Everyone Tim Schofield here from Cuba King 77 DOM here with the Huawei watch powered by Android, wear and from what I've seen it looks to be a very stylish watch. I'm really excited to open up. So, let's get to it now, if you haven't heard of Huawei, they manufacture the Nexus 6p, which I have done a full review on. It was very premium check out that video, if you have not seen it I'll link to it but yeah. So let's go ahead and slide this guy open and nice watch box, and here it is, so it says timeless design, smart within nice presentation. Definitely, let's pull this out.
I'm going to step to the side for just a second, and we're going to go ahead and grab and see what else is in the box. So it looks like previous came standard booklets, Huawei watch, probably the user guides Start Guide! Well, dropping them all over, be a standard booklet. This little guy, that's in a different language, and we're going to go ahead and find the charger right here. So it does have some pins to charge and the adapter that's in there as well. A little small, alright, but that's it.
So let's go ahead and check out the watch, pull it out there and slide it on now. As you can see, I did get the black on black. There are various styles as well. Ok, so let's go ahead and power it on I'm, gonna press and hold that power button, which is in the probably 2 o'clock spot of the watch and no there's no flat tire, because there's no ambient light sensor and what I mean by flat tire is: let me grab the second generation Moto 360, which I do have a review on. So here's both of those side-by-side and know a lot of you asked for me to show that off.
So there you go. They are the same face size. This is a 42 millimeter. This is 42 millimeters as well. It's booting on up, but let's go ahead and check out here's a look at the links.
Obviously they do have a leather option as well. You can press this button in the middle, and it pops out both on the side here down at the bottom. Is those pins where you can actually charge the device like I said? Actually, let me grab the charger and show you guys, I, don't know if it's I'm, assuming it's gonna, be magnetic. So let's go ahead and match those pins up and yes, there is a magnet involved, so it rests on their pretty easily anyways. Let's go ahead and pop it.
On my wrist. It's definitely going to be way too big. I'm going to have to take out a couple links as you can see, which is good. Obviously, I don't have the biggest risk in the world, but I'd say they're pretty average size. Now it has a 1.4 inch. Full-Circle AMOLED displays 400 by 400 resolution.
For those of you wondering, so that's good when you go into ambient mode like that, because the blacks aren't going to turn on any lights is connected your watch to a power source. So here's a little closer look at that charger, and it's asking to be connected to a power source. So, let's just go ahead and drop it on, and it's very easy, as you saw it's just snaps right in place for you, because there are magnets involved, do your ready swipe to continue all right? So, let's swipe through start by pairing with your phone. Since this is an Android wear watch it's very simply. This could be Android wear app, but I really want to focus more on design with this unboxing get some more software things.
When I do my full review, which is coming very soon, but anyways I'm, gonna press and hold that power button. It's gonna. Take me into the settings scrolling through, it seems pretty smooth. The display looks really great I think might be the best display on any Android wear watch out at the moment. Anyways.
Here's just a little closer look at the design. You'll see. There are some notches engraved around the circle itself, a full circle and here's about how thick it is. TV Lydia. Here it is below the new Moto 360.
So it looks a little thicker than the Moto 360, but anyways that's really about only one to show off. It looks really great. Very stylish. I would not mind wearing this with a nice dress shirt but yeah I'm going to go ahead. Do a full review pretty soon so make sure you subscribe, so you're notified of that you can follow me on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, all links in the description below and as always guys.
Thank you very much for watching.
