OPPO Watch Follow Up - A Few More Tricks Up It's Sleeve! By Lim Reviews

Hey guys welcome back to another video with LIM reviews, so in today's video I'm actually following up on my initial review of the Oppo watch, so I've been using. This watch, like I said, uh for the past few days, and recently I've just been tracking checking out the exercise modes on this watch. So in this particular video I just want to highlight a few more functions or features of the Oppo watch that I didn't really highlight in the previous video. So before I start off, I just want to give a quick reminder on the price, so this watch is actually available right now in Malaysia, and it's priced at 1, 299 ringgits for this 46 mm version. There is also a smaller version, the 41?mm that is priced at just 899. So the main difference here, of course, is the screen size and with this larger version I think I've talked about how beautiful this display here is.

We have this curved edges side to side that I just want to point out again and notice that when I just glide my finger across this display, it shows up pretty nicely very fluid. Very excellent display all right so, like I said um, I just want to focus on a couple of additional features, so the first one I want to talk about is mainly about that exercise features. So I noticed that this watch actually came with a five minute. Workout app already installed in the watch itself, so notice that there are a couple of apps here so running on, Wear OS. Obviously you can download more apps to the watch itself.

All you need to do is go into the play store and you can download stuff like Spotify telegram, Google Maps and everything can be installed on the watch, just like how you install it on the phone itself right. So the highlight today, like I said, is to talk about this five minute, workout app when you hit that app. Basically, it comes with a couple of activities that you can see here and notice that it is basically workouts that you can do throughout the entire day. It starts off with a morning energizer moving on to a couple of more intense stuff and then the bid time stretches at night. So all these are five-minute workouts and what's cool about this is, for example, when I just hit into this.

It will actually get you this session, so you can start the session, and it will actually show you an image or a short video on how to actually carry out that seed exercise. So if I just hit start notice that this guy is this picture here is already showing you how to do that exercise. The good thing here is that we also have a speaker on the watch, so you can actually hear the instructions going on pretty loud and clear, so very good. If you need a personal trainer, this watch can actually train you for that. Five-minute exercise workouts, alright, so I'm not going to go through that.

I'm going to end this workout right now and show you what other workouts we have, so there's another one that shows get moving a full body workout. So let's see what this does yeah. So basically, you can see here that there are eight different kinds of sets to do and in within like five minutes. Okay, so we're going to end this as well so, like I said, it's very cool because we have this five-minute workout that you can do to get that quick stretch in any time of the day, all right. So apart from that um, I think what I really like here is also the shortcut button.

So the shortcut button here is the one highlighted in green, and basically you can program this button to launch any app on the watch itself. So it should be very useful if you just want that quick access to you know your kinds of activities, for example, like I have mine, set to the workout section. So whenever I hit that button, I can just jump into my workouts and just choose whatever I want to do. Okay, so for those of you guys who like to swim, this watch will definitely track your swimming. It is rated at a 5 ATM in terms of water resistance.

That means you can go up to 50 meters submersion with this Oppo watch. So, as you can see, I've already got my always on display turned on, and I love this design here. It looks pretty cool, it will definitely change if you use a different kind of wall face. So let me show you what I mean by that. If I choose this watch face right here, notice that when I get the always on display, it looks different.

So definitely a lot of interesting displays here and the one that I really love is actually this one right here, the one that I was using, because it's just so clean all right guys. So apart from the standard watch face and the Oppo watch also comes with this pretty interesting AI outfit feature. So let's say you just want your watch face to match your outfit. What you're going to do is go into the hey tab app take a photo of what you're wearing I'm going to do that right now and all right, so I've got a photo of myself here, and obviously I'm just wearing a plain white tee. So I'm going to select this right here, and it's going to do some AI stuff and show what kind of watch phases would actually suit my outfit.

So we've got a couple of interesting ones here right here and obviously this is everything does in white, but let me see which one I should go for. I think I'll go with this x because it looks pretty cool. So I'm going to select this finish and there we go. I have the watch face on my watch, so this is very cool because it can match your outfit. I'm not sure how much this actually resonates with you, but I think it's still a pretty cool feature to have so that you have something that matches your outfit all right.

Um, let's talk about that battery life. So obviously this is a Wear OS device running on the snapdragon 3100, so the kind of battery life you can expect on this smartwatch is very similar to what you'd get on others. You know Qualcomm based smartwatches, and that is about one day to one and a half day on a single charge. So the good news here is that uh Oppo has provided us with this VOC charger, a volt charger or whatnot, and it's basically able to charge the entire watch from zero to 100 in just 75 minutes. So those these days a lot of smartwatches they charge up pretty slowly.

No one is actually doing you know this kind of fast charging for your smartwatch. Everyone is only doing it for their smartphones, but Oppo is taking the charge here, taking the lead here by providing us with this VOC charger so that you can charge up your device fairly quickly other than that um for those of you who really like just want to use the watch, for you know basic use, note that this watch actually comes with two processors, so the first one like I mentioned, the one that is powering the entire device is the Qualcomm 3100 processors. But this watch also comes with a second processor, the apollo 3 chips that gives about 21 days of basic use. So it will tell the time will show your heart rate, your steps, and you will also be able to receive your notifications. Even when you're on this special mode- and it will last about 21 days according to opp- so that's definitely more compared to other smartwatches, alright guys, I think that's pretty much it.
