2015 Dodge Dart GT 0-60 MPH TFL4K Review: More Cruiser than Bruiser

Howdy folks Nathan Adler the Fast lane car, and you may notice that I'm actually inside the car for once and the reason why well, it's really frigging windy outside. So in order to hear me in order to make this Dodge Dart GT all the video, we can make sure that we actually don't have wind buffering around here's. The question at twenty-four thousand six hundred and eighty dollars as tested. Is this vehicle worth it? Well, that's! Coming up next, you 184 horsepower 174 pound-feet of torque and that's coming through a 2.4 liter tiger shark multi air engine. It permeates almost everything in the FCA fleet. I mean almost every vehicle.

Has this now here's the cool part you get combined 26 miles per gallon, which isn't too bad you'll also have a 6-speed automatic transmission in our tester, which is in the 6-speed manual, which you can get with this car much better. Now, combined. You can get 26 miles per gallon, which is also pretty good. Perfect weight with the steering excellently with the steering and the brakes have been fantastic, sounds good too sounds perfect. I'm all the way down here, because one of the nicest parts of the GT package are these beautiful 18-inch wheels and there are two different ones you can choose from.

You also get a sports suspension, so it changes the physical characteristics of where it sits. On top of that, you basically have the dark body which to me is pretty slick-looking, but perhaps Roman thinks it should be called a jelly bean, regardless of how you look at it. This is still a unique vehicle that you can't miss in any direction. It basically looks like a baby charger and to me that's a good thing. Right here sounds good.

It's not an engine perfect sounding engine just sounds angry. Okay, I didn't make it to 60 by the end of the track. Yeah. This is a tweeter car, it's kind of between the small car in a midsize car, so it competes with vehicles. Well, not like this.

Actually using this to block the wind, Hey, look we're low budget. What do you want, but it does compete with vehicles like the Nissan, Sentry SR or the Toyota Corolla s? It doesn't compete with this, but look at this. Wouldn't that look better in this type of light around the track. We're not doing the time, clamp or anything we're just doing a general performance. Lap and I can tell you that pulling in the corners there's no noticeable overseer.

It really does hunker down around corners quite well. There is some push because you know the front end is kind of heavy, but it's not that bad very easy to modulate around the track very easy to control another part of the Dodge start and the entire line of darts that I think is best in classes their interiors we're not just talking about good space, and it is good space. This is basically the same size as the Chrysler 200, but the seats feel a little different I happen to think that the back seats in this car feel quite good. Now, look I have a really tall. Torso I got stubby legs, so when I lean back I do feel the roof right there.

But legroom is fantastic. I'm sitting behind myself and with my big boy, shoes on I'm about 6 1. So there's plenty of legrooms, so if you lean back a little, not a big deal with the Headroom but then again taller torso you're going to have a problem more good news, leather seats in the GT. This is neat I mean they are very comfortable and has the raised red stitching, which is great and then on the door panels. You also have additional red leather, which stands out as well other goodies 8.4-inch screen. That is impressive because well, nobody else in this class has a screen quite that big and then in the center IP.

You have over seven inches worth of adjustable viewership right there. Just you could play with it and make different things pop up. That's a lot of screen. You know the car that I think is pretty good value once you look at it from the interior out here we go no women. They may be asking about the manual shifting.

You can do that with this car. But ten point seven, eight, it's not very good. Ten point: seven, eight, the Struck is thirteen point. One cubic feet: yep I, actually was in one of these when Roman and I went to test one in Austin Texas a while ago now, I've been begging for the GT for over a year, and we finally have one, and I can tell you this in terms of its overall functionality and utility. It has one of the biggest trunks from in its class.

It is very comfortable, and it's nearly a midsize car. In certain ways it feels much bigger than the other cars it competes with on our scale of by at least in Trent. Forget it I give the automatic transmission are rented and the manual which I have tested once before a lease. It reasons why manuals a lot more fun and when you get a GT package, which is great on a track but kind of hard on a regular Road, you want to have a little more fun right, get the manual with this carb for the Vaseline car. This is Nathan Adam, don't forget to go to TFL car.
