What is going on guys welcome to Grieg Shiva, daily or source for daily tech. News makes sure you subscribe so know. What's going on in the world of tech, it's the weekend officially. So let's get into the news the first story of the days about the HTC: u 11, plus an HTC, you 11 life. Now the life version is a mid-range phone from HTC, and it looks like the mentions from HTC that they're going to have an announcement of some sort on November, 2nd /, Evan Class is that the November 2nd event will only announce that HTC? U 11 life again the mid-range device, with no mention of that plus version on that day now we'll have to actually wait and see if that ends up holding to be true from FM blast and FM. Blast is a big time leaker in the community, so we'll have to keep our eyes on that.
I still feel like if they're going to announce that a press conference at that point or a release date of some sort, I would think they're going to do the HTC? U 11 plus but hey. You could be wrong. He could be right, we'll have to wait and see. The other thing is. He got some actual specs on this phone.
We've kind of had some thought specs that we're going to come out, and they've been pretty much 100 percent right we've. Now we have some extras on those specs check this out. So Evan glass put out a tweet saying that the HTC? U 11, plus, is gonna. Have a snapdragon 835 you're gonna. Have your choice of either 4 gigabytes of RAM at 64, gigabytes of storage or 6 gigabytes of RAM 128 gigabytes of storage I would definitely go the 6, 128 I think that's the better route.
It's also going to come with a micro SD card slot. If you want to put in extra storage a 6 inch, quad HD, LCD sub display with 538 dpi, which displays right now is not a lot of LCDs left everyone's either going AMOLED or P LED or OLED. Not a lot of LCDs at all. So this is probably gonna, be one of the weaker points for the phone, but I would guess to say that it's probably the most likely allow them to bring this phone in at a lower price than what most people are going to expect with specs like these, the camera is going to be a 12 megapixel with F 1.7 aperture, that's gonna, be on the back and then on the front. Looking at 8 megapixel aperture, the battery is huge 30,000 900 30 Williams battery, which is huge for a flagship phone.
Nowadays, that's released primarily in America, but this we release everywhere about like just a phone. That's going to be able to be bought in America. That's a huge battery for a phone, that's flagship, specs it'll also have quick charge, 3.0, it's ip68 dust and water resistant, meaning you can bring this into 5 feet of water for 30 minutes, it's got edge sense, meaning you can squeeze it, and it'll do some kind of action, and it has their patented boom sound, which is supposed to be amazing, sound from the speakers on this phone now. The phone that has mad specs, perfect, specs LCD is always a letdown on that because it doesn't have, as which colors are great a screen as an AMOLED or OLED display and I know what that's going to affect. A lot of people may be thinking about purchasing this, but let's wait and see that price.
It could be a home run for sure on that. So it looks like a great phone smells like a great phone, but it's not completely perfect. Just like it seems like every phone is in the market today, there's always one thing missing. If you look at the Galaxy Note 8, it doesn't have stereo speakers. If you look at the new pixel 2, it might be.
People might complain about, doesn't have these extra software features or, and it doesn't have a perfectly colored display. So there's always something missing from a phone Samsung was pretty damn close with hitting it out of the park with every single feature, except maybe for a feature too, but again we're still on to the heaven of all phones, we're still not there. So thanks for watching guys question of the day is you know we see this phone of the pixel and see the HTC eleven. You see the Galaxy Note 8, you see the iPhone 10. What do you think is the basic close nearest closest to perfect on has almost every single checkbox on that? You know what the perfect phone would be for me, I would probably say the Galaxy Note 8 is probably the closest thing to a perfect phone.
Let me know in the comments down below what you think is the perfect phone, and I'll see you down the road True's.
