Gionee Marathon M3 5000 mAh Big Battery Android Phone Quick Review

Hey, what's happening guys about an iPod for I entered in, and today we're going to be reviewing the new m3 marathon by gone. Now the m3 marathon is a revision of the m2 marathon, which is a highly popular phone by the company because of his extended battery life. M3 has a five thousand William hour battery. That puts it in the high league in terms of the battery life performance of this device, and it remains fairly slim at just ten point: four millimeters thin when you pull the device out of the box. The first thing you'll be surprised at is the kind of finish and fit in the hand. It's also fairly slim.

It has rounded edges, and at this nice, metal or chrome accent around the bezel makes it look really premium. Furthermore, it's actually much better-looking in person than you would see on videos or images. If you take a quick look around the device over at the front, you have a front-facing 2-megapixel camera, along with a couple of sensors in the earpiece below that you have the main display. That is a 5-inch 1280 by 720 p display. That gives you a total of 294 pixels per inch on the bottom of the three touch: capacitive buttons, which is great and on the bottom of the device, is the micro USB charging port, along with the main microphone on the right, is a power button, along with the volume rockers on the top.

Is the 3.5 millimeter headphone jack? There's nothing on the left of the device and on the back is an 8 megapixel camera along with LED flash and a secondary noise cancellation microphone, which will also be used for video recording. The back. Has a nice matte finish, and you have the gone logo, along with the speakerphone at the bottom of the device. If you remove the back panel you'll see that the battery is non-removable, but it is a five thousand William hour battery, and you have a nice metal plate on the inside. You see the two SIM card slots, along with the extension slot, which will accept up to ISO 128 gigabyte.

Now the device runs on eight quad-core 1.3 gigahertz CPU, along with a Mali 450 GPU, you get eight gigabytes of storage along with one gigabyte of RAM, and the CPU is a MediaTek six, five, eight two, which is a quad-core 1.3 gigahertz. The device is running Android, 4.4.2, KitKat out of the box, and we'll come with the new version of Omega, which is amigo 2.0, which is fantastic. We've been looking at it on some of the devices which is great in terms of aesthetics and build quality. I've been raving about it for 11,000 P phone, it's pretty nice. Looking you have a nice display up front.

It is an IPS LCD. The grip on the device is nice, although you don't have any frontal protection, it does come with some protection inside the box, including a screen protector and a small case. The back panel is not at all flimsy, and it feels really nice in the hand and easy to pull off and put on the device which makes it really nice. The fact that the device is running Android 4.4.2 makes it pretty snappy. With respect to many of the other devices in the market, the device is not running a full version of amigo 2.0. In fact, it's running a skin of amigo 2.0 on top of what appears to be fairly stock Android, you do get an apps' drawer in this scenario, and you'll see the most general list of amigo sort of applications pre-loaded on this, so you do get the camera and gallery application along with the video and music application. You also get amigo paper and UC Browser as pre-loaded.

You also have the weather application. Also, pre-loaded is a sound recorder, an FM radio, a torch and a notes' application. You also get a calculator, a compass and downloads pre accessed, along with the file explorer pre-loaded on the device when we ran the device through and to do, we got a score of seventeen thousand five hundred and thirty-three, which can be a split because for a device that is priced at about eleven thousand five hundred rupees, you get a seventeen thousand five hundred and thirty-three scores, which is fairly good, but also in comparison to devices like the MI three, you get a score which is almost half. We found that the UI is pretty responsive, and we face no lags of crashes during the usage of this device, which is great performance wise. This device is not top-notch, but it will get you through most of the activities, along with some basic gameplay and internet access, that you're going to be getting you'll, be able to play mostly all sorts of games on the supported chipset.

All the high-end games like modern combat 5 will have some serious issues. You do have a system update application pre-loaded on the device that will allow you to update to the next possible version of Android. Camera performance is average and don't expect the camera to be perfect, but for 8 megapixel shots. We found that the pictures were quite well saturated, and the contrast was pretty accurate. The highlight of this phone is the battery, and we got excellent battery life of both SIM cards in there you get about two days worth of use and then some which is fantastic.

You will be to a lot of talk time and, if you're on the go always this phone will not disappoint you in terms of battery life and for the fact that they've stuffed in a five thousand William hour. It's only ten point four millimeters in thickness, and we feel that it's a good bang for your buck. If you are looking for extended, on-the-go use- and that is mostly what your usage is going to be. If you are looking for more performance and if you are looking for better aesthetics, the mi3 might be a better option. Along with some other phones, including the Moto G, but we feel that this offers a good all-rounded operation and also tackles the one of the biggest problems that are being faced by smartphone users today, which is the battery life for further questions and queries, do visit I gander, and you can find my links, along with links to icon, on the description below and check out the full review on I again dot in catch us on Facebook, Twitter, google+, this big birthmark.
