TCL 10 5G UW Unboxing By Techaeris

This is the TCL 10 5g UW for Verizon, and we're going to unbox it straight ahead. Welcome back guys, it's Alex from techairs. com. I know I haven't done a video in quite a while, and I apologize for that. We've got a lot going on. I moved from one state to another state, and we're just concentrating on the website trying to do reviews and uh just get that going more than YouTube, but we want to work on YouTube as well.

So I'm trying to kick-start these videos up again and hopefully you guys will subscribe and hit the like button share with your friends, all that good stuff, but hey I'm back, and in this video we are going to unbox the TCL 10 5g UW for Verizon. Now this is uh supposedly Verizon's, cheapest 5g phone. I think it's 3.99 4.99 something like that. I'll look it up, and I will put it on the screen here. So you can see the exact price now this box here is a reviewers box.

This is what TCL sent out to its reviewers. So this is not what you'll get when you buy the retail version. You'll just get the phone, and we'll get that out in a second, but we'll see what else TCL sent along here. So it's branded with tcl105guw display. Now I didn't open this up, but I kind of figured out how to open it earlier, so everyone puts in with it.

So I just wanted to make it as seamless as possible. So here we have a spec Presidio eco tech case that they sent along with the phone for the tcl105g spec makes some pretty decent cases. We reviewed those in the past so put that to the side, and they sent a face mask how about that, because everybody needs a face mask right now, and it's branded with TCL we'll put that to the side and TCL branded microfiber, cleaner cloth. Those are always nice to have, and we'll pop this out here and then there's the box for the phone that to the side, and it's kind of snugged in their pretty well we'll get this out. Put that to the side and there's the box for the TCL 105 gun.

There are the sides 6.53-inch full HD plus display 2.4 gig, outscore processor, 48, megapixel, camera 120, gigs of storage, six gigs of ram fast charging with a 4500 William hour battery Qualcomm chip inside and there is our TCL 105g UW smartphone uh. It has the sim injector tool in there all the other stuff we'll go through that once we get in the box. But that's what the box looks like, and I also have the TCL 10l and the TCL 10 pro back here- we'll grab those out of their boxes, and we'll kind of compare a little, and then we're going to do a full, in-depth comparison, but we'll at least take a look and see what kind of looks different slide this guy out of the box and there's your phone. We're going to move this stuff out of the way, all right, let's pop that phone out of there tcl105guw, and we'll slide it right out, and it has a kind of space, grayish kind of dark gray, metallic sort of look to it with a really cool design. On the back here, I think this it's plastic, but it's a nice plastic, and we'll power that up, and we'll look through what else is in the box here all right and in the box you get it's like a sim ejector tool like I said, quick reference guide, sim ejector tool, just instructions there, you get an USB c cable, I'm assuming here yeah, and it's a braided.

It's a braided cloth, USB-C, cable, very interesting USB-C to USB-C for charging and then on. The other side is the charging brick, and this is fast charging TCL branded. And while this powers up, we will take a break, we're gonna, set it up, and then we'll break up the other two TCL phones and kind of put them side by side. You can take a look at it real quick, but this is pretty much the phone fairly slim most smartphones. These days are pretty slim.

It does have uh some beveled curved edges around they're, more rounded off than it's, not rectangular, fingerprint sensor on the back triple camera, 5g logo and phone's initializing we're going to take a break, and we're going to set it up, be right back all right. Welcome back guys, we have the TCL 10 5gu in the middle, the TCL 10 pro on the right and the tcl 10l on the left. So you can see they're very similar um. The pro is much more angular. It's got the curved display here, kind of uh sort of like a Samsung or a lg, the display kind of falls off toward the edge, so there's less bezel, but um.

So I would say that the TCL 10 l and the 5g UW actually look more similar than that one quad camera on both of these only a triple camera on this one. Here, it's a little cheaper. Of course, this is all metal. This is plastic, and this is plastic very similar construction to these. These two here very, very similar, there are some nuances that are really most people aren't going to really notice, but um these two.

Actually, I had not plugged in, so they're dead right now, so I can't show you the screen, but this is the screen for the 5g TCL from Verizon and there's plenty of Verizon apps, for you guys that love Verizon, apps sarcastically, I say so yeah that is the volume rocker and the power and speakers USB c port and a headphone jack at the top. So you do get a headphone jack here and your sim tray on this side and, of course, that back and those triple cameras- I don't have all the specs here, we'll put a link down below to TCL's website. So you can take a look at the specs and see all those so but basic TCL, um interface. Here pretty much everything's the same um. I do believe it's running android 10.

Let's take a look real, quick! Let me jump into settings, so we are running android version 10 and there's all your information about the camera and the resolution CPU snapdragon 765g and around six gigs of ram 4500 William battery the screen is very bright. So I'm I'm glad about that. I, like a nice bright screen, so at any rate we will have a full review of this phone um coming up on the website. So you guys keep an eye out for that trying to get some good angles here. Show you that really nice looking design on the back now, we've done that.
