DSLR vs. Pixel 3 | PORTRAIT SHOOTOUT By Moment

All right, what's up everybody hey today's video is gonna, be a fun one. We are doing a little shootout between what do we get 51.2 we're gonna, compare it. You've probably already seen this in the title, but pixel three, which is a beast of a camera and the new moment.58 millimeter lens portrait shoots as you go, I'm smiling if it makes you feel better. So this is our scene. We have here got the light, got some plants. The cool thing today is actually we have more than a usual amount of people in the office, which is awesome, so we're going to have a few different people come and sit on.

Taylor is gonna, take their photo little portrait, and really we're just comparing the high-end camera, which cost like was like five thousand dollars setup, no more probably $3,000 body and yeah yeah yeah. So, like a $5,000 setup, nearly at two pretty much a $1000 setup, we're definitely shooting the pixel three we're going to shoot RAW files which you can do natively, which is cool, and we're shooting in portrait mode with our 58, attach to it. You'll shoot RAW on the 5e yep Ron everything well trying to get the best quality we can get and see. If you can tell the difference between a phone and expensive DSL, she's coughing has the cutest cough I've ever heard high five buddy high five, any last words in the hog, so the beauty of single-lens portrait mode is that you can use our lenses over the top, so basically you're getting a nice compressed image which is good for portraits, but also then the blur on the background so, and you can adjust the blur, which is really nice too, so we're trying to match it up as even as possible, with the 50 mil we're shooting 1.8 on the Canon 50 millimeter, so same aperture. Try to really give this a fair, it's so nice to have a full office today of all the moment, employees, because all our friends are here from out of town message, what on Instagram trying to try to get in some DMS Taylor's, harnessing our inner dogs right now.

This is for LinkedIn pic, so three portrait- oh the brows, are great. Today, freaks and geeks did give me a DAP. Oh okay, I would definitely say that was a success.

It's a little chaotic in here, but let the image images speak for themselves and us Wow, based on the images on the screen. They do a pretty good job. I'm going to guess, like obviously canons going to have better like skin tones and everything. But overall the difference I mean what you can get now on. A smartphone is yeah pixel 3 and the 58 millimeter are seriously giving my Canon a run for its money.
