Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 Tablet(2020) Review..... Thing 🤘 By Darth Karnivorus

Either technology fans dark and evidence here and welcome back to another app technology, video, so yeah guys got myself a new, a new tablet, uh yeah, the one I have before the amazingly budget, Lenovo tablet I had, which I do actually love by the way I actually gave that to my mother uh, mostly because the tablet that she was using was super, super slow. It was ancient, it was probably about seven or eight-year-old and the battery was starting to go on it. I mean it would barely hold a charge, and it would take forever to charge up to 100. So that's how you know there's a problem with the battery so um. She didn't take no for an answer, but she gave me money towards me getting this one, because I did want to get another tablet anyway. Um a bigger tablet- and just I mean I loved in what I loved in the Lenovo one I had um.

It was fast. It was fluid. Furthermore, it was great. The sound was incredible on it, but it was just. I don't hear that there, but there's a lot of baby seagulls on him here lately, and you can hear them screaming as they fly through there.

It's its pretty funny anyway. So yeah. This is the Samsung Galaxy tab, a7 10.4 inch. It's got 32 gigs of onboard storage, and it's got three gig ram and I don't understand why the hell they do it's so low for the flash memory. I mean it's ridiculous.

I mean 32 gigs, you know you can download a couple of games and maybe a movie or two and that's if it's ridiculously small. Furthermore, I know you can get SD cards. Furthermore, I've actually upgraded my SD card to 128 gigs uh just for this tablet, so I've got a whole abundance of comics to show off on. Here I have an anime TV shows. I get anime movies on here as well.

You know, and it's good for work as well, because the Lenovo tablet I had um. I used that for work. You know if I was in work all day. It was good to have something that I could just easily. You know, watch a movie um or read a comic book or read a book or even just go onto YouTube.

What just to kind of kill the time that's left you know of my shift so, like I said guys, I decided to buy this one, so I bought this one from my local ex. There was actually two of them in stock uh. They were both grade b's and I looked at both of them. The first one had like a big scratch right along the screen, and this one here is an immaculate condition, and I mean it was an immaculate, but one was an ah a 3d f3d, a 3g model, which is this one and the other one was a Wi-Fi model. So it was like five pounds of a difference, so I thought well may as well go with this one.

I know I can easily put a sim card this one what's the point, but it means, if anything ever happens to my phone. You know um. I can easily just put a sim card in here. I can use it for phoning testing, all the good stuff um. What has another one's just Wi-Fi mod only so it doesn't really bother me, but I bought this case uh? This case came a couple of days ago and, as you can see, you've got these kinds of wall stick on the back they're just I just thought that looked epic as hell and when I peeled off the sticker.

I actually thought that the white part here was obviously um translucent, but it wasn't, but it does look pretty good. You know I like it anyway, so uh yeah, this thing's got like a 13 megapixel camera on it. Whatever I mean who the hell takes pictures with their tablet, you know it's. Just everybody's got a phone these days, you know even unborn children. I've got phones these days, you know uh.

Yes, this is just a folio case and the good thing is, though, this cost me eight pounds and ninety pence plus you get a tempered glass screen protector worth it as well. For that place, that is an absolute bargain um. So I can put a link in the comments down below if you guys want, if you guys own this tablet, or you plan on getting this tablet, then you can easily get this case, and it comes in a different, a variety of different colors and obviously, like I said, you've got a free, tempered, glass screen protector as well. So, like I said guys, this is a 10.4 inch and I can see if my hands are yep. I do have big hands um, so here it is right here and yes, it does have the sleep.

Wake function now, just like the Lenovo one. This is not an OLED screen um, it is a 2k screen. Now, as you can see, it does look. You know the image of the predator here. It does look slightly blown out.

Obviously these parts here and the naked eye. This is very, not dull, but it's perfect for your eyes, but on this camera on this screen right now, it does look like all the white parts here are all bloomed out. They're all brightened up. It does not what we got in real life. Trust me on that one: okay, so uh yeah, I bought 128 gig cards from Amazon for 14 pounds and 79 pence I'll put that in a link in the comments down below it's an official Samsung one.

So obviously it's going to work perfect with this one, and I will be planning on getting a hundred and sorry 512 gigabytes, one for my Nintendo Switch uh next month when I get paid actually next week when I get paid um, I've always loved this image, though, and I do have- I still do own- the tops alien versus predator cards, and this is my favorite one of all time. I just love it because it reminds me so much predator, too, and predator 2 is my favorite predator movie, and I just love the city hunter. You know I just love the look and obviously the city hunter has. Obviously it's got the spear. It's got the smart disc, you know, and it's got all the different visions and stuff like you know, compared to the first one um, even though the first one is amazing, it really is but, like I said guys, it's got the sleep wake function, which is very, very handy now.

Um yeah, like I said, guys, a 10.4-inch screen and yes, the screen as if you look up the top there focus the screen is curved, so pretty nice and the bezels aren't that bad now, a lot of people, probably thinking why you know I want a tablet with smaller bezels, but that means when you're holding it. You know like this, for instance, if you actually hold it, you somewhat rest your thumbs or whatever. So, if you're actually on the screen, you know if you're pressing the screen that obviously stuff, like that's going to happen, you know um which would suck but hey, like. I said guys, I've got a tempered glass screen protector on here, but just to be aware, these are very, very difficult to get on, so I'll put the flashlight on, as you can see. If you can see all this sort of little dots here, uh can, I say, guys we'll just clean all those mucky fingerprints off um yeah.

So there's all these like kind of little bits right here, these little tiny dots and that's actually air that's trapped underneath which I couldn't actually get out, and you know the size of the screen protector. It's very, very annoying. Now, like the Lenovo tablet um, when I had the blackberry Kane phone, which is one of my favorite phones. I've ever had yesed, it's very, very small, but it was really, really good. You could also double tap the screen to wake up there we go and if you, if there's nothing on the screen at all, obviously, if you've got an application opened up, you know.

Let's say the Google Play Store whatever else, then you can unless and maybe this will work? No, so obviously, because this is a full, you know thing you know, but if there's anything unlike to say the home screen and there's nothing here, double tap, it locks it for you again, obviously with me having the sleep weight function and this I can just easily do it that way, you know, makes life so much easier, um now yeah. It doesn't weigh that much either. I'm not really sure of the weight of this tablet give me a sec guys I'll just turn this brightness down um there we go, that's a bit better yeah, so it's obviously really dark uh with the naked eye, but it was really bright. On screen like I said, this is sort of bloomed out, but um yeah. So call me crack.

This is the one I always go to. As you guys know, I do love my comics. I've got well literally. I have tells you right there 885 comics so far, and these are all stacked as well. So obviously you're going to see aliens they're all there um.

What else have we got artifacts? You know one of my favorite comics. I love this series because this series combines the uh the Magdalena um. What's her face the Angeles, a switchblade, the darkness, all the comics all rolled into one, and it's one of those with the big super, super commies, but each one of them have got their own sausage. You know their own sort of special pills, which is really, really good. Um.

I've obviously shown these off anyway, there are the boys, uh omnibus um. So if you've seen the boys TV show, I do obviously to read the boys now, you're, probably thinking you know, these all go sort of green with novices. I saw like these gray bars under the comics are actually progressed. Balls like, for instance, I'll show off in let's see. Well, I can't really show off in actually right now because I've just copied these over to the SD card today, so it won't show up anything but, for instance, uh with spawn.

When you go to read the comic. You know you get the big beautiful one right there, but if you look at the very ends: okay, so that's the last page all right skip to the next one and then just back out and as you can see, that progress bar is green. Now, if you go to the spawn one uh, if you see spawn that's just like well, it's not even called then yet, but I have read up to 65 issues so far, so I have to kind of reread them hey. But as you see, I've got a lot of spawn comics uh Jurassic Park, uh Star Wars, so I've shown these off in the Lenovo one. It's basically it's whatever was on that memory card on the SD card.

It was the exact same amount of comics that were on this one as well. Actually, I've downloaded more, but I had to download more to the actual system memory. And then, when I got my 128gb SD card um, I was able to just copy them over. So, as you can see, it says that each SD card I've got 107 gigabytes used and 119 gigs in total, which is very stupid because nine gigs is used for system there for the actual thing itself. You know I don't get.

I really don't get it, why they don't do um I'll. Just close all these, I really don't get it. Why don't they don't just say that it's 118 gig on the card, rather than saying it's 128, gig, that's just stupid? You know it should say like um, 119 gigs, then it's in brackets, it's supposed to be 120 or something I don't know it should show how much she's actually available. But if I'm going to say a VLC player um, you know it takes a few seconds, but there we go. I'm loading now guys.

I just need to turn the brightness up quickly because it's harder for me to see as well um, so yeah I've got um on here. Furthermore, I've got Akira uh. Furthermore, I've got angel cop. Six episode over here was that the golden age arc trilogy biohunter Castlemaine season, one two three and four um demon slayers, the movie Eugen train, devil man, even though it says, but it's actually a birth and the demon bud siren Dragon Ball. Super brolly, obviously um ESA flown in the movie.

Now, if you haven't seen if you've seen escalope the seas, I do object to watch the movie, because I think the movie is a lot better. You know it's a little more violent. It's got better story and the animation is just absolutely beautiful. Actually I'll just show a little clip right now, so there we go. Let me set guys we'll get this set up properly.

So yeah we've been a folio case. You can actually just fold it around like that just so you can get it there and there we go. I can do a little sound test for this one as well kill him. Oh, that is amazing right. I don't want to spoil that you guys, but that is the actual opening of the movie, but trust me guys.

The movie itself is so damn good. It really is um, so yes, this is an it's got a quad speaker set up. So you get two speakers there, two speakers there you've got USB there. Also, this does support fast charging. So if you've got a charger with 15 watts or 15 watt voltage, you can do a fast charging.

So I think it's from zero to 100. It's like two and a half hours. So that's not too bad, but then again, if you're using just a normal wire, then it's roughly about four hours to get this thing fully charged, and so, when I bought this one, it was practically brand new. Like I said guys, I don't think the person who traded this in uh didn't trade in. You know that long before, because when it had a full charge uh, but I really think I think it may have been like 97, and obviously I didn't have to charge it for a couple of days after I set up and the battery does last about 12 hours on this thing roughly give or take roughly by the amount of usage, because I obviously use it for comics use it for browsing Amazon, eBay, YouTube um, obviously, like I said guys watching movies as well.

I've not really watched any movies at all I've just kind of us. That's my first time putting the movies on um. I actually bought a little USB micro SD card reader, but it didn't work the way I thought it would have. You know and um VLC player does pick it up, but it's about finicky. You know uh yeah so, like I said guys I'll just show the sort of little slight overview.

Okay, so uh, like I said guys, it's got a quad speaker set up, so you've got your 3.5 millimeter headphone jack. There's your left speaker right, speaker or depending on which way it's facing an USB got a microphone down. There. You've also got a microphone at the side right there and there's a volume up your volume down and your power button, and you've got your 13 megapixel shooter. Whatever else, and as you can see guys, I've got the fire on today.

Uh then we've got another speaker set up at the sides there. So as you can see, or as you could hear in that last part there, the sound of these things are incredible. Now it does have to all be at most, but it's not as good as the Lenovo ones. That's the one thing I do miss about having that tablet, but then again, if my mother gets a good, you know good use of it. Then you know I'm happy with that um, but the speaker set up.

This is fantastic, but this is mostly for work, so I can just connect my Huawei free bud, headphones or earphones. I mean I always call them headphones. I don't know why my wife always corrects me um my spinach thing. Furthermore, I don't know, but it's something I do love to do is watch movies and anime and stuff like that, and the new Mortal Kombat show in a couple of weeks, even the new Witcher anime is out in like just under two weeks time, I'm looking forward to that um. So what else we've got in here um if you're wondering what this ski this was going to see.

What do you want this game's like? If you wonder what this tablet would be like for gaming yeah? It's actually pretty good um I'll, just put up um Dragon Ball legends. There we go, so it does it up, really quick, which is good and obviously playing um playing on a table like this is pretty much overkill. But then again, I do love playing this game on this tablet. I'll just turn the volume up. Okay, so I'll show off the settings which I've got right now, if I can figure out how to get it other and options so right now I have it at um, oh, no, that's what it's graphics into.

So my graphics right now are at well low, medium, medium high. I would say, but I can put them too high. The quality is high resolution and, let's see, I think, that's saved, though let's see just to double-check yep. So it's on high, and I will just quickly go into a battle just to show you guys yeah with the gameplay. Obviously you know what the game plays like in this game, but it will show off how good the frame rating is.

Okay, so I can show off the loading times as well. So just pick some decent characters uh, I do have a lot of perfect characters. I think I've got over 300 characters and I have not paid a single penny uh to get any of them. You know so take my word for that uh there we go there's a loading time, so I have to download the first and then that's it load them pretty fast. As you can see, that is full 60 frames per second, and it looks absolutely glorious okay, so I can also show off fire emblem heroes.

Uh. This is one game. I do love um. I really do love the fire emblem games and this game is just so good, I'm good as well. You know I love the.

I love the love the defining one games. I really do, and so I just want a quick battle and show you guys whoare. Like I mean this game is not you know graphically demanding, but it still is a really, really pretty looking game. You know, so you get all the storyline really there's no voice acting really other than maybe some of the little clips that the characters say and yeah the good thing about this game as well. Just like Dragon Ball legends and other games like that, you can just do an auto battle as well, so you can just kind of sit there and just watch the action play out.

Let's go for that little close up, so you can see that oh yeah, I do have a fire emblem warriors and fire emblem. Three houses on Nintendo Switch, which I do actually enjoy playing, I'm actually playing not at the moment, but I have been playing them over the last couple of days, and it made me want to download this one again, because this game is just so good. It really is okay, so we'll just let this bottle finish, but that's enough of this one so on to the next sort of category okay. So before I end this, video I'll give you guys a little short story um before I bought this tablet. Now I'm a huge fan of Huawei products.

You know I have a've, got the Huawei free buds, uh earphones, I've got the Huawei Mate 20x phone. I've got the Huawei honor magic. Watch too. I absolutely love this thing. The battery life on this thing is absolutely insane.

Now I wanted to get a Huawei tablet. Now I love Samsung tablets. I love Samsung products. I wanted to get a Huawei tablet, and I've seen that my local cx had the Huawei Mate proud, make plaid mate pad a pro. Furthermore, I was going to see it in pro there beforehand, but I had them.

Huawei Mate pad pro um, and this was a 10.8 inch um. I had a beautiful, beautiful screen like a car screen similar to this one, but it was a bit more curved. I had like a punch, hole camera up, the top uh left side there um, and it looked really amazing. Furthermore, I watched a few reviews for it as well, and I thought that looks amazing. Furthermore, I want to get that one.

You know got enough money for it. Why not? So when I bought it, I got it home and gave it a good clean, as I usually do, with antibacterial wipes just to get all it's not to just get coronavirus. If there's any coronavirus on it, it's to get old somebody else's stink off it. Someone else sees germs. Someone else sees breath fingertips.

You know nicotine fingers, I don't even know what the hell they've been touching beforehand, and it's something that I usually do. When I go to trade, my things and I usually do sanitize. You know it's just it's my sort of OCD thing anyway, so I got it home. I didn't have to charge it surprisingly um, because I had like a 90 percent battery life on it um I did have the keyboard case uh at the time I was going to buy, but by the time I got to the shop, and they've sold. I don't know if someone came in and bought it or someone bought it on lanes fair enough.

They got there first, so I thought you know what I'll buy the tablet, but when I got home the screen was in immaculate condition, but the like this part here had multiple big, deep scratches on it. I never even noticed that in the shop when they were showing me that, so I was pretty heartbroken with that, because I'd like to I like to get things just like yourself, I like to get things that are in condition to what you would expect now, like I said guys, I didn't have to charge it, and the thing is though um like, I said guys. I do love Huawei products. The thing is, though, with this tablet I had the em UI, which is Huawei's own operating system. Obviously, you've got android, you've got iOS and obviously Huawei has got that on top of android.

The thing is, though, you can't get the play store on here. So I do love the play store, mainly because you can download obviously abundance. You have different random apps great games. You know I mean. Obviously I got my comic rack on there and manga readers and things like that.

It's always good stuff, there's always something on here. That will help you out big time like, for instance, I downloaded basilisk one of my favorite anime series of all time and for some reason they were all in MKV files, which is absolutely fine, but for some reason episode one would not read on my TV, so I had to convert it to mp4. So I think then file converter and then lo and behold there it was. It was a free converter. No adverts took about maybe half an hour to convert the fail by me, and then it worked on my TV, absolutely no problem.

So it's just things like that. I'm sure you can get things like that on. You know online and apple products. I don't, sadly I don't own anything like that, you know, but for like the play store, I love, obviously, all the games and apps and whatever else, and obviously there was all these different videos. We had to go through all this crap in order to get all these different apps to work.

Now, it's not as simple as just logging into your Google account and then obviously you know they place those automatically. Oh, my god that is so blown out. I didn't realize how blown out that is um, so this is real loosely for the naked eye from what I'm seeing, but obviously you're, seeing it from this angle, where everything does look blown out. You know it's quite bad anyway, it's just it's just the screen. I was actually going to get the Samsung Galaxy s7, plus it's a 12 point.

I can't believe that's a 12.4 or a 12.8-inch screen, but a super AMOLED. That looks absolutely beautiful, but I thought it's just about it's a bit much, especially in the money-wise. I mean it's like 600 pounds roughly and compared to this I paid 155 for this um and for what I needed to do. It's really pretty much overkill for me because to get a tablet at that price, just to read some comic books and watch a few movies yeah, the screen's gonna look a hell of a lot better, but you know the screen looks fine. You know, especially through the naked eye, but anyway so the tablet.

I had to return that because one I wasn't happy with the proper condition of it and two, obviously the the operating system, because you could not get the play store on there. I tried downloading the play store. APK it didn't launch uh. I tried to download something else. Likewise still didn't launch that with me restarting the thing a few times and I watched a few videos um and on YouTube- and you know it's just it's more hassle than it's worth to get the play store onto that tablet.

So I thought you know what I'll take it back and that's when I got this one, and I actually saved myself some money, because the Huawei tablet was 220. This was 155 so when I took it back, I'd um, so obviously when you're feeding something to ex, or you buy something from cx, they either. If it's obviously something you want your money back most of the time, they do give you your money back, but most of them. They usually give you like a credit note, but obviously, if you're not happy with the product, you can, you know, say to me: I'm not happy with it or whatever else, and they do give you a refund. But I decided to take the credit notes.

I thought why not I'm going to spend the money anyway, so I took the credit I know, and I ended up getting myself a couple of switch games as well uh, which was dark souls and which is a perfect game. So I end up getting that as well. So anyway, guys that's it for the end of this video. Yes, this thing did come boxed, and the box is actually covered, came with the right wire, the right plug everything else so, like I said guys for the pros and cons of this tablet, it's got a beautiful big screen. It's really, really fast um.

It does take his time. Booting up, like most tablets, do most tablets. These days do take about. You know, 30 to 40 seconds to fully boot up. It's not got a SSD inside.

Obviously, it's just running off internal flash memory, and you know what not- and this thing does support up to one terabyte, I'm pretty sure um SD card, and they're expensive right now, they're really, really expensive, and that's why I went with 128 gigs for it is does for what I need. I mean I've got my all my comics on here, as you guys have seen, and I've also got actually shown in of any comments on the screen. Yet so I'll put this one in full, brightness, okay, there we go and let's see something gorgeous there, we go Mortal Kombat. So, as you can see, that is a full brightness, but as a severely blown out, but then again, if you look at it from this angle, yes, it is very, very blown out, but the closer you get with the camera, then obviously the better. The image gets.

You know it's just the way it is yeah. Let's see now that is a fantastic image, sub-zero scorpion so yep, you can read it like this, or you can read the comics like this. Oh, we have actually got that locked. I've got that locked portrait in this. So the way you do that is oops.

You need to hit this one and yep. I'm at landscape so use the base setting and there we go. So you can read it like that. Now, the only one thing- and it's only one minor thing that I do not like about this tablet so far: um, it's the orientation now when you switch from orientation. So it goes from landscape to portrait.

So this is portrait mode, whereas the landscape is vertical. So if you want to change to that, that's how quickly change it. It does take a few seconds for some reason: I've even tried looking up you see if there's any sort of developer options to speed that process up. I've even tried different launches to see if it does the same thing, but it doesn't seem to help her. Surprisingly, you do have an automatic or there's a light sensor in this one as well, obviously, obviously detect you know how bright an uh environment is.

So if I cover up that it should go dull. Maybe not it's actually right there. So on the white one, you can actually see it no problem, but on the black one you can't actually see it unless I put the flashlight on uh, because I thought I bought like the budget version, you know, but I didn't anyway guy that's it for the end of this video. I do hope we enjoy this. So this is my new tablet, I'll be using for quite some time.

I do love this one um and yeah my mother's happy with the other one that I had anyway. So that's happy days anyway.
