Hey good morning, everybody welcome back to the channel and Monday video guys so right now, I'm going to give you guys an update on visible the service provider under Verizon Wireless. That has been really solid for me since day, one that I was offered to use it in yes, for those who know I was approached by visible. They did give me a line to test out a year ago in June, so we're coming up on my year anniversary that visible so that right there that right, there alone to speak volumes that I've pretty much held the account the line for over almost a year already, and I just wanted to give you guys an update on what I think, and my experience was visible to kind of help those people out there who are still on the fence about visible. So let me just kind of go into it right, so we already know- or if you don't know, that I'm going to explain it- that visible works on the Verizon network. It works under Verizon. It is owned by Verizon, so there's one of their prepaid companies that they have now.
What makes visible unique is the fact that they don't invest their earnings, their money into store locations into call center agents, which is a good, and it's kind of a caveat if you kind of think about it, with no physical stores for anyone to go into there's no one that can speak to live or even buy a phone directly by somebody and with no call center agents. There's not an 800 number to call to talk to somebody for an issue. Everything is done through chat from the visible application, so that is kind of good kind of bad I mean to me. I can see why they kind of went that route anyways, because in today's world and market people text more than they do, phone calls so being in a chat is like being on text. Basically only it's more interactive and quicker than texting.
So the chat is there. Now there are select devices that you can get from visible and there's like a bang load of promotions that they offer I'm not gonna, go through. All that you guys definitely go to visible website and look at those, but what I will say this is, besides all the promotions, all the stuff and the really, really awesome idea of using emoticons, for, like their logos and whatnot I, really gotta say that the visible service has been very, very, very solid from the very first moment that I got it in June. Yes, the data was kept, then, when they uncapped the data, that's when it really exploded, I mean I was able to travel, going down to places like Tucson, Arizona and all the way to Sierra Vista and maintain a constant good LTE connection. Now, right now, those visible have five G, not not by my understanding.
Not yet I do know that they're making upgrades to the towers and to the access of visible customers, and I'm assuming their doing that, because we're moving into the 5g market Verizon is yielding out.5G capable devices using millimeter, wave technology and I do feel like that visible customers who get devices that are able to connect to the 5g network that Verizon is providing that they want invincible customers to have that experience. So that's why I think I don't know for some of you guys who are already invisible, customers I'm sure you guys got the same message that I did you know we'll? Let you guys know that visible is doing some upgrades in the area and that's just basically Verizon upgrading the network as they're rolling out their 5g technology nationwide, but as far as LTE, like 4G LTE connection, has been very, very solid as a matter of fact, since they did the upgrades I found out that the upgrades are actually pretty solid. Just this morning, I'm popping into visible SIM card into my pixel to connect connected to band 66, and I was like pulling down in my house. I was pulling down download speeds of like over 30 30 megabits per second between 30 and 40. The uplink was, you know about 5 megabits, which you know has kind of been the same as it was before, but the down link was actually a lot faster and in my place that I'm at right now, I usually don't get the best service at all whatsoever.
With any provider, I mean my Google five same things. You know, I can have like maybe two or three bars right now, where I'm sitting and probably have like a download speed of, maybe, like you know, 12 to 15 megabits per second, and it was the same with visible. But then, since the upgrade, it's actually gotten a lot better. So they are making upgrades to the network and I know that you know T-Mobile is too as well, but I can say that visible is doing that at least here in my city in Phoenix, as the sixth-largest city in the United States. So congestion is always a thing here, doesn't matter what carrier you go on some of the cool things that visible has done over the time since I first had them got them a year ago.
Is that they've introduced party-party pay right, which you know if I can sum it up quickly for those people who have been on Sprint before, if you guys remember the Sprint family plan, not family plan, but for Amelie well with, like friends and family. So like you linked a bunch of counts together and you guys we get discounted for. However, many accounts, you guys had linked visible doing the same thing with party, but you could have up to four people on the party and that would yield a $5 discount. May not get your bill down to $25 a month which kind of coincides Invisible, promotional entry, your first month being $25. And then, if you stay as a single line, then it will be $40 a month.
Taxes and fees included right so $40 flat rate. But if you join into a party- or you start your own party and and and grab like three more visible customers to join your party, you can have your bill down to $25 a month. So that's actually pretty solid $25 for unlimited talk, text and data, and then I look to see if they recap the data, and there was nothing that that came towards me about it. Being recapped I did reach out to the liaison 'visible, who initially approached me a year ago on testing of visible service, which I have to tell people right now, and I'm going to clarify this straight out visible. You know with any company.
Some companies will actually tell you like you know if you're going to use our stuff. You can't say this this this and that, and I will say this right now visible. The liaison that spoke with invisible had pretty much. Let me do whatever I wanted to do. Um I can say if it was trash, I can say if it was good, like she literally told me that whatever I'm experiencing I'm invisible, they would love that I would share that feedback on my YouTube channel with everyone who you know who watches my videos and also for them because they watch my videos, and they have.
You know I've gotten the feedback that I've given them and there wasn't really much I could say bad about it, because the visible service has been solid and true for me and I've taken the service with me to California. It's been solid out. There went to Long Beach, it was just fine. It was flying buttery, smooth, no hiccups or anything like that. So I definitely can say that now.
Does that mean that it's going to be like that in your area? That depends on if Verizon has solid service in your area. If Verizon has decent service, you have to expect that visible is going to have a little less than decent reason being that it's no no secret, that with any of the major carriers they're prepaid, subscribers are limited to the amount of access to the network that they're getting compared to post paid customers on said carriers, because they're going to give the most to their postman carriers, and they're gonna, give even more to their business. Subscribers right, the homie Carlos can attest to that. So if Verizon is decent, like maybe like it's like a postpaid Verizon customers game, like you know, 10 megabits per second down, you can expect invisible you'll, probably get like between 5 and 6 megabits down that's just a reality of things, but at least for everyone that I've gone to visible, has been holding up solid and true. So I will say this right now like for anyone that that's a curious about it, I would say: try it out test it out.
I mean your first month's $25. If the service does not yield the experience that you want, just simply just cancel the service simple as that, but for me, I will say this. That visible has been very solid, and I continue to keep the line so yeah, it's like it's Google, I and visible. That's always in my pocket, along with AT&T, but anyways guys. So that's a brief.
You know one-year update to it. I can say that it's its still solid and the upgrades that visible has made recently has been working out. Great, so I give them two thumbs up. Basically, anyways guys. That's it there'll, be a link to a party account if you guys want to join up.
