Google Pixel 5a 5G - Unboxing and Specs! By Asian Geek Squad

Aloha everyone- this is max with Asian geek squad, and today we are going to be unboxing. The Google Pixel 5a 5g, it's kind of a tongue twister 5a 5g. This is the latest iteration of the model from Google. So let's go ahead and check it out before we get to unboxing. Let's just go over the price, this retails for 449 it's available for pre-order. Now it's unlocked here in the U.

S. It only comes in one configuration and only one color, mostly black, and we'll go over the specs while we're unboxing, let's go ahead and get started inside. We have some documentation here we have the sim tray, ejector, USB c to USB, cable and an adapter USB to USB, and it comes with a wall charger, and here we have the phone itself. It does say mostly black, but I feel like it has some green tint to it, and it's not until you put it next to a pure black phone. This is my older pixel that it looks kind of green, dark, green and grayish, so mostly black, but not black, like this phone, all right, let's go ahead and remove the sticker power it on and let's talk some specs.

So here in the front, we have a 6.34 full HD plus OLED glass, and there is an 8 megapixel camera in case you want to know the sensor, it's the mix 355 and while that's booting up, let's take a look around here on the side. You have your power button, your volume up and down rocker. Here at the top, you have a 3.5 millimeter, headphone jack, which I still use because I love my old bows here on the bottom. You have your speakers and your USB charging port. Now this does not come with wireless charging at this price point, I'm okay with that and speaking of charging.

Let's talk about the battery really quickly. The pixel 5a has a 4680 William battery and just as a comparison, the Pixel 4a had 3100 William battery so huge battery and considering the battery life. I got with the Pixel 4a. This one should be a lot better and since we're looking at the back here, we have the fingerprint scanner here on the back, which is great because most of us are still wearing masks, the official name for it is pixel imprint, and here, on the back, we have our two rear cameras, 12 megapixels, wide camera and a 16 megapixel ultra white camera. Here, on the other side, we have our sim tray.

So here you have room for one NATO sim and that's it: no expandable storage. So there's no expandable storage. You have the physical sim, which uses a NATO sim, and then it does come with the ENIM, and it doesn't come with expandable storage, but it does come with 128 gigabytes of storage built in. Let's just talk about the rest of the specs here, so snapdragon 765g, the 5g is sub 6, no millimeter wave, and it has 6 gigabytes of ram. One thing: that's new this year is water resistance rating.

So that's the first, a series with water resistance rating, and it's ip67 all right. So for 449. This looks like a solid phone on paper. For me, this is a great size all right guys, so that is a quick unboxing of the Google Pixel 5a 5g, and we've gone over the specs.
