Samsung Galaxy A50 Battery drain problem By Arup B

Hi guys I am one of the buyers of Samsung Galaxy a 50. The phone was launched on March, 2nd 2019, and I bought this phone on March 10th 2019 in the evening. Around 7:30 8:00 I really regret buying this phone because their spawn is serious phone in this entire world. The moment I bought this phone. I came back home and put the phone on charging I put it till 100 percent and I started using it then I realized the battery is training very fast. Then immediately I called up the chroma from where I bought the shop was closed as well.

It was around 10 o'clock in the night that I tried getting in touch with Samsung got Samsung customer care. They said they picked up the phone, and they said I need to show it to the service center. Just imagine I bought this phone on 10 and next day. Instead of replacing the phone I need, I needed to show the phone to the service center. Never in my life, I had visited the service center.

I'll show you that this is the proof of my by Samsung Galaxy. Black 6gb one 64 GB memory and the next day I went and submitted the phone to the service center so that they can inspect whether I'm trying to lie to them. This is India, and this that's the reason things go haywire like that they don't have proper management. They don't have proper customer service, Roman, SQL sampling, so please think a hundred times before buying these products from this shop. Roma.

Okay, I really regret. This is the proof that I had to submit my phone for inspection so that they can. They can really see whether I have or that I'm telling the truth or not.
