Space Gray vs Silver Apple Watch - Which Should You Buy? By The TC

Hi welcome to the TC. My name is David, and today I'm going to be comparing the silver and space gray apple, watches, to help you guys decide which colors you guys should get. The Apple Watch was first released in 2015 as a series: zero, the aluminum sport models only came in either space, gray or silver originally, but later models expanded into gold and rose gold colors. However, today I'll be comparing the space, gray and silver models, since these are the most spot colors. First, looking at the space gray model, you get a very deep gray, color, almost black, comparing this gray to the space degree of the MacBook Pro and iPad Pro. We find it to be different shades.

The watch is significantly darker and doesn't quite match the aesthetic of the other space. Three colors apple offers on its products, except maybe the black iPhones. The space gray usually comes with a black sport band, as well as a matching stainless steel pin you can order a different band. However, if you buy your watch through apple, the darker color is also easier to scratch and shows the scratches much more than on silver. This particular watch was used in a case, so it's quite interesting to see that it was able to still get scratched.

One more thing to note is that the darker bands go quite well with the swatch, but putting a lighter color band makes the bands pop more. So if you want the band to draw attention rather than the watch, space gray is for you, I'll, put a few tests. Looking at the silver Apple Watch, it looks more akin to an actual watch with its silver body and display that cuts from the body. It can be drying for some, but it also complements bands, depending on the color that you choose to pair it with also comparing this to the silver of the other Apple devices.

You can find that it pairs perfectly. The silver on this Apple Watch is very much the epitome of apple's white aesthetic. So if you're, a fan of that, you should totally go with silver. The silver watches come with a white band, but again ordering through apple, allows you to customize it. Moreover, most Apple Watch.

Sport bands come with a silver pin, making it match the sofa case nicely. It's a small detail, but something to consider. Nonetheless, pairing bands with a silver Apple Watch, complements the watch easily and can make the watch stand out from the band I'll put a few tests. My advice would be to go with the color that you, like the most and can think of wearing for the longest.

Also try going to the store and looking at the colors in person, a video is only a representation of these colors, so it can sometimes change perception how they really look. Personally, I started out with space gray Apple Watch and found that the dark color is quite sleek, but pairing bands with it clashed a lot if they weren't dark. It was also basically impossible to find any sport bands that had dark pins inside black. The silver case I have now is quite nice, and it pairs really well with any color. I would say that the only color I did not like in this case is actually the black sport band.

Ironically, all in all, it really just comes down to personal preference. The color that you like the most should be the color that you get, whether it be the color that matches most of your devices or the color that you like to pair bands with just choose the color. That speaks the most to you.
