Galaxy A71 5G UW *2020" in 2021! By Maxiroc

What is going on everybody here: Matt squad, welcome back to a brand-new video. Today we're going to be revisiting the Samsung Galaxy a71 5g UW. Now with a name like that, is it worth saying, stay tuned, so the galaxy a71 5g UW is a 5g phone that Samsung released summer 2020, and it came on Verizon here. This is the 5g UW, the Verizon version, and that UW stands for ultra-wideband. But is this device good enough for you to pick up here in 2021? Should you consider it now, while I attempt to answer that question, for you be sure to like this, video here, that'd be very much appreciated and also subscribe to the channel. This device is going to feature a 64 megapixel wide camera. That's the standard lens on the back of it here, it's a quad camera setup to be exact, 12 megapixels, ultra-wide. You get a 5 megapixel macro and I believe a 5 megapixel depth sensor. So a lot of cameras on the back of this device, and they perform pretty well moving down here. You can see the back of the phone you're going to have a 4 500 William hour battery inside that's powering up a 6.7 inch super AMOLED plus full HD display here, and let me tell you guys this display is beautiful. It looks better than the pixel the best display.

I have on any phone right now on the bottom of this device, you're going to have USB type-c for charging a headphone jack and also going to have a loudspeaker and a microphone there. And then you also see some antenna bands and if you look on the right side of the device, you get a power button along with your volume up and down keys. Looking at the top, you get a noise-cancelling mic. This is also where the sim tray slot is and on the left side of the device. It's completely smooth here now with the front facing camera on the galaxy a71 UW you're, going to have a 32 megapixel selfie camera, that's capable of shooting 4k video at 30 frames per.

Second, it can also be on the 1080p s60, along with 720p as well. Those powering up this device is the snapdragon 765g, a 5g processor, and it's paired up with eight gigs of ram and 128 gigs of internal storage. So when a device is packing all these specs and features, what is it actually like with using the galaxy a71 you're not going to have any type of problems when it comes to everyday usage, jumping in and out of applications? Uh, you can do that to the maximum here with this device with eight gigs of ram, you can pretty much have at it with the phone um. The only time you will see like slow-downs is, if you're running like four or five games at the same time, everyday gaming. As far as Call of Duty mobile asphalt, 9, you can put those things on high settings, and you may see a little of lag here and there, but trust me.

The 765g is powerful enough to get you through your daily gaming needs. Now I want to jump over to the battery here. The battery in the galaxy a71 is surprisingly perfect and the reason I say it's good is that this screen itself is massive and when I rock this display here on my rocking this device, I'm leaving this device on brightness like full brightness all day like there's no in between, I might have it on 90 85 90, but I'm putting it on full brightness, because I love the way the screen looks. It doesn't matter if I'm outdoors or indoors you're going to be able to see this display with no issues. So the fact that the battery itself can actually still last a long time is impressive, as well so easily taking this device from uh from morning.

Let's say you get up. First shift you're going to be able to take it to into later on that day, with no issues here, and I've got an average of about five to six hours of screen on time, and that's me not even trying to conserve battery. If I was on the mission of conserving battery meaning that I'm not going to be able to charge this phone for a considerable amount of time, then I could probably get about seven to eight hours of screen on time, but even if you're not able to get the device to last that long. If you have the actual brick that came within the box, it's actually going to be a 25 watt fast charge. So you can charge this device up relatively fast uh pretty quickly, and you probably get about 50 percent of charge in about 30 minutes or less now.

One of the downers with the galaxy a71 is that it has a single firing speaker, and it performs pretty well. If you get it up to max volume, you may hear a little tiny bit distortion, but you do hear with no issues you get to hear a little amount of bass a little of treble, but for sure I wish it did have dual speakers. A positive is also that it has a headphone jack. Now, I'm not sure if it's uh, you know one of those headphone jacks that you can brag about, but the fact that it does have one puts it in another category separating themselves from phones that don't have one and math squad. I want to go over the screen again.

The 6.7 inch super AMOLED plus display on the galaxy a71 5g UW is amazing, nothing short of that when it comes to watching HDR content on this phone here, you're going to be amazed, it is absolutely beautiful, even with this device not having 120 hertz or even 90 hertz, it's still relatively like amazing. It's very beautiful, probably my favorite feature on the phone itself. Now this device is on Verizon here, and I really decided like just recently to put my sim card that wasn't my Google Pixel back into this phone here, and it reminded me just how much I love this phone here. It's amazing, and I'm going to probably put it up directly against the pixel as far as camera tests and see exactly which one can come out on top and yes, it is 5g, so I'm able to connect to Verizon's 5g network with no issues and I make phone calls. I don't really experience any type of drop calls here and text messaging is amazing.

With this device I mean, as you can tell, this display is huge. So if you got decent sized hands, you're not going to have a problem with it, the only negative thing will probably be. If you have tiny hands, you probably want to stay away from this device, because it is a huge phone finding accessories and everything of that nature screen protectors. Cases are not going to be an issue here, because it is a galaxy phone at the end of the day here and when it comes to 4k video, the galaxy here. Of course, it adds a little of saturation to the video.

That's a known theme from Samsung cameras here, but the 4k quality of this phone is actually pretty good. I literally decided to go ahead and switch it from my lg that I was using previously to the galaxy a71 here and ever since then. I've been loving the footage here now, a close second here right now, and I'm realizing. That is the Redmi Note 9s. I always knew that it had a manual video mode, and I'm using it for the first time today to record a video.

So in the comment section below, let me know what you think of the video quality from the Redmi Note 9s. It is currently shooting at 4k 30 frames per second, and I play with the shutter speed and the ISO. So let me know what you think of the quality so back to the Samsung cameras here, 64 megapixels main, since I can shoot 4k video at 30 frames per second 1080p has 60 1080p at 30 and along with 720p at 30 as well. You also get a 12 megapixel ultra-wide lens that can shoot 4k at 30 as well. Now, when it comes to the 4k quality, it's going to look better on the main lens.

It's always like that. You're not going to have a better ultra-wide camera than the standard lens that just wouldn't make any sense with this camera. Here you also get a bunch of other settings. You get a decent night mode. The night mode performs pretty well here in the Samsung.

You also get a promo now, there's no pro for the video just for photos, which is like a gripe for me, but I do love this phone here. You get some more options. Furthermore, you get Panama food, hyperlapse, live focus, macro, slow motion, super slow motion and a single take here, surprising things when I first got this phone here was how good the selfie camera is, because it can shoot in the same resolution as the rear camera, but obviously it's not going to be as good. So if you're looking for a device that has a perfect camera and overall great features for the money here, the galaxy a71 5g UW is the one for you now. It seems like everything I was saying about the galaxy a71 here is all positive and, to be honest with you guys, I really don't have nothing negative to say about it.

The only thing I could say maybe is the power button itself. I wish it has like some type of texture to it. That's just me being petty. It's not it's really, not that big of a deal, because you can tell the difference between the two um other than that. I really don't have any negatives to say about this phone here 59 for this phone here, I'm pretty sure it's going to be cheaper going into next year and keep in mind.

This is not the regular 5g unit. This is the 5g UW, the one that comes with Verizon here, but math squad share this video with your friends and family and let them know that not all android cameras suck.
