the series 3 and if you really look for it, you can still find a series 5 and series 4 in like target or Best Buy even Amazon so which one's right for you alright. Before we start, please remember to subscribe to my channel and hit the notification bell alright. So let's talk about some of the most important features and if you need all this feature that I'm going to talk about series 6 is the one for you all right. First, block oxygen monitoring: this is a brand-new feature that only on series 6.

And depends on which country or region you are. You may or may not have this feature to begin with, but in the same time you might not need this feature like personally, I do have sleep apnea problems, so this feature is crucial to me and no matter your use cases. I think it's still important for all of us to monitor our health regularly and, if you're still not sure, maybe go talk to your family doctor and see if we can give you some recommendation all right. The second one we're going to talk about is ECG or EKG. This feature first appeared on the series 4 and series 5 and then now you have to know that it's not on the Apple Watch SE, and it's the same with the block oxygen sensor your country originally may or may not support it so make sure to check on that.

First. If you really need this feature, you can choose in between 0 sports and spy or series 6. So I personally still recommend you to go with the series 6. It might cost a little more because there are still some added features, especially with the brighter screen and faster chip. I think it's worth it alright.

The next feature we will talk about is the always on display. This means the screen can always display time with a lower refresh rate and brightness. The benefit could be. You don't have to raise your wrist to check time during the meeting or on a date, so we don't seem new to other people, but the downside of having this feature is that it could hurt your battery life, so I know some people they choose to turn this feature off and if you need this feature, you can choose in between series 6 or series 5. , so my recommendation will be still gone with the series 6.

All right. The next one will be always on altimeter. This might be useful for people who do a lot of hiking. I personally don't and if you absolutely need this feature, but not the previous three day I talked about. I think SE is a good choice for you.

If you do a lot of hiking, you might need compass feature which is also on the Apple Watch. Se, with the starting price, just 279 USD. I think it's a good choice for most of the people. Okay, the next one, is sleep tracking, most Apple Watch that supports update to watch OS 7 will have this feature, but I think blood oxygen monitoring is extremely important for sleep tracking. So, if you do have problems sleeping, I recommend you to go with a series 6.

So if you can't decide between the SE or series 3. , I would recommend you to go with the SE, because the price is only a little more, but it has a newer design, much faster chip, bigger and brighter display, and you don't have to worry about watch OS update for the next couple of years. Also, if you really want to use the family share feature, you will need to watch that series 4 and up and also has the LTE feature. This means that you can buy an Apple Watch for your kids or family, even if they don't have their own iPhone to pair to you, can call them or send text to them or check where they are. I personally think it's a really great feature.

Another big feature is before detection and the series 3 doesn't come with this feature. So with all the features combined Apple Watch, SE is pretty much like the Apple Watch Series 5, but removed the always on display and the ECG sensor, and if you don't mind buying from the Apple refurbished store, they actually have some perfect deal series 5 on there, you'll get a sand chip and always on display and ECG with about 30 to 40 dollars more I'm going to leave a few links down below. You can go ahead and check it out and see if the price is right for you and if you are not sure which size is right for you, I do have videos complete all the sizes, including the screen size. You can go check that out. If you need alright the next one, we will talk about the watch case material all right.

The first thing you need to know is that they all have the same internal. It doesn't matter which watch material that you pick. So I personally recommend the cheaper aluminum model and especially the Nike ones, and besides the watch case material, you can also find a sapphire crystal screen on the stainless steel and the titanium model. They are more scratch resistant, but they are less shatterproof. So if you drop your watch, it can still break your screen and with all those materials being much heavier compared to the aluminum, you probably have a higher chance to break your screen, which actually happened to me.

I dropped my stainless steel watch at about only two feet: height and the screen broke, and few weeks later, I dropped the sports model at about the same height, nothing happened. Every single standard steel in the titanium model come with the LTE. So if you are not going to use the LTE feature, they're going to behave just like a GPS watch. So why pay more? Okay, the next one we'll talk about if you need a LTE or to stay with a GPS model? Well, I'm highly depending on my phone, so I depended on to finish my work to reply email. So I's really hard for me to imagine going out somewhere without my phone with me.

In this case, I don't think, there's a big reason for me to get a LTE model, there's only so much you can do on the watch and not to mention the battery life. Yes, it's not that good, especially if you're using the LTE plan in a typical use case with a few phone calls and tags here and there it can barely make through the day. If you buy an aluminum model, you have to pay about 100 more for a LTE model, and on top of that you have to pay for the salary plan which is about ten dollars a month. So if you're going to use the watch for two years and that's about 340 dollars more compared to the GPS model, I'm not saying that it is completely useless, but really think about your use case and think about all these costs adding up and really evaluating. If that's worth it to you, I have been using the Apple Watch for about five years or so, and everything I talk about here are based on my own experience compared to any other wearable device.

I think Apple Watch is much more capable, but in the same time they might not be worth it to you, but I do think it is a perfect health tracking device. If you are new to Apple Watch, you're still thinking about buying one, and you're, not sure, if all the features will be beneficial to you, I do have some videos to talk about the tips and tricks and can go check them out and after that, maybe you will find some useful feature for you and, if you're like me, you use a lot of apple products. Like I have the MacBook, I have Apple TV. I have iPhone and I have HomePod and AirPods. So within the ecosystem, I would say the Apple Watch is much more worth it.

I can use it to look for my iPhone. I can use it to unlock my Mac and I can also use it as a remote control. For my Apple TV, because I always lose the TV remote, I also do use all the house tracking feature. So all these combined, I think Apple Watch- is really worth it to me. But in the same time I want to be honest and say this is not for everyone and with the price that you pay here, maybe there's something else that can be more productive to you, maybe buy an iPad or save the money to buy mac, and I do hope to see they continue to improve their features, and I think one of the most important thing that people complain about is the battery life.

Hopefully we can see some technology breakthrough in the next few years. Alright. So now you watch the entire video. I do have a question for you. Whichever watch are you going to buy, and what are the most important feature to you when using an Apple Watch? Please share your thought in the comment section, or you just simply have some questions feel free to leave a comment down below too I'll.

Try my best to answer them. Alright, that's it for the video. I hope you find this useful, and I'll see you next time bye. You.
