Ipad Pro m1 vs Samsung Tab A7 speed test comparison By Fred's Aquariums and electronics

Hey everyone, so this will be a real world comparison here between the newer Apple iPad, pro 11, with the m1 processor in it and 8 gigabytes of ram versus the Samsung tab, a7 here uh. So this is a 800 device. The a7 is about 230 dollars. So there's a big price difference here, uh. So let's see how much, how much more speed and power you get with that bigger price tag with the apple over the cheaper Samsung here. So this is 11 inches.

This is 10.5. The apple to me looks way bigger than this. You know I'm sorry. This is actually 10.4 inches, so there's about half an inch difference here. This looks massive compared to this, and that has to do, of course, with the aspect ratio.

Both these have very small bezels uh. Both these do have quad speakers. You have two, two uh both these do. You use USB type c uh. This is not expandable on the storage, this is uh, so this you're stuck with whatever you buy this you can expand uh, let's get into extra speed tests, that's what we all care about! They're on the same Wi-Fi, of course, which is my home, Wi-Fi uh these this video or any of my videos, are not sponsored.

So, let's get into this here, we're going to use chrome, we are going to use safari. This comes with chrome. This comes with safari simple as that one two, three uh, both brightnesses are up to the same and uh yeah all right. Let's go into a couple: different websites we'll go to bestbuy.

com best buy, even though they are tech. Their website does not like uh too many tablets do not like the website. It seems one two three or not all right, we'll go into an actual search here in a second flying. The other way, um, let's see, I'm pretty sure about my brain- is turning up all the way uh yeah you can see. Uranus is up all the way.

This is crazy great. This is not so much. Never realized that until I had this side by side uh, usually I have the brain is down to like a fourth but holy cow. Is this iPad break compared to the a7 uh, we're typing here, Garmin watch and Garmin, while we're on the typing screen? One thing I really, really like about Samsung: is they have this little these little arrows down the bottom right uh that way you can move to wherever you want on whatever you're typing uh compared to him to use your finger on it. I would really wish apple.

Would do that or other android devices would do that too uh, one two, three! No that's not on every that is searching this time. Yeah, that's not on every Samsung device, like my note 8 from four years ago now doesn't have that this is going to be faster. This is already done. Oh, it does actually load in, though, when you're scrolling all right. Let's go to the first one here, which is on sale.

That is the Garmin instinct, solar, very cool watch. I don't have one, but my mom does, and she loves hers. I'd see the course I mean, I think, as everyone expects here, the more expensive apple is going to be faster. Furthermore, I mean that is going to be pretty much expected. Furthermore, I think what the takeaway is going to be, how much faster you guys.

This has three the Samsung tab. A7 only has three, so you over double the ram on the apple and I miss clicked it yeah. You can get other way get out of the way. Thank you interesting. Okay.

I will not zoom in then. Let's go down a little, though right to the bottom here, and we'll exit out of that exit out of that nice and go into their app stores. Let's see I'm trying to find the same game, but they do not want to give me the same game. Okay, so we have Roblox and Roblox here, one two three just to keep that open, let's go into Roblox here. Let me make sure my volume is off.

I don't want to get hit up with against my account here on YouTube, okay, so we're going to Roblox one two: three, if you guys want to see a bunch of gaming on Roblox, just check out my other gaming channel, a bunch of videos on Roblox uh. So of course this is going to be faster. We are going to go into Roblox high here uh we're going to I'll show you guys the difference in gaming power on Roblox again. This is going to look way better in real life than we guys see through the screen. This is maxed out.

I think, on my tab. A7. It is not maxed out. Look at that people are staring at each other's heads. Do that in real life stance someone's head uh, so you can see maxed out on graphics here, resume you're off my head.

So the main thing I want to show you all here as I step on those things heads as you see in the background, it is all loaded in I'm apparently flying there. You guys going to see that bit better now uh, so you guys can see, though it's all loaded in I don't know why I'm flying, but I'm flying must be a superhero all right, we'll come back to that and rock back to the royal high, but uh then on the a7 here. Both of these devices are nice and thin, both very easy to hold on to, while playing the cursor won't go to the same place. Okay, I'm hoping my volume is not that is down. Thankfully, that was just birds and not actual music uh.

We will do a once again. YouTube will do an uh, the uh sound test, that's the one I'm looking for. So let's turn this into manual return up all the way, so it starts getting a little shaky you actually can. I was really surprised I can see everything out. I was in the background there on the moon um.

It isn't really lagging, but it definitely does not feel as smooth as iPad, and we're flying again for some reason, don't know why, but man's just super dark. I'm actually really surprised that that is the last time I played on the a7, especially I tried to max out the graphics here. It um it was super laggy, okay, so we're still in match graphics um. So we tell I teleported somewhere else, so many graphics there. This way you guys can really see how it goes um.

This is where it's going to get super-duper laggy, there's just too much stuff going on for the processor to handle, and you guys can see that it's like running a slo-mo jump I'll go back to the iPad in just a moment here uh, so you can see how much larger this gets again. If you turn down, then we can turn down grabbing subway. Now, though, it's just fine, so it'll play Roblox games very well, because you might have to adjust the settings, the graphics settings that is go back into it on the iPad set that off to the side for a second here uh. So where we were been awful uh. We were on this sunset island and I did not change the settings.

It's still on high highs as it can go. So you see the big difference in I'll play. Ability there on high settings again, you can play the a7 just turn down the graphics, basically, all the way down yeah. So this is definitely going to be playing in higher settings on games than the a7 will again. You should expect that when you're talking about something with a crazy computer processor in it uh, they cost 800 bucks compared to something that cost 230 dollars um.

It should be pretty much expected that the higher end is going to be faster than uh the mid-tier um, but yeah yeah. All right. Let's go into YouTube one. Two three we'll do some royalty-free music. We are going to hit this one we're playing both from the beginning, so there we go that's at zero again.

Both these do have quad speakers in them. Okay, let's say that one's at one all right, we'll turn up the volume all the way, all the way up and play. So that's maxed out it sounds good, it's nice and loud uh. This is going to be punch. Everything else, that's in its price range.

I know around that 200 or so dollar mark I'll go to that apple. Here I have it upside down all around. No, I just can't see. Okay, I'm letting you guys don't know which one you think sounds better, of course not sound different for you, guys that do in real life as you're, going through a camera, and then you're going through YouTube's. Where YouTube does the videos like people always complain about um, but to me, of course this is gonna sound, better uh, both of them do sound good, though again this is going to be the best from other tablets in this price range.

To me, this is definitely going to be the best with its quad speakers and Dolby, but this is. This is perfect too um. Both these are perfect um, but to me the apple definitely wins uh it. Just it's a bit more clear, and it's a bit. It's just a bit better, sounding to me um.

But again this is still very good uh. Both of these will be excellent for watching, like Netflix or movies, or anything like that again. One thing, though, do you have to knock the apple down on is in videos on YouTube. You get like that much of a bar on black bar on both top and bottom it just it's its kind of annoying, that's because the aspect ratio, I do believe uh we're in Samsung, you get a last smart black bar, so that saves up some of your screen um it doesn't it isn't that annoying, but it is annoying. Nonetheless, it's annoying all right.

Now, let's go back into each of our apps here, but before we do that, let's go into a few more just have a few more things open, uh, let's go into the camera one two three apples! Only a bit quicker, get nope get there. You go uh, go into our photos or our gallery. Okay, okay, now, let's go back through everything! I just want to open up a few more apps, alright, so app store, so neither reload go back into safari nor chrome, neither reloaded that nope and nope YouTube nope. I thought that was going to the first second there, the a7, but it didn't that it just tricked us Roblox no photos or a gallery there. We go this definitely loads back into everything, a bit faster, but this doesn't actually reload whatsoever that one more time all right did we go into the app store.

Let's go back to the app store, just in case I missed it somehow, okay, so you guys go so both these are able to keep things open. Just fine, oh yeah, you guys. Let me know what you think. The iPad, of course, is going to be a bit faster, as one would expect, but yeah both of these are good devices, though I think it all depends on what you're trying to do with them.
