iPhone 8, plus vs. the tennis max the most premium here of the bunch in a speed test. Comparison on iOS, twelve point: one point: one aim of this video is to show you how much of a difference there really is in the day to day we're going to use the 10s to timeless, as I only have two hands: I don't got ten hands to go ahead and click every single app and every single phone, but we're going to begin what a boot up test here for the iPhone, 6s plus, and I'm going to go ahead and speed up the boot ups because we don't want to sit here all day and watch the entire boot up. But you can see it does finish it around. Eighteen point: eight zero seconds, so that's very respectable for a 2015 smart when I'm very pleased with that score.

But can the jet black unicorn iPhone, 7 plus well, it once was a unicorn beat that iPhone 6s plus in we're gonna, see a final score of eighteen point. Four five, so milliseconds difference not that much of a difference between that and these 6s plus showing great optimization across the board. Can one of the fan favorites on this channel. The eight plus beat both of those, and we're gonna, see right here, and it looks like the iPhone. A plus is gonna finish with a beastly one, second, better time than both those other phones.

So no it's not that much difference. One second here on the boot up for the a11 Bionic chip over the a-10 fusion and the Apple A9, which I think was one of the best chips to get us into this modern day of speed. The iPhone 10s max here with the a12 Bionic chipset, four gigabytes of RAM $1200 price tag. Can't it boot up faster than these other devices. Let's go ahead and start the timer, and we're going to see if it can do just that, and surprisingly, the iPhone 10s max finishes with the worst boot uptime of all of these phones.

I was actually quite shocked by this, but at the same time maybe the a12 is not quite as optimized those older processors as the Apple engineers have had more time software engineers to fix these issues. So we need to see faster boot uptimes for D tennis max now, let's go ahead and confirm the software just so you know I'm not lying to you and shooting this video with different software's. These 6s plus runs iOS. Twelve point: one point one is up-to-date. These seven plus is also running iOS.

Twelve point one: it is also up-to-date. The iPhone eight plus is also running iOS. Twelve point one, and it too is up-to-date and finally, the 10s max is running iOS, twelve point one, and it is up-to-date as well. So every phone here is on the latest version that just dropped yesterday for your Apple iPhone. We're going to go ahead now and do the speed test beginning with the iPhone 6s plus I, am I speeding it up a little, so we don't sit through one full minute or so of each phone, as we got three other phones to test and give it a second or so in between each speed test to account for maybe of a human error, but I try to be as accurate as possible here.

So if it's more than a second or so, then you could conclude that one phone is faster than the other. Forty-four point, seven four seconds here for the iPhone 6s plus to open and that's around what twelve to fifteen apps right there. So not bad there on the iPhone, 6s plus candy, seven plus do more than a second or so faster on this speed test. We're gonna speed this one up as well, and I found that the seven plus with its capacitive home button just feels a little snappier than what we've seen on the 6s plus. So it should finish what a closer it's yeah a little faster score here on this device.

So the iPhone 7 plus does finish at about six seconds or so faster, so definitely a difference here, and you will get a faster device, even an app opening for the iPhone 7 plus now taking a look at the iPhone 8 plus you're going to see that the iPhone 8 plus has the 11 Bionic, chipset, 3 gigabytes of RAM, like these seven plus and let's see if it can take down the other two now again with its capacitive home button, I notice, it was pretty quick and also the game seemed to open first on the 8 plus versus the games on the older devices and the iPhone 8 plus is gonna finish with a final score of 34 point. Six, eight, so three or four seconds are so faster than the iPhone 7, plus, so not much, but definitely enough to say it's a faster device, but can to the iPhone 10s max the one with the seven nanometer chipset blow away. The competition in I think it might. Due to its gestures, you can see even in this speed-up how fast those gestures do respond to the touched are a little more snappy, and I was saying this years ago or like a year or so ago that Apple removing the home button would make their iPhone faster feeling, and it does at thirty point, eight six seconds gestures are just faster than clicking a physical home button, and you could see that the iPhone tennis max is the clear winner here again. I think it's mostly due to the faster feeling gestures versus the home button.

Now I did run through some multitasking I'm, speeding it up because we don't have time to go through all of these, but I noticed that only thing that reopened was kind of like iMovie. It seems to do that every time every other phone did about the same, so they all rent have pretty good memory management, no matter which one of these you go with here on the latest. Io's twelve point, one point one. So you know the tennis max can hold a little more because at four gigabytes of RAM, but really on the day-to-day. It's not that much of a difference between a thousand dollar tennis, Max and V, two hundred and fifty dollar or so 6s plus now we're going to run a geek bench here on a nine eight ten, eleven, a twelve, and you could see the final scores are in and what you'll notice is that right down the line? It's basically, you know success, plus the lowest score going up to the 10s max, but pay attention to the eight plus in a tennis max those scores are very close, and they're a lot better than the seven plus and the 6s plus.

So if you by night plus now, or you buy an eight or a ten, you find a third party. It's a fantastic phone to buy right now, at least in terms of the CPU. The iPhone 10s max is the clear winner, but not by much so anyway, that is it. The iPhone 6s plus versus seven plus vs. eight plus vs.

tennis max iOS. Twelve point one point: one speed test: the tennis max is the clear winner, but you're going to pay a pretty penny to get this device, although if you keep your phone, a very long time might be worth the investment for you. The iPhone 8 plus, represents a perfect value tons of performance, but you don't get that latest design. The plus is still a solid phone, as the 2018 iPad still has the 810 fusion chipset, very good performer there, in a seven plus any 6s plus I, would say, is a very good performance as well considering it's three years old, it just looks rather old, but still a fantastic device should last a couple of years still on the 6s plus.
