Samsung Galaxy A10 Review: Best $130 Smartphone Yet?

Hey, what's going on guys it's coming here and in today's video we're going to take a closer look at a Samsung Galaxy ATM, which is the most affordable device, running Samsung's, 1ui right now, and also the first in line for the newly launched Galaxy a series in 2019. So without taking much of your time, you guys this get started. So, as the fashion has been on this channel, I'm going to show you think that come out of the box with this device, but not in the conventional inbox and fashion on this channel. So right out of the box, you get to see an envelope black box that houses the warranty card, I'm a Quick, Start Guide. You also see the power adapter, the headphone, with 3.5 millimeter, jack micro, USB, cable, the sim ejector tool, and that's it when I held the ATM for the first time. I had this immense sense of comfort, the smartphone is made of polycarbonate back and up the rear.

You get to see the 13 megapixel rear camera with LED, flash still other rare and moving downwards. You get to see the Samsung Brandon. Furthermore, you also see the rear foreign speakers, which is obviously not a great position as you could cover it with your hands or affect the sound when this device is placed on a table as with most smartphones within this price range in 2019, you get to see the power button and volume rocker to the right. Something I've come to accept since most phones, I reviewed on this channel lately placed those buttons. There, though I prefer the volume rocker at opposite side.

The drawing on a sim tray which is 4G, enabled is designed to come off the left side of the galaxy ATM with a dedicated micro SD card slot, which can be expanded up to 512 gigabytes. So the bottom of this device are the 3.5 millimeter jack port micro, USB, 2.0 port, hence no USB type-c on the smartphone and the mic. Opening we also get another mic opening at the top, which serves for an active noise cancellation. The displays a 6.2-inch, HD IPS panel, which is 720 by 1520 in resolution, is designed with an aspect ratio of 19 by 9, a pixel density, roughly at 271 PPI with an infinity v-notch, not regular water drop not really used to last. This is shaped like a later V screens.

Body ratio is about 81.6%. It simply is one of the brightest displays I've had to review in this price range. You wouldn't have to worry about using the smartphone outdoors. Not only is it bright, it also has one of the best color presentation in its level I mean. Would you expect of Samsung these guys make the best displays on smartphones when it comes to taking photos on the Samsung Galaxy ATM, you get it? That's a megapixel F 1.9 rear camera capable of taking 1080p videos on decent images. You do not get to see the portrait mode for photos, as we have just one camera sensor on this device.

We know Samsung to make some of the best sensors out there, but you wouldn't expect some line image processing on a hundred and forty dollar smartphone. The a10 tends to feel more natural tone to its images. Unlike the color saturated images you get from similar price Android devices. All in all the photos and video from the rear are quite the same as can be seen here. The front-facing camera, on the other hand, is a 5 megapixel of f 2.0 sensor without an LED flash. The screen is used to illuminate the subject instead and photos from the sensors seem to like the details.

Most people would once you also can take 1080p videos with the front-facing camera. It was warning guys that's coming in here, and this is a point person, camera video and audio test for this I'm. Sorry, Alexa 10, I'm actually on the road right now and, as you can see, some parts of the video is actually washed out at some point here and that's basically the front-facing camera test for the Samsung Galaxy 810. All I can say about the camera is with ideal lighting and a few good camera techniques. You could get this in photos for your social media.

Running operations on the 18 is the Enos 78-84 processor, which is a 14 nanometer outscore chipset paired with the Mallet g71 mp2 GPU. Now you shouldn't expect the best performance here, as can be seen from the benchmark scores. But one thing for sure is that this pretty much stacks up with the competition you get 2 gigabytes of RAM and that's 2 gigabytes internal memory.2 gigabytes of RAM means you should expect to hold multiple apps in the memory efficiently and as mentioned earlier, you can expand the storage up to half a terabyte using dedicated micros card slots. I played a couple of games that pop G as far subway surfers and came to the conclusion that in as much as you could play this games on the ATM, it isn't a great gaming device like games did pretty well, but games like pop G got stuck at medium settings, and you could also see the lads when they came along. Hence, if you want to get a smartphone, basically for heavy gaming you'd, rather look elsewhere, social media apps run efficiently and pretty well on this device and a Samsung Galaxy 18 runs the Samsung phone UI on top of Android 9 pi.

If you noticed there isn't a fingerprint sensor on here, and you're left with the non-secure face, unlock the process. Unlock the 8 hand, using the face unlock feature, is quite slow and considering the fact that it isn't as secure as a fingerprint option. I wouldn't go down that route. I, actually wonder why Samsung didn't put in that feature, as this could be deal-breaker for a lot of people. One other feature worth mentioning is the fact that the smartphone has Bluetooth 5.0 the Samsung Galaxy a 10 features a three thousand four hundred million battery, which isn't bad for the prize. It would not only last you a full day's use, and you know that this is dependent on what you'd be doing with this device.

Charging the smartphone from zero to 100% took me roughly to us I. Have it all juiced up with power and no there's no form of fast or wireless charging available if you'd end up getting the day ten when it comes to the price of the a-10, you can get it for about one hundred and forty dollars which converts to for $4,000 here in Nigeria. Now. Is this a decent price for the smartphone I'd say yes, but can you get a relatively better smartphone at this price? Well, the honest answer is yes, in fact, my next video I'll stack the Samsung Galaxy 810 against the Infinite s3 +, which comes at $40,000, and we'll find out which one of these devices gives you a better value for your money. So should you get the Samsung Galaxy a 10? Well, it depends on if you want a smartphone that come to the fingerprint biometric option, accessories like a screen protector, a case and even at a little lower price.

Then this isn't the device for you. Otherwise, if you want a decent camera, one of the best displays around the surprise and a little better gaming performance than most devices in this range then go get yourself. The Samsung Galaxy 80 10- this no way means that the a-10 is not a decent form for the money I mean there are people who would want to stay loyal to the premium brands like Samsung and will rather have this as a backup device than the Chinese phones. So there you have it. My review on the Samsung Galaxy, a 10 feel free to leave your comments a bit down there.
