Redmi Note 10 5G Unboxing & First Impressions: Best Bang For The Buck?

Hey guys, Adam Logo here from Adam Logo, TV, So Redmi, is and always have been known for releasing phones that give you the best bang for the buck and their Redmi Note 10 5G is no different. So in this video, I'll be unboxing and giving you my first impressions of the phone so keep watching! Now, Taking a look at the box, there is the Mi Logo on the top right, the visuals of the phone right in the middle and the Redmi Note 10 5G branding at the bottom Then, on the bottom of the box. You will find the specs of the variant that you've picked and the color option choice as well. Opening the box, reveals another smaller box, which contains the SIM ejector, pin the user guide, and the clear phone case Then, You will find the phone itself Underneath. There is the USB-A to USB-C, cable and also an 18-watt fast charger Now. Looking at the phone's build, it comes with a full plastic shell with a matte finish at the back.

The matte finish is a nice touch, as it makes the phone look more premium and makes it not. Look too much like a cheap plastic phone, so that was nice. I also found certain hollow spots near the camera area of the phone which, if you press in slightly, you can kind of feel that. But it is nothing too alarming. But.

The phone is also rather light, which makes it easier to hold Then the graphite color that I have is a rather muted color, which makes it not stand out too much which I kind of like, but that is down to personal preference. So. Yes, overall, from my first impression the phone did not not feel very cheap, and it does give off a slightly premium. Look Now, looking at the phone's ports and buttons over on the right. You have the volume rocker and below that you have the concave power button, which doubles up as a fingerprint scanner Then on top, you have the very rare 3.5?mm headphones jack and next to it, you have the staple IR Blaster that comes with Xiaomi and Redmi devices and of course, the secondary microphone On. The left you have the SIM slot, which has one SIM card tray and one hybrid slot that accepts.

Second SIM or a micros card Then, looking down below, you have the main microphone, the USB-C charging port and also the speaker, grill Now. Looking at the phone's display, the phone has a 6.5-inch 1080 x, 2400 pixels, which is an IPS LCD 90Hz panel, which in 2021 is bare minimum for a midrange, smartphone Upon, my first impressions, the display did look good with not the best, but a very decent viewing angle and watching content was no issue for me at all and the hole punch camera does seem to be a bit bigger compared to any other smartphones that I have recently reviewed, but you will get used to it, and it did not affect the overall experience Now in terms of the phone's camera. It comes with a triple camera setup, but really it's just one useful camera, in my opinion, where it had a 48MP, f/1.8, 26?mm wide lens, a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens and a 2MP f/2.4 depth. Camera So with this, I feel that Redmi should have at least an ultrawide-angle camera within this setup at most a telephoto lens, because most phones within this price range does come equipped with one. So this does not make sense on why they left it.

Out, in my opinion, Then the front facing camera is an 8MP f/2.0 aperture lens Now, looking at the rear camera shots, for my first impressions, it was quite decent in good lighting, but I have not been able to fully test them out yet so stay tuned for my full review, As for the phone's video, the rear camera records up to 1080p up to 30fps, while the front facing camera shoots up to 1080p up to 30fps and pictures of the front camera also look decent, but I will need to test it out more before giving you my final thoughts, Now looking at the phone's specs, it comes with a MediaTek MT6833 Density 700 5G chipset, which is a chipset built on the 7?nm process, In terms of comparison between the Snapdragon processors. This chipset is equivalent to the Snapdragon 600 series. Just so, you guys know- and it also comes equipped with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU As, the name suggests, It does have support for 5G, so that ensures a future-proof device which is a nice touch. In my opinion, and the chipset is also rather power efficient, so coupled with that, and also a 1080p display, it will preserve battery life Then in terms of the battery life. The phone comes with 5,000mAh of battery, which was a surprise, because the phone does feel rather light.

Then the phone charges up to 18W, which is not the fastest but expected for a mid-range device, The big battery and the power efficient chip should provide you some great battery life. So I am excited to test that out as well In terms of software, the phone comes pre-installed with MINI 12 on top of Android 11. The MINI 12 has been quite a buggy experience on other smartphones, but so far it has been okay with the 90Hz display, where the phone ran smoothly, and I had no frame drops or any hiccups whatsoever. But at this moment of time, the only problem that I've faced was with Netflix, where I was asked to update the app and there was a message which says that Netflix is no longer compatible with the device. So I hope that Xiaomi fixes this issue in a software update Now, As for the phone's price here in Malaysia, as of making of this video I did not get the official price here in Malaysia, but I will leave a link down below and also a pinned comment down below, for you guys to see the official price as soon as I release this video So guys, with this, Do let me know what exactly that you would like to know specifically about the Redmi Note 10 5G, at the comment section below either I will reply to your comments directly down there or I might do a full video review based on your requests as well Aside from that, Thank you so much for watching Hope.
