Coolpad Legacy Camera Video & Audio Quality Issues?? By BTech Reviews

All right guys, this is Mike from be tech reviews here I'm over here, shooting with the Black magic 4k tonight, and I wanted to get some decent night shots here for the YouTube channel. So I'm going to test out the camera over here, usually by the Convention Center, where you guys usually see me shoot at and from there we're just gonna. You know: take pictures. Take a little of video boom. I see a little of video from that awesome, camera right there, and we'll get that going so right now again, I'm just going to walk, walk the area and try to get some good shots for you guys and just so you guys know this is the front facing camera, and it has two different modes. It has 1080p, and it has 720 so right now, I believe it's already set to 1080p I.

Don't believe, I wanted to change this to 720, but I did want to see how this phone records at nighttime. So again we're going to check that out. Hopefully we get some good shots, and we got roll with the lightsaber, so we're gonna hopefully get some good picks over here. Yeah, so, okay, okay, so guys this is Mike from Tech reviews here, and I'm shooting with the cool peg legacy the front-facing camera and right now you can tell I'm not sure 100% sure why. But it's super grainy.

So obviously it's not that great in low light performance, and I'm not seeing any change in lighting here. So let me see if I can bump up the ISO at all. Well, no! So, right now, just from what I'm seeing you guys can see that the low lighting on this is pretty bad and maybe again just because the sun's finally starting to go down but I'll try to get different footage in different areas like I'm gonna, go walk down there for you guys, and we'll see how it goes guys. But let's, let's take a look again. This is the uncle pan legacy shooting in 1080p on the rear-facing camera.

Alright, so we're back in video mode, and again you know, even though we're kind of in a low lighted area over here I'm, just not seeing a lot of I, guess good quality when it comes to video, playback, and I'll check. This in post-editing whatnot just to see how it is, but man like turn on the light saver again they just I mean the light. Saver comes out perfect, but my focus, which is your over here, it's just very hard to see. Yeah, like look how dark it is look at how dark it is yeah. It's awful.

It's awful. So one thing to know if you guys do plan to buy this video this camera or this, this phone excuse me- is that it does not take very good video as far as low lighting. So let's go ahead and close this out with rolls he's just swinging around his blade doing a good job here, but I'm going to take picture day, so we're recording again, and I am using the front-facing camera this time around, which is weird because I feel like the front-facing camera is getting a lot better exposure or ISO lighting opposed to the rear facing camera, which is weird, so I, don't know, that's something that there's an issue with the camera or whatever, like that. As far as the bug, but I mean just all around me, like I, can do a turn around the lighting. One almost look a lot better and again just basic cameras like a 13 megapixel camera, lets across the street before we get run over here.

So it's a lot better, but at the same time I don't know again- maybe it's just me- maybe I'm, maybe it's just the camera has better recording at nighttime. So my face is supersaturated right there by the way, but okay, we're gonna, take some more pictures and videos out here and let's, let's see what this camera can do again. This is the cool cat. Lake see camera. There is some sort of in body stabilization when it comes to this, so I'm, hoping that you guys are not seeing like a lot of shakiness because I'm just walking around with a gorilla pod over here, but yes, I mean like right now we're in a good lighted area.

So if I were to turn around, you guys can probably see the building, but once it gets to low lighting once you get into a low lighted area. Just know what to say on this and again: this is 1080p I'm, not gonna! Even try the 720p just because I hear you but okay, so here's a side, right ain't, Bobby, box, office, parking or divert and doesn't look bad, but you can tell that the camera is just kind of very saturated in certain areas. So, so like right now, I'm going to play I'm gonna, try to take a few shots of this building over here with night shot mode and whatever, and then we'll get this going guys I mean, and now this isn't the true test of the camera. Obviously this is not during the day so whoever's watching this video. Don't narc on me when it comes to that I just wanted to do something a little different and I wanted to see this movie performs at nighttime.

So you know again if you guys are watching this later on I down the road, and you say: hey well, you know he didn't take shots during the day, and he's only comparing it, and I'd say that. That's that's true, but at the same time, I know this. Camera will have no problem during the day, so again, we're going to take some more shots of rolled. You wanna, like that up wrong, real, quick and, let's see how this looks. This looks.

The lightsaber looks perfect honestly on video, but when you're waving it around I feel like the camera is trying to like focus on it. So much that it's kind of messing up the background on everything else. We are shooting right, there's a bright light and next to, but it's very, very iffy when it comes to its night. Shots on video, so I'm very disappointed. I'm going to turn this around in the shop with Raul, sending in the same exact spot, and so he's going to stand there.

I'm going to put myself in the shot with the front-facing camera. You guys are gonna, see the difference again, all right, so you hair over here and don't worry man when I hope, front-facing camera, and you can actually just weird. Yes, you can see the grain, but you can actually see me get this pic software update and because I know it's not I know it's not the camera sensor itself. Patti over here chilling can't really see her because, it's kind of dark on her end, but you don't want to be in the shot. Okay, so that's super weird, but yeah I'm, not sure why that's hey guys.

This is Mike from be tech reviews here and what I just showed you guys was video footage of the club head legacy. Now again, this is more just an unbiased review or of the least of the video guys and just from what you guys saw there and excuse the shakiness I am holding the camera up or whatever, with a tripod here, so I am just holding it I'm, not actually setting this up. But again what you saw there was footage of the rear and front facing camera of the cool pad legacy and again I, don't know if there's a software issue or bug or whatever, but from what you can see there. The rear camera is actually performing way worse than the action, the front-facing camera, and what I mean by that is the stuff stabilization and just whatever else is going on there. The ISO with that, especially in low-light, is pretty bad again.

This is just in video mode. A picture mode is a completely different thing, and I'll explain more during the actual review, video but I. Just kind of wanted to put this video together to show you my experience with the audio quality, the video quality. As you can see this, as you can hear the soundbite and the first bit of the video, it was awful, so I actually had to post edited in Adobe Premiere over here, just so that you can be able to hear the audio from that guys. So again, this is just the video and audio from the cold pad legacy.

I do have pictures. This thing does actually take pretty decent pictures, so I'm not going to knock it on that, and I will show the pictures off in the review. Video but I just really wanted to put this together for you guys, because I really wanted you guys to hear and see what the video has to offer on the cool pad and legacy, especially in low-light. Now, don't take it with a grain of salt. Again, this was shot at nighttime in low lighted areas.

Okay, this is not going to reflect what this thing can do during the day. So again guys.
