So you can be loaded every time you post new videos today we're going to show you how to hard reset your Samsung Galaxy a11. Now as a disclaimer, when you hard reset a phone, it will erase everything off of the phone. It will not give you an option to back it up.

So if your phone is still working, and you do have important things on there, try to plug in a memory card and go to the Samsung smart switch app, and you should try and back up all your data first now, if you go to galaxy store and do a search for Samsung smart switch, you can download Samsung's proprietary app that will allow you to plug in a memory card and back up all your data to that. First, before you do the hard reset okay for the next step, you will need to power off the phone um and once you power off the phone, then you're gonna hold the power button and the volume up button. So first we're gonna simply hold that power button down for a second and then just tap the power off button. Let the phone turn off and once it vibrates you'll know it's totally off now we're going to hold the power button and the volume up buttons, and you're going to hold them until you see this logo, and then you're going to let it go now from here you're going to give it about 30 seconds, and this is going to take you to the boot up screen now, once you're on this screen, you're going to go all the way down to the option that says, wipe cache partition, use the menu button to select it excuse me, use the power button to select it swipe down and then under yes hit the power button again at the bottom. It'll then show you cache wipe is complete and now at the very top, it's saying, reboot system now hit your power button and then let it reboot.

This should take no more than about 30 seconds to a minute. Now, if you notice, your phone is stuck on the logo. No problem just simply hit the power button on the side, and that should kick you past the screen to the startup screen. So in a few tests trying to get this right, we noticed that we got stuck on that Samsung, this particular screen. We got stuck on that screen for about three minutes.

Uh. All we have to do is hit the power button and then starting android popped up on the screen. So just important thing to note, and we're done, the phone has been officially hard reset, and now we can walk through the setup options to begin to set up the phone.
