Samsung Galaxy S21 vs OnePlus 8 Pro Speedtest Comparison

Hello friends welcome to technique. This is dharma here and in this video we're going to do a speech, comparison of two flagships, smartphones below the 70 000 price segments. In India we have the Samsung Galaxy, s21 5g variant with the OnePlus 8 pro now the Samsung Galaxy s21 is the latest device launched last month and uh or other this month, and this device comes with the Enos two one: double zero OCTA, core processor and android 11, and one UI 3.1. On the other hand, the OnePlus 8 pro is an OnePlus last year's flagship, which runs the Qualcomm snapdragon 865, and it got the update to android 11 and one uh um or other the oxygen OS 11. So both the devices have android 11 and both have really powerful chipsets. The Enos 2 1 0 is the latest chipset from a Samsung.

It's a really powerful chipset, with five nanometer pro manufacturing process. While we have the Qualcomm snapdragon 865 on the OnePlus 8 pro. So these are two devices with really powerful hardware and both have android 11. So, let's start the speeder, so we'll be opening our 16 apps, and then we'll see the memory management, and we'll see which of these two devices is better in terms of performance and memory management. So before starting the test.

If this is your first time on this channel, do hit the red subscribe button and also hit the bell icon to get notified of all the videos we publish. So let's get started with the speediest comparison of the OnePlus 8 pro with the Samsung Galaxy s21 5g. So we're going to do the status comparison of these two devices. So we have the Samsung Galaxy s21. So let's just go to about phone, and here also we'll just go to about four now so there you go.

You can see that this is one plus eight pro the snapdragon 865 OCTA outscore processor. Here we have the Samsung Galaxy s21 x0210 and both have android 11. You can see here, android 11, one UI 3.1. Here we have android 11 and oxygen OS 11 the final version, so that's the devices, so we'll just clear off all the apps. From the background and we'll see the network connection, so both are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as well.

So you can see here both are in airplane mode and connected to the same Wi-Fi network. So let's just clear off the background apps once again, so you can see, none of the apps are running. So, let's start the splitter, so first we'll uh try with asphalt, 9 and then proceed to the other 16 apps. So there you go, let's see which is able to load asphalt, 9 faster, whether it's Enos 2 1 0 or the snapdragon 865. Now remember: the OnePlus 8 pro is a slightly older device, almost six to seven months old, so over a period of time updates have come in, so it might be slightly slower compared to a brand-new device.

So that has to also be to be taken into consideration. But here you can see that there is a minor difference here, just a very small difference between these two devices in terms of asphalt r9. So that's the uh asphalt, 9 performance next apps would be a temple run. Let's see, which is able to load temple run faster. So here again now you can see that OnePlus 8 pro was slightly faster placed too almost same time.

No clear winner. Next is Google Chrome. Here uh the s21 was faster. Facebook s21 was slightly slower than the OnePlus 8 pro, but not by huge margin. Twitter is definitely faster on the s21 Instagram again, s21 wins by a small margin.

Ghana, again s21 is faster Amazon again you could see. S21 takes the lead here. Flipkart, probably OnePlus, 8 pro was loading. It completely files manager s21 is faster. Now next is settings almost same time YouTube again: s21 is faster.

Gmail s21 is faster camera again, s21 is faster. Finally, maps again, s21 is faster, so what you could see is uh, while both have android 11, s21 being a new device and Enos 2 and double zero is the latest chipset. It is slightly faster than the OnePlus 8 pro with the 865 OCTA core processor and android 11. So that is the speakers. Now, lets uh go to the memory management test, so let's open the apps in the reverse order.

Both have retained camera both have written Gmail, both have written YouTube again, both are written, settings is written file. Manager again, written Flipkart is written, Amazon is written, Ghana is written, Instagram is written, Twitter is written, Facebook is written, chrome has reloaded on the s21 play store is almost written, run is again reloaded on the Samsung Galaxy s, 21 5g, while OnePlus was able to retain it and now finally, uh asphalt 9. So you can see that s49 is a complete reload on the s21, while it's a partial reload on the OnePlus 8 pro so partial reload happens on all the smartphones, because it is a fetching from the memory. But here you can see that it's a complete reload, the s21 reloaded the asphalt nine. So in terms of memory management uh here we can clearly say that the OnePlus 8 pro definitely has advantage and uh.

It is able to retain all the apps. In the background, while uh the Samsung Galaxy, s21 uh, almost reloaded uh, four wraps uh asphalt, nine temples run and the play store as well as Chrome browser was reloaded on the s21, so that is speeds comparison of the s21 5g variant with the OnePlus 8 pro last year's flagship from OnePlus. So that's it for this video. This is normal signing off. Thanks for watching hope to see you in our next video have a great day.
