POCO X3 NFC vs K30 Ultra vs Mi Note 10 Lite - XIAOMI MIDRANGE BATTLE! (Part 1)

Hi guys it's Frankie from Frankie tech good to see you guys again and what a crazy evening it was witnessing the launch of this Poco x3 NFC, the first original release from Poco since the f1 and coming in at an early bird price point of 199 euros. This phone's pricing was just amazing, but what I want to do in today's video I just want to do an initial comparison between this Poco x3 versus the k30 ultra and the amino 10 lite. Now, if you guys follow my channel, you will know that the k30 ultra to me represents the ultimate value champ of 2020, and while this was only released in China, it came at a price point of 1999 RMB. It's a bit more pricey than the x3, but it also offers some incredible specs and I think it's worth comparing it to this Poco x3 NFC. But we also have here the minor 10 light. The amino 10 light took everything that was great about the original minor 10 and basically brought down the price, and this phone can be had in Europe for 249 euros and with the snapdragon 730 and an AMOLED display really gorgeous design.

This is still a great option for you, guys in Europe who are considering between phones like this and the newly announced Poco x3 NFC. So how does the newly announced Poco x3 NFC stack up against its Xiaomi competition right here? Let's have a look so in terms of design, we're looking at 9.4 millimeters versus 9.1 versus 9.7, 215 grams versus 213 and 204, and all of these phones are really well-made very premium materials. I would still, though, give the edge to the amino 10 lite and the k30 ultra over the Poco x3, just because they are clearly using this cold to the touch aluminum edge, while the Poco x3 NFC is using an aluminum alloy, it doesn't have that cold feel, but these are all pretty hefty phones with USB at the bottom, but no 3.5, millimeter headphone jack on the k30 ultra. So that's plus points here for the Poco x3 NFC and the amino 10 line, but since they're all Xiaomi devices, they all have volume rockers and power buttons. In the same place, though, the Poco x3s is a capacitive fingerprint scanner.

Both of these phones are AMOLED displays, so they have in-display fingerprint scanners and of note here at the top. Obviously, the pop-up camera on the k30 ultra, which allows it to have that uninterrupted, no notch, no punch hole display and looking at the backs of these phones, three completely different camera modules, which camp are you in the cut-off circle, the full circle or the rectangular camera cutout. Now, in terms of the back design, I have to go with this k30 ultra. Just look. How beautiful this design is? I absolutely love it, but I do like the Poco x3's design.

I think the striped look and the Poco logo go very well with this phone and the amino 10 light is still gorgeous in this beautiful kind of parish white. Furthermore, I still love it too on the front, and all of these phones have a different solution in terms of dealing with the front camera. So in the x3 NFC you see a centered punch hole on this phone while on the k30 ultra. We know what solution this is using. It's a pop-up, selfie camera there.

It is that makes this phone's display so immersive. Meanwhile, the minor 10 light has opted for the traditional centered notch and I think it is probably the most antiquated look of these three. All in all, I like the design of all these phones, but if I only had to pick one, I'm going to go with the k30 ultra. This feels no different from a Poco f2 pro and guys. That's why this phone has been so popular as a third-party option from China, because it is offering that amazing deal for such a low price you're, basically getting almost exactly the same phone as the Poco f2 pro, and that for design is just a killer deal and talking about the displays 6.67 versus 6.67 versus 6.47 on the minor 10 like. But the big distinction here is between these two phones and the Poco x3 NFC in terms of display technology, its LCD on this side and AMOLED on this side and as much as I think, the display on this x3 NFC is good.

I will prefer AMOLED because of those super deep blacks, the higher contrast and, let's face it, I'm just more used to using AMOLED phones now in 2020 than lcds. But we also can't forget the benefits of an lcd, which means higher resolution and just sharper text at 1080p versus these phones, and some people do prefer the colors and just the overall look of LCD, but then funny enough. We can also do this and then there's a separation between these two phones and the amino 10 light 120 hertz on this side versus 60 hertz on the other side, and I do wonder if Poco had a choice at one point to select an AMOLED display for the x3 NFC. Something tells me that even a 120hz lcd is still a lower cost component than a 60hz AMOLED display. But that being said, I've been using this x3 NFC.

As my daily driver and believe it or not, I'm starting to get used to LCD the only time I really notice, I'm using LCD is at night and when you see this phone in a pitch black room, it's just so obvious that this is an lcd and that's the one time when I really wish I was using AMOLED and so between these three phones. There's only one that really doesn't compromise guys once again, the k30 ultra. It combines the best of both hertz and an AMOLED display and the fact that it is uninterrupted with no notch and no punch hole. What more could you want in a display than the one that you see on this phone and here's YouTube playback on the Poco x3 NFC, the k30 ultra and the minor 10 lite, and all these phones offer a great viewing experience, but both the Pogo x3 NFC and the k30 ultra offer dual speakers. So you'll have a more immersive audio experience.

But once again, when you talk about immersing yourself in content, both a notch and a punch hole are going to be more intrusive to the viewing experience than an uninterrupted display, like we see here on the k30 ultra and yes, there are negatives to having moving parts in your phone, but to be honest for the amount of times I take selfies, it's worth the trade-off in my opinion, and so for me watching content on this k30 ultra is going to be the best experience of these three phones, but in DRM info. Look at this l1 and l1, and it doesn't matter whether you wear a global ROM or a china ROM bravo to Xiaomi, because they are now making this a priority, including l1 security level for HD Netflix and Amazon, prime video capability on all their phones. And so it's a l1 party. Once again here on Frankie tech and talking about performance, we see the newly released snapdragon 732 versus the demand city, 1000 plus, and the snapdragon 730, and, as I mentioned before, due to pre-production software, these results are a bit iffy. So I'm going to go ahead and put up the results of my buddy Chris from tech tablets, and he has another version of this phone which scored in that 270 000 range, which is much closer to the 300 000.

That Xiaomi was promoting for this phone and the snapdragon 732 is a genuine improvement over the snapdragon 730. I'm glad to see Qualcomm offering an updated version of this chipset in 2020. , but the star of the show here has been, and if you've watched my channel enough, you know density and MediaTek. You could almost call 2020 the year of MediaTek because they have just astounded me with the performance of their density chips, and I think this is the year that MediaTek stepped it up with the density 820 on the Redmi 10x pro and now the 1000 plus. It is just one of the most terrific chipsets for the price, and it's that incredible level of performance that has taken this k30 ultra from kind of the mid-range space into a flagship level of performance.

But that being said guys, I think Poco made an excellent choice with this snapdragon 732g. I have not felt any slowdowns on this phone and in fact it has been one of the smoothest performing mini 12 experiences. It's not always about raw power, guys it's also about software optimization and between these three phones. I enjoy the software experience the most on this phone and wrapping up today's video talking about battery life. We have five thousand one hundred sixty male amperes versus 4500 versus 5260, and it's crazy to think.

But now we have two phones from Xiaomi and Poco which have surpassed the 5 000 milliampere mark. Now, if you guys have watched my channel for a long time, you will know that this minor 10 light has continued to be the ultimate battery champ. It is one like the last three battery drain tests and while the k30 ultra offers tremendous battery life, it just can't compete clearly the strongest spec and one of the main reasons why you would want to pick up this phone. But a new contender is here in the Poco x3 NFC. It seems like we may have the beginnings of what will be an epic battery comparison between these two phones and, as you guys saw in my full review yesterday.

This phone can top up in around 1 hour and 17 minutes, while the amino 10 light can top up in around 65 minutes and around a similar time here for the k30 ultra, so you're looking at some of the best battery performance, and you really can't go wrong with any of them and stay tuned guys. If I do have the stomach to do it, I may end up putting the Poco x3 NFC and the minor 10 light next to each other and see which is the true battery champ of the two. So that's it for this video and as usual, I have pretty much talked myself into a part, one between the Poco x3 NFC, the k30 ultra and the amino 10 lite. So I guess I can say now stay tuned for the upcoming parts of this epic triple comparison between these three incredible phones, and so now, the day after my big epic review of the Poco x3 NFC. I still think this phone is offering incredible value, and it may truly be the best budget phone of 2020 in European and global markets.

But, as you can see in this comparison, Xiaomi pumps out such amazing phones of incredible value that even a phone like the Poco x3 NFC will find it hard to compete against the ultimate value champ and the ultimate battery champ on Frankie tech, but hit me up in the comments which of these phones. Would you pick, and how do you think the x3 NFC stacks up against these two hit me up in the comments? I'd love to hear about it and that's it for this video, if you liked it give me that thumbs up and if you love the content of Frankie tech subscribe to the channel, hit the bell icon for future updates. So that's it, and this is where I leave you by saying this is Frankie tech signing off have a good one. You.
