OnePlus 9R is the Budget OnePlus 9... By LaterClips

Now one of the things that happened with OnePlus that didn't make it into our video, obviously, is that they also are doing this OnePlus 9r, and we talked about it as a well. We speculated on it because it was rumored, and so we speculated on it on this show, I believe- and yet we didn't see it obviously in our unboxing. It wasn't sent to us because it's a regional thing, but this 9r is now official and according to the verge it sounds surprisingly strong, that's their headline yeah. I have the tab for it. It's up there, uh one before that, there you go the lower cost, one plus 9r is official, and it sounds surprisingly. Strong budget friendly couple of trade-offs goes on sale in India, specifically April 16th uh.

So I guess we can get. We can give that price in rupees 39999 uh it's about 550 bucks USD equivalent, so that's a pretty substantial difference and the 9r doesn't have any Hasselblad branded stuff right. So that's one of the key differences uh but like this seems pretty complimentary. The get a stabilized 48, megapixel main camera uh. You get a 16 megapixel ultra-wide, a 5 megapixel macro and a 2 megapixel monochrome sensor.

This is the system similar system to the OnePlus 8t 6.55 inch 1080p, OLED, 120, hertz refresh, which is the same as the OnePlus 9. This is a key difference: you're looking at a snapdragon 870 with eight or 12 gigs, instead of a triple eight. So that's the one major difference, but you know in that market you have to, have you got to bring the competitive price in that market, and this is a substantial discount from it's not quite to the level of the word. But now it's I mean there's so many devices holy cow yeah. This there's so many devices it's hard to figure out which one is suitable for you as a customer, but you have pretty much everything represented from.

Oh, I don't know 300 bucks up to a thousand and all the way along, there's a wide range and all the way along from many brands, so uh. This continues. That trend, one plus nine r.
