Samsung Galaxy A02S Unboxing & Impressions!

Foreign, hey, what's up guys tech9 here, and I am back again with a brand-new video, so before I begin this video. As always, I want to thank you all so much for watching this one. If you enjoy my content, make sure you leave a thumbs up, make sure you're also subscribed to the channel, and I'll leave a direct purchase link for this phone in the description. So if you're interested check it out and yeah with that being said, so let's go ahead and get started, and today we're going to be unboxing. The Samsung Galaxy a02s, which is a horrible name to start off with, but hey. It is what it is.

We're not here for the name we're here for the phone itself. So let's go ahead and get started with the unboxing, so the box itself, I mean it, looks nice. It doesn't really tell you anything about the phone on the top of the phone. You have these two little plastic tabs that will allow you to actually get into the phone. So let's go ahead and peel them off and then all you really have to do is just lift the lid of the box.

Okay- and you will be greeted with this paperwork plastic tap, so just take it out and yeah. It just has your Samsung paperwork, okay, and you also have a plastic tap at the bottom. The work plastic is something that I'm going to be using a lot in this video, so stay with me, so yeah just lift it up and that's the phone itself, what we're going to do we're just going to put it to the side, and we also get our USB standard USB to USB c cable, as well as your sim card and your Samsung wall adapter. Now. The thing about this is that there is no indication that this phone supports any fast charging or anything crazy like that.

So that's something to also keep in mind. Okay, so I'm going to turn this phone on spend a couple of hours with it. So I can give you guys my impressions. So now I've spent a couple of hours with the phone, and the first thing that I want to talk about right off the bat- and it just happened to me- is that if you just uh put the phone to sleep and power it on again, it will just change wallpapers, which is pretty cool and Samsung has been doing that in the past. So this isn't anything new.

I just really like it. Okay, now, let's move on to the actual design of the phone, so the phone is made entirely out of plastic and that's to keep the phone in that low price range. So this one you can actually get it unlocked for around 130 dollars. If you want to get it with a carrier, it will be pretty much cheaper than that. So that's a really entry-level device.

Okay, so the back is made entirely out of plastic. It does have these diamond shaped patterns. To give you texture and grip still is a pretty slippery phone, so the back also houses your triple camera setup, which I will discuss a little more in depth and the bottom of the phone. Has your 3.5 millimeter headphone jack, a microphone your USB, as well as your bottom facing speaker, the right hand, side, houses, your power button and your volume up and down now one thing you will notice about this design is that this phone does not. It does not come equipped with a fingerprint sensor.

So that's something to also keep in mind and that's weird from Samsung, but I'll talk about that later. Okay and the front, has your 6.5-inch HD what they call infinity v display? What that means is that we got a notch, a teardrop notch on the top and the display itself. While it is only a 720p, it's a good enough quality. I mean it's unless you're really close to it, then you will not be able to tell the difference. I think for this price.

This is a fine display, it's a good display actually for the price point, of course. So now, let's talk specs the first spec that I want to cover, which is the most impressive. I think the best thing about this phone is the battery. So this phone houses a huge 5000 William hour battery and I would be shocked if this phone does not last a day or more with this type of battery power, and you also have a snapdragon 450 chips and the chip itself is actually an outscore processor. You also have 32 gigabytes of storage uh, which is expandable up to half a terabyte, and you also have three gigabytes of ram.

So specs are definitely like. I said entry level, but when it comes to the daily tasks, things like hey, opening up your phone app, your messaging app, your camera app and just multitasking in general for general tasks. It will do fantastic now back to this camera set now back to the cameras. So the triple camera setup is the following. You have a 13 megapixel main sensor.

You have a 2 megapixel depth sensor as well as a 2 megapixel macro sensor, and you also have, of course, your LED flash. Now, of course, this is my first impression, so I can't really judge this phone too harshly, but opening up the camera app taking pictures is quick and snappy and yeah don't forget about your front facing 5 megapixel sensor too. Now, let's analyze these pictures quickly, because again this is impressions. It's not really a full-on in-depth camera review. So the pictures actually look really nice under a bright sunlight.

You can get good usable shots, it will. It does tend to overexpose, but that's nothing, hey! It's off impressions! Furthermore, it's only entry level smartphone. So you have to keep that in mind and yeah. I want to wrap it up, real quick. So with that being said, I mean, I hope you guys enjoyed this video.

First, this seems to be a promising entry-level smartphone. There are some features that are missing from it, which I will discuss in my full review, so make sure you're subscribed for that and yeah. Thank you all so much for watching this one. If you enjoy it again, please share this video subscribe, and I will catch you guys in the next video thanks for watching. Let me know what you guys think about this phone.
