Pixel 3a XL Unboxing! By Max Lee

Hi guys see when we go ahead and unbox the PICO 3a XL Oh Google was gonna. Send me Pixel 3a, but they sent me the 3a Excel. So that's pretty awesome. Let's go and take a look, alright guys um. So this is a box it comes in. This is the purplish color, it's sort of white with purple and Google has done away.

So you don't need knives. You can just go ahead and pull this okay. This is a Pixel 3a Excel 6-inch screen, 64 gigabytes, purplish, really stoked about this and boom Shakalaka. Alright, that that does look very purple, very, very cool, alright step one and boom Shakalaka. My first impressions actually feels just like a pixel 3xl I feel like it's a little more plastic I do have the pixel 3xl somewhere in my house, I've actually lost it, so I'm going to go ahead and find it, and I'll give you a full comparison.

Eventually purplish, color I, don't know if I like it. Of course, I'll probably put a case on by the way. Thank you, google, for sending me the Pixel 3a excel and the case. Let's go and check out the case real, quick, a very nice fuzzy case Wow. It's got the little button there.

So nice soft case once you put this on its it's just a complete different, feel it's a very soft feel. So we like the case I'm just gonna, leave it on. Let me go ahead and power this on and, let's see. What's in the rest of the box, we got a SIM card tool, user guide, more G stickers. This is nice, and we got USB type-c to see cables and USB OTG adapter.

So you can go ahead and transfer all of your data from your other Android. Obviously you can use this to connect all your USB peripherals, including USB flash drive mouse keyboard, blah blah blah nice packaging. I'm going to put it back because I have to do a Korean unboxing, and it comes with an adapter. This one is right: four, five volts three amps and nine volts, two amps all right, so it should fast charge using this with a USB PD. Alright, let's go ahead and power on this bad boy.

Right, that's pretty much what's in the box, but look what power up this bad boy see. Now all the pixel three 3a devices have an ECM, which means, if you use Google, Phi or any network that supports IOM, you don't need to use a SIM card. Of course there is a SIM card tray also, and for those of you headphone lovers, there is a headphone jack. That is a real nice touch. Okay, I'm going to go ahead and set it up real quick.

Let me go ahead and sign in real, quick, okay, I'm going to go ahead and use Google, Phi I guess. Sprint also supports IOM on the thighs I'm. Sorry um, with the pixel three and I do have my Google 5 service, currently on my regular pixel tweet. Now the beauty of Google Phi is that you can easily move your number from your old phone to the new phone like that. Just by signing in, so it's already activating, so I don't have to mess with SIM cards.

Are you just sign in and boom I can go ahead and move my number, and then we'll just deactivate your number and other phones? So it's already been activated. Let's go ahead and set up the fingerprint sensor, and I'm going to go ahead and set this up. I really love! The fingerprint sensor is so fast practical, I'm, actually exhausted of in fingerprint sensor, I've been using the galaxy s 10, plus for a while, and recently I switched to the LG G 8. Oh man, it's so much easier with disappear. A fingerprint sensor, oh yeah, that's much pretty the setup.

This way looks pretty good, that's at the brightest setting, so it does ship with Android 9. You can obviously sign up for the beta and get to Android q beta on it. If you want yeah, let's go ahead and take a quick look at the camera. Looks good all right at this point. I'm probably gonna, go out and obviously test it against my pixel three, my other phones, it's all before reviewing bunch of comparisons and before I go.

Who is this, for this is really for those of you who don't need the fastest speeds. You don't play a lot of games, but you absolutely need really, really good camera, especially low-light pixel, three and the three XL without a doubt has the best camera I think now with pixel three a and three AXL, it's pretty much the same camera. Alright processing speeds going to be a little slower, but you're still going to pretty much get the same results um. So if you need very good camera, you need a brand-new phone, and you need the latest Android updates. You don't really play a lot of games.

You don't do any kind of you don't need a powerhouse phone. Then I think this could be a great alternative, I'm sort of a budget oriented phone, obviously yeah, Qualcomm, Snapdragon, 670 I- don't actually know how fast it is, and I don't know how that's going to affect the performance of the phone, so I'll do some benchmarks and actually try it out for a little and get back to you, I guess but yeah. It looks like a good budget. Phone Google is obviously aiming this at people who want to save money and I. Think it's great that Google is coming back to its roots.

If you guys been following Google since 2011 eight years ago since, like I, have when Google first launched Nexus, One I, think that was a turning point, and they offered an Android smartphone for much less than kin the competition think of like Galaxy Nexus, Nexus S. All those phones were really oriented to giving you more value over premium phone and I think this is great for consumers um. Since now, we have two choices. If you absolutely need the faster speed, get the regular three or three XL. If you want to save some money, but you still get pretty much exact same camera, this is it.
