My point is playing games on a wristwatch is an actual thing. Now, let's take a look all right, so, admittedly, this is going to be a weird one. This is technically actually an Android cell phone yeah. Believe it or not. This thing. Let me pop this little thing here. You can actually put a sim card here and make phone calls on this thing like I mentioned earlier.

This is something you would see on like a comic book like Dick Tracy, but this is an actual thing of a watch. They can make phone calls with. Let's go through specs here, real quick, so the cost bet Hope has a one-point 39-inch screen. It has Android 7.1 in an empty case, 6 739 processors, so obviously not top-of-the-line. But again it's Austin someplace supposed to be used primarily as a Smartwatch.

So you know something's got to give right. There's a quad-core 1.25, gigahertz processor, 3 gigs of ram, which is actually more than I, expected in 32 gigs of internal storage. It cannot be upgraded, so yeah. This is the only opening on the watch that little SIM tray there. You can't upgrade the storage 32 gigs is all you've got.

You can change the watch face here. As you can see, you can download some extra ones. I like let's see here, that's a nice one. How about that? That's not bad! It's not exactly thin. It's you know rather thick I have a couple of other smartwatches here that I can use to compare with I.

Have the amazement gt-r here. So it's much, much thinner as you can see, but then again this thing is an actual full-fledged Android cell phone, and this thing is just a Smartwatch. So perhaps this comparison, it's not super apt I mean this thing even has a camera which you can see right. There then 8 megapixel camera by the way. So here it is again well my Straits right here.

This is my amaze feed Stratus and a little bigger, but not by much and certainly thicker. It's not going to be much harder to be thinner than the cost bet hope it's its a girth one I got the verge here. Yeah, verge is also a bit of a thick one, but not quite as thick as the cost bet hope. It has Android, which is a very versatile OS, with access to the Play Store in 32 gigs of internal storage. What do you think I'm going to do? Well, you know, because, you saw the thumbnail in the title. So, as you can see, I have a couple of emulators here. I have my boy, which is a GBA emulator I have my old boy, which is a Game Boy and Game Boy Color, emulator and I have I, have another Game Boy emulator here I was trying with a few different ones: I have classic boy, which is a multi console emulator. So let's go with my old boy and, as you can see, I got it's.

It's quite loud. I got Summertime deluxe already running here on this thing and if I press and hold the top button here, I go into the settings and I can change how the screen is displayed here on the watch. So, as you can see, I have it to display as a little square in the middle of the watch, or I can cycle it through have a circle occupying the entire watch now, depending on the application you're using it's not gonna work perfectly, but let's see how this okay, so there you go. So it's occupying pretty much the whole screen here, so obviously you will have most emulators will have I wish. I could turn this down a bit.

I deactivated all the touch controls because, though you could play like this or even on your watch, while you're, you know procrastinating, your schoolwork I, don't know I'm, not judging. First, let's turn down the volume way down. Let me go into settings here. Let's turn media volume way down. Let's turn.

Let's turn everything down: okay, that's that's better! Alright! So let's get back to the emulator there. Presumably you could play like this. Actually, having the watch on your wrist I deactivated as such controls earlier, but obviously it works with touch controls as well as, for instance, this one is still configured the way when you first install the app as you can see, there is a little overlay with the buttons there, so you can actually play like that. I mean it's, probably no one's a favorite way of playing the game, but it works I'm. Here you go squirrel on.

Let me show you again: I'm going to change the screen set to go back to that square in the middle of the watch. So that way you can see the graphics a little better, so you can play it like that. It's definitely playable like that, especially for games that are like you know, turn-based RPGs. You can easily play with this thing on your wrist and then activating the on-screen buttons. With the other hand, it works, but that's probably not the ideal way to play.

That I mean we're talking about playing video games on a watch, so nothing's going to be ideal, but this is even less ideal. Now you see the real way of playing games on this thing would be with something like this. This is a bit doze, 0 controllers, it's a Bluetooth controller and again because this is basically a cell phone, you can pair any type of Bluetooth accessory to it, including this tiny little controller that I can barely show because it's white and against my lights, or it doesn't work. Okay, let's do this. There we go see.

This tiny thing here is actually paired to the watch. So, as you can see, okay, this is so ridiculous. It's mine of me one of the stupidest things I've ever done. Okay, here we go alright, so I turn down the volume, obviously but yeah. So this is Summertime one of my favorite games of all time, and here we go.

It's actually I. Don't know why I'm getting such a kick out of this, but the idea that I'm playing one of my favorite games ever on a watch, something that again I saw back in school when I was a kid, but the crappier version of this, even like the fact that I have this now, like my favorite console playing on a watch with a little Bluetooth controller. It's just so ridiculous. So then pause the game here, let's see what it looks like when I go to that square setting so yeah. So that way it's smaller, but I can see the entire screen now so come on.

Come on boom I have to save the screen for something this small, it's pretty sharp it's its really crisp very, very visible and again, I have to lean back way far because of the way I'm recording this. But you know ideally I mean this is just so silly like I would love to just bust this out, and I'm in the middle of for like a convention like a retro gaming convention, just to see what people would say in fact, I'll tell you this right now, I'm gonna! Do this at some point, you can't tell me that doesn't warm your heart a little, it's Pok?mon blue on a watch. Let's, let's make it big. Why not look at this come on? Oh, my goodness, oh I have a sieve game here. I forgot about that.

I played this a little a couple of days ago. All right, let's make it so that I can see the whole game there. We go. Look at it come on. Look at this thing.

Let's kick some ass with Character I. Don't remember the save, but I always pick Character. So of course, oh dude come on that's pretty cool and scratch, and you're dead, or rather fainted Character gain experience points blah blah blah dude.
