Coolpad Cool 1 Review After 30 days - Is It Really Cool?

Hey guys this motor cure- and this is the review of the cool bad cold one in case you guys, haven't seen my videos about this one, the cool one sells for fourteen thousand rupees, and it's been made under collaboration by La Rocco and cool part. So, even though it's been launched under the cool pad brand name is basically a low eco phone I have been using this phone alongside the Redmi Note, 4 and the owner 6x, and today I am going to tell you if the cool one is cooler than the other two phones, so without wasting any more time. Let's get started with a video when you look at the cool one for the first time, you will mistake it for any other low echo phone. In fact, I do have a loved one else in the house and if you keep the two phones side-by-side, it is very difficult to differentiate them, but things start to change when you flip the phone on its back as the cool one sports, a dual camera set up alongside a fingerprint sensor. That's pretty fast and accurate. The dual camera setup does quite an interesting job and if you want to know more about the camera of this phone already covered it extensively in my honor 6x Redmi Note: 4 coal pad cool one camera comparison, video, so I'll grow up a card here, as well as a link in the video's description for you to check out spoiler alert the camera on the cool one is quite cool.

Coming back to the design and build quality of this phone, the cool one is made out of metal and, like I said earlier, it feels exactly like the low 1s or the low two in hand. The phone feels premium and nice to use, and it's quite sturdy as well, because I've dropped it three times, but there has only been a minute damage in the top left corner. The cool one also gets an IR blaster and thankfully there is a headphone jack here. If you remember the low to low, echoed it's the headphone jack that time and invested a lot of money in that CD la technology. Even though I don't know what went wrong with that I'm happy to see a headphone jack back on this phone jumping to the insides of the cool one, we have a Snapdragon 650, two processors alongside 4gb of RAM and Arena 510 GPU.

The performance of the phone as a result has been very impressive. So far. It glides through all the apps and games without issues and the memory management is exceptional on the phone as well. I did not really game on this phone, but I did test out Noah 3 and asphalt 8, and they seemed to do quite well, but the cool one is not a cool one, because it has a tendency to get warm. I was giving for about 10 minutes and the temperature of this phone shot up to 42 degrees, even while using the phone when it's charging, it can go up to these temperatures, and sometimes it even got warm when I was using it on 4G.

It's not very obtrusive, but here it can be a little uncomfortable and I hope that this can be fixed. With a software update talking about the software, we have lowed a cozy UI here, and it's heavily inspired by iOS. You have a lot of iOS elements here, like the control center and the transparent effect in the notification tray. It does look good on the phone, but honestly I am NOT a big fan of locos interface. It works well, it is fast and smooth, but I like Xiaomi CNI UI.

More also, UI is not that integrated with third-party apps I use Apple Music as my streaming service, and sadly you cannot control it from the control center. There is a separate space for it in the notification tray and the one in the control center is only reserved for the music app, so yeah, that's something that I did not like. The phone is currently based on Android, 6.0, marshmallow and I. Don't see this phone getting the new cat update anytime soon in terms of display, there is a 5.5 inch 1080p panel. That's quite good! If you ask me, the colors are good.

The saturation is good, and even the viewing angles are quite decent. The screen doesn't get very bright out. Those, but it has this feature in which it will boost some colors of the display when it detects bright lighting. So, although the color reproduction is affected a little, you can read text more clearly on the screen. It is quite a useful feature, and you can also tweak the display a bit more by going into settings where you are provided with a bit of options in terms of battery the cool one gets the 4100 million+ battery and the battery life on this phone has been good.

I could get anywhere between 5 and 6 hours of screen on time. So it's good enough to get me through a full day, but given the size of the battery, I expected it to last a bit more I. Do see this weird Wi-Fi battery drain for some reason on the phone, so maybe a software update can make things better. Nevertheless, the phone can still get through a full day without any issues, and the only issue that I faced on this phone is the charging time. Since the phone has a large battery, it is painfully slow to charge this phone, and the full charge can take almost three hours, which is quite a lot.

Hence, I had to stick to charging this phone overnight so that I don't run out of the battery Midway coming to the call quality. It was quite good on the phone and the cool one gets dual SIM 4G and VU LTE support. Network reception was good as well on the phone and I could easily use my Go SIM card on the phone. Sadly, this phone has no micro SD card slot, so you will have to learn to live with the built-in 32gb of storage. Overall, if you ask me, the cool pad cool one is a good phone.

It performs well, it has a good camera and good battery life. But after using this phone alongside the Redmi Note 4 and the honored 6x, I do like them more than compared to the cool one. It is no doubt an impressive phone, but I do like the software experience on the 6x and the Redmi Note 4 more, but that's just my opinion, and you might prefer the cool pad cool one, and if you do, then definitely it's not a bad smartphone for fourteen thousand rupees. That concludes my review of the cool pad cool one I hope you guys enjoyed watching it and if you did then definitely show your support by liking.
