Sony Ericsson txt pro Review

A budget feature phone with a touchscreen and a slide-out full QWERTY keyboard. This is victory for phone arena and today, we'll present you, the Sony Ericsson TXT Pro. It comes with a three inch. Capacitive touchscreen reserved with a resolution of 240 by 400 pixels, is fairly responsive and, let's first take a closer look at the design of the handset before jumping into the interface. The back of the Sony Ericsson TXT Pro. Has this nice soft touch coating this nice finish, which makes it comfortable to hold, but it also holds a 3.2 megapixel fixed-focus camera with no flash and Sony Ericsson's logo and the TXT Pro marking on the right. There is a dedicated camera, shutter key which allows you to quickly snap pictures, but unfortunately this is a company with a loud sound that you can't disable the main thing about the design of the Sony Ericsson TXT Pro is the fact that it's so small that it almost feels like a toy.

In your hand, it's pretty lightweight and if you take a look at the plastic materials, they also add to that feeling. But it's not the slimmest of toys actually because it has a rather thick profile, which is definitely noticeable if you put it in your pocket, and this mostly due to the slide-out full QWERTY keyboard with nicely spaced keys, is very comfortable, very well-made unit, and it opens and closes with a distinct sound. Just like that, the hand set comes with Sony, Ericsson's corner touch UI, and you can see why it's the corner touch you I right from the start. It has four icons in the different corners, one for the browser messages, the keypad and your phone book. Overall, it's not the best of interfaces, as it's definitely not comparable to that of a smartphone in terms of customizations and extensions, but it does offer a decent experience.

You can flick around, and some lag is definitely noticeable, and you can see that it registers touch poorly. Sometimes even you have a hard time, picking the right application or just flicking around like you see now, but except for that, it's a decent interface. The main feature right here is the France application. The may highlight the text Pro, and it allows you to see up to five of your favorite contacts and quickly message them by adding Facebook and Twitter accounts, and that's how the keyboard looks. On the hand side, you only have the numeric keypad right here, the t9 keyboard and if you choose to use the physical keyboard, you'll be typing really fast, but if you're using this, of course, it's much slower.

There is no full QWERTY virtual keyboard on the handset. We also notice some basic applications like a file manager missing, and we found it hard to transfer media from or to the micros card, and the handset supports up to 32 gigabytes of micros cards, but unfortunately it only automatically detects the content and doesn't allow you to transfer files on the phone we've mentioned that the handset comes with a 3.2 megapixel fixed-focus camera and the camera application is just as basic as it gets. You only have the required key right here in the adoption to switch between a camera and camcorder mode. That's it no other customizations, no other options when it comes to the image, quality and the handset it's way below average. But you shouldn't expect much from the fixed, focused renege, epistle camera.

It doesn't support flash, and it doesn't work well in macro conditions, just as any other fixed focus camera and when it comes to video capture. It only supports Q VGA videos, which are only good for young on a small screen like the 3-inch one on the TXT Pro, but they're not well viewable, on a larger screen like monitor or HDTV. The contacts' application text. Pro is pretty rich in terms of available data that you can add to your contacts. It's also pretty straightforward.

You can add all kinds of information about your contacts as well as their social networking information which you can later you to the fatal to the friends application and that's how the keypad looks like the biggest disappointment about tempo is the fact that it feature is a very basic browser which doesn't render web pages well. Actually more complex web pages, and sometimes even simpler pages will render, is to separate or even three separate sub-pages. So you have to go to different sub-pages to just read a single article of interest, and here that's how our home website phone ring com looks like it varies well in terms of battery life and our unit lasted easily three days, but on the downside, co quality was terrible in our handset and our colors report adherence in a very unnatural way, with plenty of site noise. The year piece, however, works pretty well, despite the fact that the Sony Ericsson text for is a cute device with a slide-out keyboard. We have a hard time recommending it, mostly because it's a feature phone with a touchscreen one of a dying class.

It also doesn't have 3G connectivity, which is a downer, so you're only stuck with Wi-Fi or GPRS edge, and it has a pretty basic. Only 3.2 megapixel, fixed-focus camera alternatives in the same price segment would even include some Android smartphones, like the Samsung Galaxy mini, which doesn't have the slide-out full QWERTY keyboard, but does offer a full-featured smartphone experience and if you're, only after the full QWERTY keyboard, then the Sony Ericsson TXT Pro- probably won't disappoint you. But in any other case you might be better off looking for a smartphone thanks for watching and for full in-depth review of the Sony Ericsson textbook check out phone arena. Car.
