Hello everyone so today, I'm going to be unboxing. The iPad Pro fourth-generation the newest 2020 model and the Apple Pencil I did already open the pencil because I got this yesterday, they're both supposed to come in the mail yesterday, but this came first, and then the mag pad came today and the pencil it just looks like this: it's really sleek nice, and then it just has like info and stuff in here like how to replace the tip double tap to change modes magnetically attaches and then just like the regular stuff, the warranty and the safety, let's open the iPad. So here it is, it's got the same protector thing on it. That's the back of it I'm going to grab a pot of paper I have here because I don't have a case for it yet, and I don't really want it to get scratched or anything by my desk. Well, look at the rest of the box, simple stuff! It does have the face ID, since it doesn't have a home button. So that's new! For me at least, I still have the iPhone 7 we're just fine still works, and then this is the power thing.
The wall adapter, it is USB, so I think it's double ended. If I'm not mistaken, it looks the same on both sides yeah. So it's the same on both sides, and then I think that's everything that comes in the box. So, let's move back to the iPad. Alright, let's take the protector off.
That is how the screen looks and that's the back of it. Those are the cameras all right. Let's turn it on. Hopefully it has a charge all right, so it is on. It says: swipe up to open you're going to pick English, oh nice, it says, bring your current iPhone or iPad near this iPad to sign in and set it up.
So let me oh wait. No I! Don't want that. Let me I'm actually going to turn off my phone, which is when I'm filming on and see. If I can just my Bluetooth a pair of this, so I don't have to set it up manually. Alright, so show me the terms and conditions I put the pencil on to see if it would pair, and it did actually so let me just agree to this, and then I'll just do that.
Continue! Apple Pay, I, don't think I'm ever gonna. Take this around to pay for stuff with, but we'll just go with it. It wants me to add my car CBB, so I'm just going to do that later, since I probably won't even be using that I'm not going to share audio recordings and analytics I also don't want to share. So it tells you how to go home. The doc switching between recent apps quickly access controls from the top right edge, and it says, welcome to iPad swipe up to get started.
So here it is so comes with all these apps we loaded on it. I will probably delete some of them since I, don't use them like I, don't have an Apple TV, you don't do stocks I, don't do GarageBand, so some of these will go, but I do want to go to the App, Store and download procreate. Procreate is ten dollars on the iPad, for create pocket is only five on the iPhone, so that's really nice, but I would say this app is definitely worth it. Alright, it is downloading. Now there it is, and while that is going on, I'm going to move some stuff around.
So now we're talking uh procreate, and it comes with some things already pre-loaded on it. Let's check out this one. Let's see it comes with, it does come with more brushes than the regular. It does come with more brushes than the iPhone version of procreate, which is really nice, um plus, of course, you can buy and download your own brushes. So I sent myself a picture, and I'm going to take that into procreate, and I'm, going to show you how I make a thumbnail I'm just gonna.
Have it mostly sped up, but I'm, just going to show you the process of it. So all in all, I do really like it. I've never had an iPad before, so this is my first one, so I don't really have anything to compare it to, but it is really nice I'm, not sure. If I'll get a screen protector for it because of procreate, but I know there are some perfect ones out there. So I may do that I'm, not entirely sure what else to mention I do like how that magnets onto the side and tells you a little about it, and then it also tells you how charged it is.
I think it said, 80 something also another thing that was nice is the iPad King and if fully charged were almost fully charged, I did buy it from Best Buy, but I'm sure it's the same. If you buy it from Apple, let's look at the camera, so this thing is like massive I. This is huge, but let's see um some things it can do. I've to the markers. It does look very, very clear but yeah.
It looks super clear. Furthermore, it's basically like you're, looking at it in real life, like look at all the detail on the Pens there that are right there and like if I touch on it's like super clear I, definitely will be filming my videos on this. Instead, I'm on my iPhone, because I think the camera is better on this iPad than it is on my iPhone 7, and then I'll also be able to edit on here as well, because I use iMovie for comparison. Here's what it looks like Wow filming your screen or what, but it seems clearer. This is really nice because all of my files are still on here.
So I can put all of my brushes that I have on my phone into procreate on the iPad and I will probably do a video on how to download rushes how to unzip the files and then how to import them to procreate. Alright, so I think that's everything. I'm going to go over I'm, not really sure. If there's anything else, you guys would have liked to see I mean, probably if you have any questions, just go ahead and put them down in the comments and I will answer them to the best of my ability and if there are enough questions and enough interest, then I can definitely make a second part of this to show and to answer more of your questions and things you might want to know. Thank you.
So much for watching I will see you guys in another video bye, bye.
