Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite: Unboxing & First Look

Now, if you follow my channel I've, actually reviewed all the Samsung Galaxy Tabs as they've been released over the years, I reviewed the tab, s4 I reviewed the tab, s5 II and most recently I reviewed that had s6, which is one of my favorite Android tablets of all time now, I was really excited when Samsung announced the all new Galaxy Tab s 6 light. Now it might not have all the bells and whistles of the Tab F 6, but it does bring a lot to the table at a really great price. It has the s-pen. It has a beautiful 10.4 inch display, it's got good performance, and it has a premium all-metal build all that might equal a definite winner, hey everybody, its Andrew, and this is my unboxing and first look at the all new Samsung Galaxy Tab f6 light coming up. If you want to see more videos like this, why not hit that subscribe button and make sure you hit that notification bell this way, you'll be alerted every time, I upload a new video and make sure you follow me on my social media, especially Twitter and Instagram. That's where I post, all the latest updates and one of the reasons I wanted to spotlight the Galaxy Tab s6 light is the fact that it comes in at a perfect price.

Three 49.99 you could pick it up at be in each photo, I'll put the link below for more information and where you can buy it, but it really does give you a good price to value ratio. You get the s-pen, you get the premium all-metal build. You get the dual speakers. That sounds perfect. You get pretty decent performance at a great price and I think that is a winning combination.

You can get it with either 64 gigabytes or 128 gigabytes of on-board storage, which is expandable via the micro SD card slot, and with that out of the way, let's find out what you get inside the box, let's open it up lifting the lid you're, greeted by the unit itself, you're charging adapter, along with a USB cable. Furthermore, you also get your sim ejector tool and some documentation and, of course, you get the s-pen. It uses the Wacom EMR technology holding the unit for the first time. It feels very premium very high-end, with its all-metal design and I love the fact that it has a headphone jack, something that's become a rarity nowadays. What we're looking at here with the Tab Essex Lite, is a ten point.

Four-inch TFT display with a resolution of 2012 hundred, it's powered by the Enos 9610 CPU, four gigabytes of RAM 64 or 128 gigabytes of on-board storage, which is expandable via micros card. He did have a 7000 40 William hour battery, not bad for a starting price of 349 99, it's running Samsung's own 1ui 2.1 and the latest version of Android 10, and that, of course, is good to see now. One of the reasons Samsung was able to get this in at an affordable price is the fact they're not using that Super AMOLED display that you get with the tab s6 instead they're using an LCD panel. It's a ten point four inch panel, as opposed to a ten point: five inch panel, you get with the tab s6 now. Having said that, this is still a very good display.

In fact, I would say it's an excellent display. It gets very bright, it's got really sharp colors, really deep blacks, and it really does cover the color gamut really. Well so I have to say they did a perfect job on this, despite it not being a Super AMOLED display great for watching Netflix, YouTube, Amazon and overall consuming media. It did a perfect job and the bezels are actually pretty good on this. It's not normally what we see in this price range.

So that's pretty good. Now you do have to have somewhat of a bezel to hold this as a tablet. Of course. Now I will, of course, bring you all the numbers in my full review. Coming soon, it's got a five megapixel front camera with an 8 megapixel rear camera.

So this is the front-facing camera on the Samsung Galaxy Tab s6, light 1080p, 30 frames per second I, actually think it's pretty good 1080p, not too bad. Actually- and this is what it looks like and sounds like outdoors. Let me know what you think about it in the comment section below and here it is with a live focus, giving you that blurred background or bouquet effect- and here are some examples of the rear-facing 8 megapixel camera. Let me know what you think about it in the comment section below no 4k video, 1080p 30 frames per second. Now you can log in with face recognition.

I thought the setup was really easy, and it worked pretty well so far, I'm actually impressed now, unlike the tab, s6 there's nowhere to store the pen in the back, but you can stick magnetically to the side and I thought. The connection was pretty strong. Now the pen itself worked pretty well with that Wacom EMR technology. That means you don't need any batteries and I thought the pressure sensitivity was pretty good as well. So this is great for taking notes, sketching out artwork one big difference with the tab.

S6 though there's no extra added Bluetooth functionality, you don't get the extra air commands. You would get with that tab f6. So that's one of the differences between the two and that's. Why you're getting this? At a lesser price, but I'm actually really happy, they do include this at no additional cost. That's a really nice value, add, and especially at 350 dollars.

The fact that you get the s-pen you don't need to spend extra, like you would say, with an iPad, that's actually pretty good and another big difference between this and the tab. S6 is that this is running Samsung's own Enos, 9610 chipsets and that's actually performed better than I expected. It's actually performing pretty well, everything seems pretty snappy and pretty fluid I'll, bring you more of that information and more benchmarks, of course, in my full review. Now, if you're looking at the tab, s4 versus this, there are a couple of differences, and this is not only going to be cheaper, but it is going to have certain advantages having a more modern s-pen, a lighter design, a more modern design and a couple of other features. So if you're, considering the older tab s4 with the s-pen and this with the s-pen I think you might want to go with this at this point now.

Another option, of course, is the tab s5e, which I also reviewed I'll, put the link below for my review on that, but that doesn't have s-pen support. So I know a lot of you want that pen. So it's either between this the light version of the tab, f6 or the tab s4. If you don't want to go for that tab f6 and spend the extra money. So these are the two that you might want to consider now.

Another difference between the light and the tab. S6 is that you don't get the quad speakers, you get dual speakers there AKG tune and so far I'm pleasantly surprised at how good they actually are good volume, good, mid, good bass, and they sound perfect filling up the room rather nicely. Now, of course, this is not meant to replace the more high-end tab s6, but for those that don't want to break the bank and only want to spend three hundred and fifty dollars. This definitely is a good proposition. You get the s-pen, you get that really beautiful display you get that all-metal premium, design and I.

Don't think you could ask for much more I think it's a better value. Add then, of course, the iPad at this price and I think this is a perfect choice so far, of course, I look forward to putting it through its paces and bring you my full review coming very soon and finally, I just wanted to add in the interests of transparency in full disclosure, I'm not being paid by Samsung I'm, not being sponsored by Samsung. All the opinions you just heard are my own, and no one is seeing this video before its release. This unit was purchased with my own money. I did not receive a review unit from Samsung.

So what do you think about this bad boy? The Samsung Galaxy Tab s6, light 349, perfect price premium metal build it feels premium. It doesn't feel cheap in any way whatsoever. Don't let that light! Moniker fool you! This is a premium tablet in a lot of ways. Now, of course, I like the inclusion of the s-pen. Now, there's no place to store it on the back, like you get with the tab s6, but you are able to attach it magnetically to the side, as you can see here, and it's a pretty decent connection.

I have to say what I like about. The s-pen, of course, is the ability to take notes the ability to draw and sketch out artwork on this. So it's a great tablet in that regard. I, like its LCD, display we're not getting the Super AMOLED display. That being said, this is an excellent panel of no problems with resolution you're looking at 2000 by 1200.

So it's very crisp sharp, really deep blacks, and it is a great viewing experience when it comes to consuming media watching Netflix YouTube and the like now performance with that Enos processor, it's actually been pretty good, it's actually been very snappy, very fluent I haven't had any hiccups. Of course, it's actually performed pretty well. Of course, I will give you all the benchmarks and the numbers coming up in my full review. Now it does have a 7000 40 William hour battery and that's actually the same battery size as the tab. S5E we looked at last year, so perfect stuff.

So far, give me a little of time, I'm going to be putting it through its paces, I'm going to be giving you that full review very soon. Now I do like these speakers. Now you don't get the quad speakers on this, but you do get dual speakers. They are AKG tuned, and they sound really good vibes, good mid and good bass, so very good job in terms of the sound from Samsung. Now it does have a pretty nice camera on the front and the back and of course I will give you more examples of that in my full review, but I'm curious to know what you think.
