Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra versus Pixel 4a camera test

Hey, what's going on guys, I'm nick ray from android, and today I am back with another smartphone camera comparison with the all-new Samsung Galaxy note, 20 ultra, which I'm using to record right now and comparing that with the Pixel 4a. Now there is a massive price discrepancy between the Pixel 4a and the Galaxy Note 20 ultra, but we're going to see how the cameras on these two devices perform in a variety of different lighting conditions and, as I do in all of these camera comparisons, everything that you see here is recorded with these two devices so keep an eye at the bottom of the screen to see which device and which cameras are being used for the photos and videos that you see with that, let's jump into some specs for the cameras on these two phones to see how they match up on paper, and we're going to kick things off with the Pixel 4a, and it's single 12 megapixel camera on the back of the phone. This can record 4k video at up to 30 frames per second and flipping things around to the front-facing camera. You get a single 8 megapixel sensor that can record 1080p video at 30 fps. On the Galaxy Note, 20 ultra, you actually have a triple camera setup on the back of the phone with a 100, 108, megapixel main sensor, and then two 12 megapixel sensors, one with an ultra-wide camera and the other with a 5x periscope telephoto lens and for the main camera you can record up to 8k video at 24 frames per second or 4k, video 60fps from all the other sensors, as well as far as the front-facing camera goes you're, looking at a single 10 megapixel sensor that can also record 4k at 60 fps. Now that we have the specifications of the note 20 ultra and the Pixel 4a, all squared away, let's jump into some side-by-side photo and video comparisons to see how these two devices handle themselves in a variety of different lighting conditions and again keep an eye at the bottom of the screen to see which device and cameras are being used.

So so so what are you? Girls, gonna? Do? Okay, you better go run, coming back more room for you now too many bugs, and here's a look at video capture from both of these devices in extremely low light conditions. As you see, there's only one light source here, but both of these phones do a decent job, though the Samsung Galaxy note, 20 plus, does just a little better and especially because it can record 4k video. That's what you're looking at right now on the Samsung device versus 1080p, which means it's letting in a lot more light into that sensor, but for a 350 device. The Pixel 4a actually does a decent job when you compare it to other devices within the category and that's going to do it for this camera comparison between the Samsung Galaxy note, 20 ultra and the Pixel 4a. Let me know what you think of the results in the comments below and which device you would rather use on a day-to-day basis for capturing photos and videos.

I do have a full review of the Galaxy Note.20 ultra still coming up so make sure you subscribe to the channel and hit that bell icon as well. Thank you guys so much for watching, and I'll catch you in the next one. You.
