Here we go. Okay, guys, I'm going to show you a different way how to fix the problem. The first thing you have to make sure you don't have update available. So for that you got to go to settings scroll all the way down and go to system updates right here.

If you have a new software available to install, you will have to do it because it might be the reason the apps are crashing. If you don't have new software update available, what you have to do just go back and go to apps right here then go to those three dots on top and click on reset app reference right here and then reset all right guys after you reset the app's preference. What you have to do just look for the apps, that's causing that problem. So, for example, I have um the camera in this case. In your case, it might be another apps, just open the apps right here and then go to battery right on battery so go to optimize battery usage.

Then go right here. Apps no optimize just go right there and go to oh just click on all apps. So right here what you have to do! Just look for the apps, that's causing the problem, one more time in this case the camera. Let me just scroll down right here, camera in your case, like I say it might be another app all right. So what you have to do right here just turn off the setting turn it off then restart your phone that trick absolutely going to fix your problem, guys! Right here, go to storage and what you got to do just clear data and clear cache after you do that you will have to restart your phone one more time. So, just in case you still got the same problems.

What you have to do just go to the play store then go right here to those three line on top and go to my apps and games. So right here go to install apps and right here guys just look for the apps, that's causing the problem. If you see right here, there's an update just do it. You know what I mean. So you can fix that problem right now. You got to go to settings right on settings scroll down and go to storage right here then go to storage and right here guys. As you can see, this phone has available 42.9 gigabyte in your phone. You have to make sure you have at least one gigabyte available if you have less than that 100. That's the reason why apps are crashing in your phone, because the apps need a space to run.
