Oppo Reno2 vs OnePlus 7T: Ultimate Camera Comparison! By #GNTECH

How's it going guys that live here from giant Eggman, welcome to take hammer comparison between the upper no.2 and the 1 plus seventies. I'm recording this at 1080p resolution on both these smartphones from the front-facing cameras, and this gives you a good idea of how these phones would compare with the front-facing cameras. Also, you can be just dynamic range and clear your video, the stabilization as well as the audio that mostly smartphones, are picking up to give you guys an overall idea of whether these phones would be suitable for vlogging or not. But with that being said, I'm not gonna, move into the primary camera samples, both photos and videos. So you guys get a better understanding of how these two phones perform in varying scenarios between the Xperia nose, quad camera setup and the OnePlus seventy's triple one. They share a lot of similar features, the ultra-wide lens, the macro functionality and the same main camera as well as super steady video flipping over again, both offers 16 megapixel sensors, but the one on the Renault 2 is on that shark-fin hinge.

So, let's start with this first sample. The OnePlus has warmer colors, but the Xperia no.2 to me seems like the sharper image overall, and I thought. In this case, we could test the ultra-wide cameras looking at the sky, there's a bit more grain to it on the Renault 2, and in this case the OnePlus seventy's image looks a bit sharper to me next up to test our dynamic range, here's a side by side of a really challenging scenario. The Sun is right up against both cameras and with color differences aside. Both phones are actually doing very good.

Just for me, I prefer the look of the Xperia no.2 because of the more realistic cream tones in comparison to the seventies image near that same tree, I also got a chance to test out both phones macro modes. Just you understand the difference it makes. This was taken on the normal modes on both phones and each one struggled, but you can see that the difference macro mode makes is crazy in comparison. The OnePlus 70 is much more impressive with detail, and in this case it just really blows my mind. It's nice to see, though, that both phones were able to maintain the natural greens and blues in the background.

Well, but one area I feel the Xperia know too has a problem with is when taking close sucks so here at the 17th as a great job of locking onto the flower and bring out the detail in it. But the Renault two struggles, even when tapping to adjust, focus, and I think this can get annoying in real-world usage, while I was added, I also tested out zoom on both phones. The 70 does come with 2 times optical zoom, but there's no mention of such on the OPPO. But when zooming in two times the results stayed impressive from both smartphones, and you can hardly tell the difference at three times zoom. It seems to me that the Xperia retains more detail which could be due to its hybrid zoom.

Technology. Results seem more evenly matched at five times zoom, but at 10 times zoom. It is the one Plus that has the better quality image. By far moving on to portrait photos this one lets, you observe one key difference. The red o2 because it doesn't have an optical lens, is stuck with one angle of coverage and while a photo taken is good, it does struggle with edge detection at the tips of the plant in opposed offense.

Even the one Plus struggles with background blur through the plant and in its whiteboard. It also has a few problems with blurring out the tips of the plant and exposure, which I think the OPPO does really well flipping around to selfies. The vibrancy and colors look more enhanced from the Opp, and this is due to its beautification to some that might be good, and I can understand that the colors look washed out in comparison to the 70, which goes for the more natural look with better dynamic range, switching to portrait mode. The effect is drastic on the rhino to blowing out all the background in comparison to the 70, which retains it pretty well in terms of edge detection. I'd say both phones have their flaws, especially towards my shoulder region.

With that done, I think we can move on to low-light and nighttime samples. These samples are without night mode, but you can notice that the level of detailing on the 70 is a bit better, especially in the trees. Each phone's night mode, though changes that and here I do like the colors that are being produced on the Renault 2. We'll take this next sample, where the mood of the scene is better captured on the 70, given the surrounding lights in the area, but again with night mode. The enhancement just makes the picture.

Look a bit over processed and in comparison, the Renault twos night mode is spot on. The situation gives me a good chance to test the ultra wide-angle is on both phones and quite clearly. The Renault two is better, even when using night mode with the ultra-wide lens shows how much of a better job the Renault 2 can do. There is a similar pattern with nighttime shots, to be honest and here to once again night mode, enabled the processing on the 70 just seems drastic, whereas on the Renault 2, it's just right, and actually I'm pretty impressed by it for nighttime selfies you'd want to use the 70, though, because of the sharpness retained in the photo and for the more natural look and, unlike during the day at night, when using portrait mode, the Renault 2 actually retains the background. However, I still do feel the 70 is better for selfies at night.

Overall, that's photos out of the way, but what about video? These are 1080p samples from both and there seems to be a higher quality from the 70. The 70 also has this wobble effect when taking video compared to the Renault twos Durfee emotion to video, with the ultra wide-angle lens, the Renault 2 seems to have sharper looking footage and not just that. The footage is a lot more stable compared to the 70. Speaking of stabilization I also use this super steady feature on both phones to test running samples at 1080p, where footage from the 70 was a lot sharper and offered a higher degree field of view with there being no super steady at 4k resolution. We're down to the standard, and the difference here is that the Renault tooth footage has this constant and annoying jitter effect, something the 70 avoids.

However, when you're running the Renault 2 does a good job of smoothing out a lot of the movement at the expense of serious motion blur. Now the Renault 2 cannot film ultra wide-angle, 4k video, but I thought I'd, throw it in just to show you guys. The difference between the video sampled and one of my takes is that compared to the regular lens on the ground, to the ultra-wide is not that stable on the 70, but that added field of view is nice to have another thing. The Renault 2 cannot do is record at 4k 60fps for smoother, looking video, so here's a side-by-side of 4k 60fps on the 1 plus 70 and 4k 30fps on the Renault 2, for you guys to have a look at the difference day time. Video aside night, video shows that the 70 has better quality, and that goes to show that OnePlus has been working on nighttime.

Video and 2 improve how it works. However, stabilization wise, it isn't much different from daytime the quality of ultra wide-angle.1080P footage seems about the same though, and those wobbles and jerks in motion with the lights really do affect the quality of that video footage negatively. Even at 4k 30fps. It is sharper on the 70 and has a good level of clarity, just like in the day, I've also captured some footage, comparing ultra-wide 4k of the 70 to the normal 4k of the Renault 2. So you guys get a better idea of how they perform, as well as comparing 4k 60fps footage from the 70 to the 4k 30fps you get on the Renault 2.
