Redmi K30 Pro VS Xiaomi Mi 10 Review: Xiaomi's civil war

Hello everyone welcome to gizmo chime I'm Kiran. Let me eventually released the K 30 pro model since the K 30 model released in January, it's been over two months for us to imagine how the K 30 pro would kill those flagships as the K 20 pro did. We are always looking forward to a more powerful bomb happened to 2020, but with an attractive price and right now the Redmi k, 30 pro is just in our hands. Does it fit our imagination? Well to better answer these questions, we brought back the Xiaomi me 10 and let's do a comparison between them and let's find out what exactly the Redmi k.30 pro is achieved and what is missed as well. First, to be honest, when the K 30 model released in January I was pretty worried about, the pro model would use the same appearance design. The K 30 for me was just a bit boring I was so glad to see that the K 30 pro reserved the complete full screen design without any hole.

Puncher notch in 2020, you will see almost all the flagships would turn to the hole punch display for those who cannot accept the imperfection. The K 30 Pro just reserved one more option: instead, it equipped a pop-up front camera, which is almost the same popular set up for solving the dilemma between higher screen to body ratio and front camera components. More phone producers have abandoned the pop-up mechanism, which probably is more about suppliers. Choice, smartphone designers are still working or waiting for the next solution, which is likely to be an in screen camera, and someone may worry about the thickness problem caused by the pop-up camera. In fact, it's not much thicker than the 10.

As for its wake-up action read me inherited its shiny pop-up design, which is drawn truly an elegant design. For me and another detail, diverse from the 10 is the flat display, although a curved display is really able to catch the eyes. At the first glance, we found that users usually got annoyed with the edge miss touch problem, so we appreciated that the read me did not follow the fashion. That is not very practical, but talking back to the rear camera arrangement, it really reminds us at the far way made 30 Pro, though the design of the K 30 pro looks much simpler. At the same time, the K 30 pro reserved at 3.5 millimeter, audio port, which has been taken away on most flagships, including the 10, but the 10 has dual speakers which are able to create stereo when holding the phone in hands. Well, the K 30 Pro, know having a certification in high-res audio is really hard to have the same enjoyment with only one speaker.

One of the biggest differences on user experience is their display meet ends display features a 90 Hertz refresh rate, while the K 30 Pro only equipped a 60 Hertz one, as we said before, the most intuitive feeling about using a phone is the visual experience on their displays. Thanks to the high-res refresh rate, v10 seems to be a bit more fluent at the system level, though their hardware performance should be very close to each other, but other than that. The Redmi k, 30 pro, is definitely an excellent 1080p HD. Our display and had a pretty close color presentation to the 10 about their performance. They both equipped a snapdragon 865 SOC and the LP ddr5 memory, which are the best combination for performance.

You can have in Android phones but may attention here not to get the wrong option, because the 6 plus 128 version of the K 30 pro only features the LPD d4x memory. In addition, the K 30 pro equipped the UFS 3.1 storage. We have to know that the 10 features the UFS 3.0 storage, which was considered as one of the pros and the K 30 Pro is the cheaper model. In addition, the cost-effective K 30 Pro also took the lead in our benchmark test in Geek bench 5. The K 30 Pro performed a bit better than the 10 in both single core and multi-core tests, and then we moved to the Android bench.

The read me K, 30 pro was not just leading the sequence, read and write speed, which mainly affected by the storage but also had better results of random, read and write in an tutu benchmark. The results were confirmed again in both the CPU and storage performance in the Android bench storage test just showed. There was over 10 percent improvement of the sequence, read and write speed with the UFS 3.1 storage, which allows you to have faster data transmission between both devices. But when we moved to gaming test, the K 30 pros gaming performance was obviously limited by the 60 Hertz display in P bug mobile. Even though we applied the highest graphic settings, the K, 30 Pro, stable, II maintained 60 FPS through the whole test and the meet an amazingly reached at 83 point 6, FPS averagely under the same picture quality and looking back at the PU VG mobile on the K 30 Pro, what a performance waste, and then we took stress test in name Ian Legend.

This time the results were more closely able to reflect their actual CPU perform. Although me, tens frame rate could even touch the number of 90 but averagely held at forty-seven point: five: well, the average frame rate of K. Thirty pro is forty, nine point five FPS, and that also meant the results shown in those benchmark apps. We all knew that read me pursuit cost-effectiveness, which means lower cost, but higher performance, so cameras unread nearly generally aren't able to challenge those outstanding camera phones. Unfortunately, me ten series were just one of them.

Well, we shoot some photos on both of them and let's see what we got from the samples we found that me ten was able to produce vivid colors with the highest saturation, but we would also admire the K 30 pro 64 megapixel primary camera due to its loyalty to the true colors, and if we were thinking to have some more editing possibilities. Probably the hundred eight megapixel cameras of the ten would reserve more detail and better color tolerance. When things come to the high resolution mode. Obviously we can see the gap between these two phones. Sixty-Four megapixel resolution is definitely one of the most popular high resolution solutions, but if there could be a better option like this 108 megapixel sensor, all we have to concern is just the software tuning.

But, to be honest, the improvement from 64 to 108 megapixels probably is not sensible for some people under the normal shooting. It's hard to find the resolution difference, and we tried several wide-angle photos but found that they may equip the same wide-angle, lens and sensors. So yes, good resolution, good anti distortion, but nothing really different. They both equipped a macro camera but from their samples. It's not very different from those budget phones which also equipped a macro lens and about these special cameras.

We think they are still at a have fun level and for the night mode, the industry has developed stable software solutions on improving the balancing, the brightness no exception for Xiaomi. These two models both could shoot night photos under extremely low light conditions and after comparing to the photo shot with night modes and the night mode photos, especially for the Redmi k, 30 pro significantly reduced noise in the darkness or for the 10. The high resolution with more clear detail was more impressive. Another feature we're talking is the charging efficiency and included 33 watt charger gave the K 30 pro a full charge in just around 63 minutes, while the 50 watt charger did it in 47 minutes. Both of them were impressive.

Specially for the 10. It features a 30 watt wireless charging, which is even faster than some wired charging on some flagship models. However, we cannot find the wire I was charging for the K 30 Pro. So that's all we think is important for you to know about the red-meat, K 30 Pro and how the red meat and the Xiaomi different from each other.
